Frábær staðsettning í göngufæri við helstu merkisstaði og söfn Wasingtons. Herbergin rúmgóð og hlíleg, Morgunverðarborðið eitt það allrabesta sem fyrir finnst í Bandaríkjunum. Starfsfólkið hjálplegt og yndislegt í alla staði. Mæli með þessu eindregið.

Gisti í eina nótt og herbergið var mjög stórt og vel útbúið, nánast eins og svíta! Gott stórt rúm og fínt bað/sturta, stór sturtuhaus. Góður klæðaskápur m straubretti og járni. Ísskápur og kaffivél. Skrifborð og stóll og tölvusamband gott. Setustofa með sófasetti og allt mjög rúmgott og snyrtilegt. Mæli hiklaust með þessu hóteli og mun leita eftir Hyatt Place ef ég þarf í framtíð. Verðið var mjög sanngjarnt.

"Enjoyed my stay"

"Poor customer service"
Room was not clean when we arrived, coffee shop and security seemed to be at staff discretion. Times posted for unlocked/locked doors did not seem to matter. On day they would be unlocked the next you may be left standing in the rain. Coffee shop, no posted hours of operation, open two of the 3 days I was there. Coffee maker in room is a horrid little […] one cup that did not work. When the front desk was approached numerous times about the above problems I was either ignored or at one point a staff member said "we'll put up a sign just for you sir". While the hotel was very nice esthetically the customer service was awful. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Lesa meira

the stay was really nice, the only complaint I have is in the morning I couldn"t sleep late because of noise above of room,don't know if it was staff cleaning or another guest.
"Not a bad stay"
Are stay was not bad it was very good but the hotel food was so high we had to go out all the time to eat food. We did not like that to much but we was not going to over pay on food that is just ok.....Bathroom was small....Best part of the stay was the pool it was very warm and my son loved it.

Once we figure out how to get to the hotel it was very nice. You just really need to know your way around that particular location.

"Hilton Gaithersburg - MD - great place, good price"
We were in town for a funeral. We picked on location and price. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was friendly. Would recommend again

"Average"
We found our experience with your hotel to be average. We were disappointed that due to lack of occupancy the coffee shop was not open our 3 night, four day stay. In additon, the cost of the brunch on the weekend was expensive as related to the the quality of the food especially as relate to the temperature of the food in the warming trays. Friendly accomodating staff. I would stay there again. Rooms were clean and big enough to sleep two adults and 3 children.

front desk staff were so impressive. Greeted by name by several staffers each day of my stay. Asked questions about why I was in town, about my business etc. Subsequently in following days asked how this and that went; remembering what we had talked about. Made me feel terrific. Then upon check out, I asked if they had a large box from some deliveries […] they'd had since I needed to pack some items. They didn't just bring out a box, but bubble wrap and packing paper. They'd kept it from another time knowing that a guest would need it some day. Would definitely rate in my Top 10 Hotel stays from US, Canada and European travel. "Wobderful getaway!"
The hotel was centrally located to our activities. The hotel staff was very caring in any needs that we requested of them. The meal at the Rooke's Restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced!

The desk MGR was very helpful in coordinating the extension of my stay. The other front desk clerks helped to make sure I had the ammenities in my room that I needed. My stay at the Hilton was nice. Everything about it is accommodating.
Although the hotel has a restaurant, there was no menue found in the room. Also, no telephone directory.

Two thoughts- great amenities- really strange surrouding area. We went to the shopping center next to the hotel and it was a bit dicey. Easy access on/off but for the price, there is better.

Hotel was great, service excellent. Only problem I had was upon check in if you use a check card or debit card you are charged $60 per day and then you do not get it back for ten days. I think that is crazy, especially if you do not use any of the services. If you are going to charge the card do it at the end of a stay.

A good, solid, full service hotel. Clean, nice amenities, good attentive service, good restaurant and bar. Location is a little odd -- near I270, easy drive to many places, but nothing interesting within walking distance. Often a good value.

A good place to stay. Had problem with a leak in the bathroom over the tub, but we were leaving when we noticed it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was nice and comfy. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with anything we needed.

I needed several things when I arrived, such as a great restaurant, new clothes and shoes, as the trip was unplanned. Not only did the manager have a list of restaurants he personally walked me to the rear of the hotel to show me how to get to the mall and use the rear entrance. The recommendations were great.
