Everything is as you expect. Good services, good room, comfort and clean. Price is high, but no more so than any other hotel in Hong Kong - It's just an expensive place... Only small issue is that there is NO bar. If you want a drink in a public place you have to use room service. They will delivery anywhere, but it takes 20-30 minutes. I stayed here for three nights on my way to Shanhai and found its location excellent and the staff very helpful. They were happy to ring shop I wanted to visit and ask them what time it closed and helped post parcels and letters back to the UK. Food in the restraunt is expensive but you expect that. There are plenty of places to eat around. The room […] was large and comfortable with a work desk in the corner. The only down side was the extra charge for the Internet, an essential nowadays, not a lot but given the price of the rooms this should be included. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel. We stayed here for two nights before traveling into China. The room was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses are extremely firm, but that seems to be the norm for that area. Hotel staff is very courteous and communication in english was never a problem. WiFi was a daily fee in the room, but there is a free WiFi area in the lobby. Stayed 4 days and had a great stay. Room was spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast was the best. Great choice of food and you can order a cappuccino at no extra cost. Also offered smoothies, great pastries and Asian food. Great views from our room.

I've stayed in this hotel in the past, its great for business but ok when you need to travel with family (especially a small Infant). The rooms are a bit small and the staff is not entirely efficient. The hotel is at the harbour end of Nathan Road and is a perfect location for exploring Hong Kong, with easy access to trains, buses and the ferries. The staff were helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. It is obvious the hotel is used by a lot of expatriates visitng on business so expect the coffee shop to be especially busy for breakfast. Staff noticed my partner's birthday sort of coincided but just missed the stay; nevertheless they prepared a birthday cake for her which was a very nice surprise. The only minor drawback was despite being a tower room, the toilet didn't seem to flush properly and not very spacious. The hotel and staff are nice and friendly and the rooks clean and comfortable. The location on the MTR is ideal for traveling to HK island. However, to get to the hotel from the MTR stop can be tricky. My husband and myself had a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. Our stay there was for 7 days we were on the 8th floor with a great harbour view from our room. The service was outstanding in every way from servicing the room through to the cafe staff at breakfast, nothing was to much trouble for the very friendly staff. The service was great, but lower levels, like 6th flr Harbour View is actually obstructed. But they were willing to give me another room at a higher floor and gave me a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was also quite decent. I'd definitely come back

We stayed in the Towers of Sheraton. Definitely worth the extra expense :). Separate check ins with champagne and offers of later check out for free. The evening hors d'oeuvres were great with any drinks you like, even champagne!! After a few days, I suffered from a face allergy and the hotel staff were very helpful & accommodating in making my stay […] more comfortable with access to a doctor (for a fee), breakfast taken to room and servicing the room outside normal times. I loved everything about my stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Towers. The room was modern and spacious. The Hotel Staff were always willing to assist in anyway possible. The food was great. The facilities were great eg pool, spa, gym and free internet. Location was great. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff was not that friendly or useful. The staff at the reception/check-in desk was very full of themselves and completely unwilling to accommodate to any customer's requests.

We really liked this hotel. We were on our way back home to NZ. The location was perfect for what we did, which was not very much actually since we were quite jet-lagged having spent six weeks in the UK, France and Spain. I read various TripAdvisor reviews which recommended that we upgrade to a Towers room on the 17th floor. This is v.good advice since […] the view is stunning, plus it gave us access to the top floor which has amazing views and is a wondeful place to eat breakfast. Not only did the price include breakfast, it also included drinks and nibbles from 5.30 - 8pm each evening, and afternoon tea from 2.00 - 4.00 which we didn't actually do since we were out and about in the afternoon. A fabulously comfortable Hotel, attentive helpful staff, and a harbour view from room which was brilliant. Make sure you book a harbour view room, it really is worth the extra investment.

Staff have typical big hotel efficiency, but not personal and no warmth. Check-in is exceptionally slow and is in fact the worst of any hotel I've stayed at. I've stayed their twice in the last 6 months and both times it's taken over 45 minutes to check in, and that's when you get to the front of the queue. Good facilities in rooms, comfortable bed […] and good working area. Great pool area with good service and ameneties, although slow service during the week. Although reception area/public space is very extensive, over two floors, there is no service on the second floor and there is no area conducive for pre-dinner drinks or a quiet unwind. We had a room in the Towers with a special online offer of full breakfast on the 17th floor with panoramic harbour views which were magic. The staff were attentive and obliging and the quality of the food and presentation were superb. The offer included all-day access to the lounge on the 16th floor, where snacks and drinks were always available. Complimentary […] liquor was also a huge plus, available between 5.30pm and 8pm. Views from the lounge were also outstanding. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and one which we thoroughly recommend. Standard of service as to be expected for the price paid. Good views of the Harbour from our room in the Towers. Room looked dated, was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast is served on their highest floor. Great views of the Harbour and the Intercontinental : ) Quality of the breakfast was excellent (the only thing I can fault is the hollandaise […] sauce). Good gym facilities and pool. Do take the opportunity to enjoy the pool while the sun is out. We missed out due to persistent thunderstorms. Our flight home was late in the evening after check out time. The hotel was very accommodating in this respect. We left our luggage with the bell boys while we did some last minute shopping and they allowed us to continue using the Towers lounge (cake, tea and coffee) until it was time to leave for the airport. Having gone to the Nikko Shanghai, BAnyan Tree Hangzhou, Peninsula Beiging and Shangrilla Guillin wasa tough competition but we follow Expedia guest rating to give Starwood a chance 1-The room "De luxe Harbou view" has Intercontinental in […] front therefore only had a partial view 2-Room is small and no enough room to hang clothing for two passangers 3-You have to pay 15 USD/day for a mediocre internet service, so should you want to use Skype go to the second public floor. Do you have better signal? " have a more obstructed view and have none view" 4-Should you need to do a couple of toll free 1-800 US calls?, do not try to do so!. My husband, our daughter and I stayed at The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers for 3 nights and it was a truly wonderful experience. After 3 weeks in Europe it was a good half way home stop, to rest and catch up on some sleep. The staff could not have done more to help us. Check-in, the concierge service and food and beverage service was excellent. […] I had to arrange an interview via Skype and the staff were most helpful, arranging a camera and ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Our room had a beautiful view of the Harbour and HK Island. We are a family of 4 and loved our stay in the Sheraton. The location is absolutely perfect. You can easily access the subway or star ferry. Plenty to eat near by, try the restaurant on the 1st floor of the Hong Kong Cultural Center for Dim Sum. McDonald is only a few blocks away. Shopping is at your fingertips and the Kowloon park is only blocks away […] with a playground for kids. We paid extra for harbor view deluxe room and was well worth the spend. Go for it, you will not be sorry. We loved our stay in HK. We had a great time even with two small kids (age 2 and 5). Lesa meira

My first visit to this Hotel and probably worth a return. The good points are the Location, the Lobby Area which is spacious and comfortable and staying in a Towers room allowed complimentary Breakfast in the Oyster Bar which was good. Also every evening Drinks and Light Bites in the Towers Lounge which were also nice. On a more negative side I found […] the Room and particularly the Bathroom to be rather small and would pay more for a larger one next time. The Wifi in the Room was also patchy with regards to a good connection.
