Our decision to choose Sheraton during our last visit to Disneyland Tokyo was its location and value for money. It's also very close to the Bayside station, one of the resort line stations, so it's very easy to reach both Disney resorts anytime. Bedroom was quite spacious but not the bathroom. Get a breakfast included if possible. The breakfast price is outrageous. Other than that it was awesome.

upon arrival we were told the hotel power would be shut down for 6 hours. given the high rate this hotel charges, it's very bad that we were not warned about this before booking. had we known we would not have booked. I had to cancel an important call as a result of this. Among other inconveniences.

Such a great hotel for families as the room was spacious and had lots of additional benefits for the children such as a stool to reach the basin, room slippers in children's sizes and many other items but I don't want to spoil all the surprises. The room itself was great size and I wish we could have stayed longer. We had such big days at Disneyland […] ( which was only minutes away on the monorail) that we didn't get to investigate all the wonderful features of this hotel. Lesa meira

Good location which near to disneyland and disneysea, room was big if compare with others hotel at tokyo, hotel also provided self coin laundry which cost 400 yen for washer 100 yen every 15 mins for dryer.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. Only problem, left hotel 6am and no front desk or bell staff to be found. Had to knock on doors to find someone.

My kid impressed by this Hotel when she step into the room ,after 6 night stay at Tokyo city Hotel . The size , facilities , scenery from the room balcony , etc made her a unforgettable night .

Wireless LAN poor! The public access did not work at all and the Guest Room access (for Yen 1,000 per day) was extremely slow and unstable.

Great position with views over Disneyland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was large and well set out. Only drawback was the none smoking room had had a smoker in there at some time. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definately return.

The staff of the hotel were great, the bell staff and the baggage attendents were also great. The grand cafe restaurant downstairs was not very pleasing as my wife had to wait 10 minutes before getting a seat during breakfast and the place was only half full. They kept her waiting as the only tables left were 4 seaters. The english of the restaurant […] staff also needed improvement. Bell staff Kurumi was great, walked with me to discuss some things with the shop attendents. Great views of Tokyo bay, toilet needs better ventillation. Wonderful place to stay when visiting Tokyo Disney, with bus and monorail at the front of the Hotel. Being last in a long row of Hotels around the parks it has great views of both Disneyland and Disney sea. Almost everyone spoke some level of english and all were very polite and helpful

The staff were very helpful. I lost my wallet and they helped by giving us an early check-in and an upgrade. The security staff did the paperwork about the loss with the police and kept me informed about developments.

An excellent hotel but keep in mind that this is in Disney resort area and there is nothing else except other hotels. You can take a monorail (2.50$ each way) to Maihama station and JR train will connect you to tokyo city. Food at hotel is rather expensive so I would advise to take a monorail to Disney resort station where you will find plenty of reasonable […] options. Although,the price for evening buffet at hotel after 9pm goes down to 25$per person. Our flight was late in the evening so they gave us 2hrs extra to check out and our luggage was stored and delivered to the coach pick up point. Internet is not free in the room but free in the lobby and business centre had computers and free Wi Fi too. The only drawback is the location if you are not there for disney. Lesa meira

We were upgraded to 11th floor with the view of Disneyland. The service was excellent. I had sore throat and requested a dozen bottles of mouth washer and the room service delivered them quickly. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is just opposite Bayside station and to save us from walking, the Mickey shuttle bus […] is commuting from the hotel to the Bayside station regularly. From there, you can catch the monorail to go to DisneyLand, DisneySea and JR Maihama Station. We really enjoyed staying at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. Will definitely be back. Lesa meira

This is our second stay at this hotel and it's always a great way to end our trip to Japan with a little luxuary and some more familiar western ways. Unlike most of the accommodation in Japan, the rooms are spacious and the beds are like heaven, the activities and food options for the kids are a welcome relief. Wonderful to end a day at Disneyland by […] just jumping on the monorail for a 2min trip back to the hotel. Staff go out of their way to help you with anything, whether it be tickets to Disneyland, shuttle to the airport or even some entertainment for your child during dinner. Would stay here every time. Hotel is comfy and value for money with the English speaking hotel staff. My 2 kids are very happy with the room decoration and the provided kids amenities. Even though is near the monorail station, the hotel still arrange for shuttle bus pick up which is good after a long day in disney. We will come back again.

Excellent hotel. Good price for the stay. Friendly staff. Hotel located just right in front of the monorail that takes you to the Disney theme park. If you are too lazy to walk, there are complimentary shuttle bus taking you to the station.

A terrific familty hotel. Walking distance to monorail (although there is a shuttle bus to take you over the road) Has a play centre at good rates which allows young ones to run around if needed. eg. First day before Disneyland. Has good DIY laundry facilities at prices cheaper than Laundromat's around Tokyo and Kyoto.

Fantastic. Couldn't fault it, so close to Disneyland and Disneysea, watch the fireworks from your balcony, just ask for a Disneyland view. Clean and easy access to the rail line, plenty of shopping at Maihama station, shuttle bus on the weekends and resort line during the week. The family room is cosy and spacious. Overall stay is nice except that the meals there are very expensive. And there are no other dinning option nearby to choose from. The sandwich or cup noodles from "The Shop" at Oasis will be the cheapest option there. Their shuttle service is from the hotel to the monorail station. Excellent Hotel to stay at if you want to visit Tokyo Disney. However be aware that you should try to catch the Bus from the airport as going by the train involves a long journey and many transfers. In particular the staff were amazing. We were a family of five plus my mother in law staying for two nights at the end of a two week skiing trip to Japan and the staff made the stay most enjoyable, from suggesting a change of room from the original two seperate rooms to an interconecting family room ,to organizing bus tickets for tha bus to narita and […] a late check out (3pm) nothing was a problem.A tip- buy the multiday ticket on offer for the Disney Monorail as buy as you travel adds up.The only negative is the time it takes to do the trip to Tokyo station if you are unsure of your way by train and subway, they say 15 minutes ,I could not do it in less than 40 .Very handy to Disneyland ,great price for the level of hotel. Hotel was clean when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable and can fit 2 adults and 2 children and we would recommend the hotel. Train stop just five minutes walk from hotel to go to Disneyland or Disney sea Laundry service with coin operated up to 12 pm usable which other hotel do not help which really helpful for us.

Really spacious rooms. Great for Disney resorts. Excellent staff. Probably only criticism would be that we were put on a smoking floor. Overall excellent place.

It is luxury resort yet very children friendly. They even decorate the hotel with chdren theme. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Very close to Disney land and Disney sea. Highly recommended for couple with children

After arriving I noticed that I left a bag on the Airport Limousine bus, which conatined gifts for our friends in Japan. The staff were quick to call the bus company and arranged for the bag to be delivered the very next morning. the staff were always willing to help even if we had to struggle a bit with the language barrier.

We had a sea view room, which is facing the Tokyo Bay. The view is quite good with hotel's pool and churches. If you can watch the firework in the park, then sea view room will be a good choice. Hotel's lobby looks great, but the facilities in the room are old. Very convenient for prior check in in the JR station. The breakfast is expensive.

I will come back again because the hotel has a great team ready for guest at all time, slime is on the faces, food were wonderfull, etc, etc, etc....! Just too bad I could not stay longer for this trip.
