Frábær staðsettning í göngufæri við helstu merkisstaði og söfn Wasingtons. Herbergin rúmgóð og hlíleg, Morgunverðarborðið eitt það allrabesta sem fyrir finnst í Bandaríkjunum. Starfsfólkið hjálplegt og yndislegt í alla staði. Mæli með þessu eindregið.

"Mæli með þessu Hoteli"Metið af Samúel JS frá "Reykjavík" þann 7. nóv. 2011
Gisti í eina nótt og herbergið var mjög stórt og vel útbúið, nánast eins og svíta! Gott stórt rúm og fínt bað/sturta, stór sturtuhaus. Góður klæðaskápur m straubretti og járni. Ísskápur og kaffivél. Skrifborð og stóll og tölvusamband gott. Setustofa með sófasetti og allt mjög rúmgott og snyrtilegt. Mæli hiklaust með þessu hóteli og mun leita eftir Hyatt Place ef ég þarf í framtíð. Verðið var mjög sanngjarnt.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.

"Good rooms, but no snack bar or snack machines."
There were no snack machines or a snack bar at night. Also, one of the clerks at the check out wasn't very professional or accommodating. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was good because there were plenty of restaurants around.

"comfort questioned"
After my first long day visiting my son who lives in Rockville Md. I encountered a problem with my room temp. (it was too cold)and after several attempts at reajusting the themostat I decided to call the desk for help. Within just a few minutes Engineering arrived to address the problem, fixed the reset button under the cover and above all else was […] glad that he could be of service to me. "Responsive Staff"
It was a big conference and at first the staff was a bit overwhelmed. They ran out of food. Closed brunch early etc... but after negative feedback, they were very responsive. Communication was sometimes a problem for hotel and restaurant staff for whom English was a second or third language. Overall, it was a very affordable, very good experience.

"High Class Treatment"
If you are interested in high class treatment but you are on a budget, the Hilton DC location is a great choice. The pool was warm, the towels were clean, the rooms were spacious and tidy and the staff was delightful. I'll be returning to this location again. Every expectation was met!
"Hilton in Rockville, MD - convenient, hassle-free"
They must have had a slack week so I found a reduced rate thru Hotels.com and grabbed it! This was a non-business trip to see family. The room was quiet and comfortable, and nobody bothered me when the DND sign was out. I was on the outside away from the Atrium and had NO problem with noise from other rooms. A short walk to the 7th floor overlook on […] the Atrium side put me in reach of the hotel's wireless, which was easy to access and always available. A few glitches with parking lot ticket machine but they fixed them after about two days. Staff helped me find a fairly-priced ATM a block from hotel. Kind of a family atmosphere with lots of well-behaved kids accompanying their families. Good vibes all around. Did not use phone, wired Internet (for a fee), or hotel's restaurants or room service. "Clean and decent"
Hotel was clean. It was ok. The only thing the room didn't have is a mini fridge but overall it was good.

This hotel was in a prime location, by lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. Beautiful on the inside and the rooms were such a comfort. Staff was nice, everyone was friendly. Cons-no free wifi, no dvd player in room Would definitely stay here again!

"CONSIDER ANOTHER HOTEL"
If you book to stay here through hotels.com, you will get an interior room with a view of the very dark and depressing atrium. I knew this from my previous stay. It's a nice hotel and is convenient to a client's office. So in my request section when I booked it for the second time, I specifically requested an exterior room with a view of outside. I […] even stated that I would prefer a different hotel over an interior room. What did I get? An interior room, just like before and exactly what I did not want. But the cute indian chick at the front desk tried to get me another room but they were sold out. She gave me access to their concierge suite which was a nice gesture and I appreciated it, but I would much rather stay at the holiday inn up the road with an exterior view than the dark closet they stick you in when you book through this website. "Hilton hotel Rockville,Md"
Great stay in what appeared to be a new hotel. Very accommodating front desk. Parking fee was expensive but with that added to the rate paid, it eas still a good deal. Only surprise, Hilton would nit give me points because the reservations were not made through them.

This hotel was great location wise and had a nice layout (Guest rooms located around an atrium with restaurant and bar scene). However for some reason I was given a room right off the elevator so the noise from the bar and lobby was bothersome and in addition they gave me an ensuite - and I could hear the man in the room next to me using the bathroom […] and clearing his nose all night long - the walls must be paper thin. "Nice Hotel but needs to line up with others..."
We stayed there for a wedding. The room was very clean and the hotel itself was well maintained. But what hotel on earth is still charging for broadband access??? That was a downer.

We stayed @ the Hilton Doubletree Rockville, Md for 3 nights. We booked thru Hotels.com which we have been doing for many years. We were very pleased with the location--close to Metro- and friendliness of the staff. However, there was a major problem with booking on the hotel end with 2 rooms booked to 2 different couples. As the person, booking, I […] was charged for both rooms. The hotel had one room booked to start @ the end of the correct reservation and the names listed incorrectly. "looking for ways to pull $10 out of my pocket..."
the hotel is pretty, and the staff are perfectly nice. but charging for internet these days is a joke. and charging for really BAD internet? it's criminal. when i travel for business, I want a clean bed, a hot shower, and great internet. I don't care about the art on the walls or what kind of granite the counter is made from. the food is also a pathetic […] joke. frozen food service standard at best, the markup is astounding. Toss that in with a crazy floor plan and drink/snack machines that require a treasure map and it's not a good experience.s Will I stay there again? yes. "Nice place to stay"
We stayed at the Hilton over this past weekend and were pleased with the hospitality of the staff and comfort of the room. The hotel itself was gorgeous. The one negative was probably the breakfast buffet. It was quite pricey and the food was not that good.

Though the hotel itself was very beautiful and clean, during our 3 night stay we endured an extremely loud wedding with booming music one night and obnoxiously thoughtless guests who thought sitting at the tables outside our room to discuss their lives problems with ear splitting voices at 3am would be appreciated, keeping in mind it is an 8 story hotel […] with meeting tables throughout on EACH floor. why park outside our room? "Good Place to Spend the Night"
This hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Rockville including the subway. With tons of restaurants close by, I didn't see the need to eat in the hotel. The only real complaint was a long wait at the front desk during the midnight hour because of minimal staff on duty.

Excellent, accomodating service and comfortable room. Location is perfect to go to DC or NIH and lots of shopping nearby too.
"So-so experience not worth the price"
This was just an average hotel that was generally clean but no frills. There is no wireless internet in the room, only ethernet connection. It is very noise with the cleaning crew banging doors and moving carts starting at 6 AM. it is close by to some shopping, but not a good location for business meetings unless they are in the same hotel.

"Fine--once I convinced them to give me my room!!!"
This hotel is just fine--what you would expect from a Hilton. But my stay was nearly a disaster because I almost didn't get the room I'd already paid for. When I showed up to check in, the person at the desk told me that she had found my reservation, but that the hotel was sold out. The powers that be were going to put me up in another hotel, I was […] told. This was not so great, given that I had booked a room at this Hilton specifically to attend a meeting being held there. I asked to see the manager, and he was quite gracious and did in fairly short order give me a room. So all's well that ends well. However, I was quite taken aback that they would try something like this, given that I had paid for the room several weeks earlier. So it's a nice hotel, but I can't say I was thrilled about the added stress caused by this surprising and ultimately unexplained maneuver. Caveat emptor! Lesa meira

I honestly expected a little more from the hotel especially being a "Hilton" The rooms are great. Very clean. The common areas could use an update.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the Metro. Had a nice indoor pool. The surrounding area was also very nice. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we passed through DC on our way to Baltimore. We were only in town for one night, so we really used the hotel as a place to sleep and nothing more. However, we were very pleased with this hotel! It was fabulous, especially for the price. The hotel was clean and very pretty inside. The downsides are no free […] wifi, no free parking, and no free breakfast. However, the main reason we stayed there is because the Metro station is literally right across the road. "Hilton Rockville"
Very good customer service. Enjoyed the room I was in, very comfortable and a good size. I was able to set up my babys pack-n-play and have space to still move. Had a good nights sleep and an easy checkout.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The metro line was right behind the hotel and the ride was pleasant into Washington DC. A lot of shopping plazas around so if you're looking to buy snacks or other essentials there are many places around for that. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and we enjoyed all of our dinners. When I visit Washington, DC again I want to stay in the same hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel is beatiful and clean. I loved the fact that I was able to park my car and take the convenient located metro train station across the street to the historical sites I wanted to see without worrying about parking.
