"Crowne Plaza - not all that"
As good as it is, there were certain very annoying things - such as finding a place to park. There is no fridge in the rooms, so for us this was a big problem as we had a little one. The machines in the fitness room needs updating. they make so much noise, you wonder whether the other guests are having a good sleep. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff […] superb. Hotels.com said we would get 2 bed we only got one. The carpet we dirty. The walls were cement blocks painted brown. The closet was nook in the wall with a shower curtain as the door.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza the nights of 2/12-2/13. Monday night went well, Tuesday, the room was not cleaned. The bed was made and the towels restocked. I didnt get clean glasses, they were taken with my room service tray. I didnt get a clean ice bag. Tuesday night I had no glasses in the room and no bag for the ice bucket. Tuesday night there was […] a fight in the hallway that lasted from 230 am until 3:45am with loud profane language and slamming doors. Management never intervened in this meley and allowed it to go on out in the hallway for more than an hour. I stay at this hotel about 4 times a year when I'm in Billings on Business, most trips involve a two night stay. The quality of my stay this week was more akin to a night at a low cost night at a budget hotel. Lesa meira

Overall great hotel. Big rooms. Comfy. Nice staff. Makes you feel at home. And the fact that they have a decent weight room and cardio room is a big plus in my book. My two complaints would there wasn't a fan in the restroom. So, if you blow it up like I did you may have to vacate the premises for a while or bring your own deodorizer. Second the parking […] situation leaves you having to park on the second tier to use the crosswalk or you have to physically cross the street. If you leave the hotel a lot for shopping and movies, etc., this can be a pain. However, if you choose to stay in for the night it's not so bad. But I must say when I stay in Billing this is THE SPOT TO BE!!!. Close to night life and the best deal around for me at the time. I left more than satisfied with my stay. Lesa meira

Although the room was a bit small, it met my needs and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Billings
"Noisy room"
Nice facility, room was ncie. I was in room1106 and was from the minute I entered, alarmed by the level of noise transfer from room to room. I could clearly hear the conversations of the people in the room next door. Their TV sounded like it was in my room. i was unable to get a good nights rest. I do not believe the people were "loud", it seemed to […] be normal communications. I travel for a living and was disapointed with this. "Just ok"
I booked an "Executive Suite" on the "Executive Level" and really it should just say extra large regular room. A suite isn't a suite because there is a chair and a desk in it. I was expecting something more I guess. Also, the day we were leaving and in a hurry to get on the road, there was NO hot water. We were a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the public areas of the hotel. Carpets in elevators and hallways were not clean, although our room was fine. Room was clean and quiet on the 12th floor. Bed and linens nice. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Parking limited at Hotel, but parking garage was validated by Hotel. Hot buffet breakfast a good way to start the day - paid for as part of the room charge. Would stay here again.

"Great Location & Room"
Great room and surroundings. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars but the hotel restaurant served a great burger for a reasonable price so there was no need to go anywhere else. Great value for the price. I do not recommend Stella's for breakfast but that is another review for another time!
"Crown Plaza of Billings Montana"
The wife and I enjoyed our 5 day visit to Montana while staying at the Crown Plaza. The service was great, parking taken care of, and the dining excellent. The hotel was centrally located in the downtown area and close to the airport. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

We had a spectacular time at the Crown Plaza. I would come back in a heart beat. it is easy to get to the air port or any other destination in Billings. The room was quiet and very comfortable.

I would recommend staying here while in Billings. The rooms have been slightly updated but the bathtubs and tile could use some improvements. As a business traveler there wasn't any free electrical outlets at the desk which was inconvienent. (they had one on the lamp but those don't work for cell phones or laptops - at least mine didn't.) Close to all the good restaurants. Hotel bar is fun and welcoming. Only bad thing was my sink was clogged.

Hotels.com was extremely great. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are heading to Billings. The parking is pretty tricky episode. I suggest to contact the front desk before trying to find parking. There is plenty of parking behind the plaza.

I think if I were to stay in this hotel in the future I would do it only if there were to be more amenities. If I were to stay a few miles away I would have a free continental breakfast and I would have a microwave or fridge in the room. "Moldy Shower Noisy Hotel"
When I got in the shower in the morning the tile had a substantial amount of mold in the grout. I don't how housekeeping missed it. Also the hotel is dated and therefore noisy. Including all of the downtown traffic going by.

"Inexpensive and okay for quick stop in Billings"
The beds were small and uncomfortable. The seating area was very nice and size of room was large. Overall, I would recommend this place if you need a quick place to stop and rest although would recommend king size bed!

Centrally located in downtown Billings. Probably the "nicest" hotel in the downtown area. In walking distance to fine dining and shopping. An older facility that has been updated. Rooms are comfortable and it is generally quiet. Minor housekeeping issues.
Very nice Hotel. Comfortable rooms good amenities.. Enjoyed the area and our stay. The attitdude of the Hotel is to make you happy not gouge you. When the free parking lot is full they pay for you to park free next door. Try that in San Francisco or most city hotel locations. Did I hear Marriott? This hotel is right downtown, close to good restaurants, well within walkng distance. Also some shopping nearby. Parking can be a bit of an issue.
