When booking this hotel map showed the other Doubletree down the street. It was a typical Doubletree about 10 floors high with nice surroundings. This one was probably another brand before with 3-4 levels and long hallways. Not nice surroundings and very difficult to get to. This property is clearly in the middle of a renovation. The staff seems stressed and not able to give good service as a result, it wasn't until the second morning that we encountered people in the restaurant who were actually calm and nice. The first day we were there a large group was leaving and the staff seemed very overworked and stressed. We found […] that when treated with kindness, they relaxed a little and were kind, but we felt sorry for them,. The property was hard to get to based on the Garmin we had, street names have changed and it took us 3 tries to get there off the highway. The lobby and rooms had been renovated, but the hallways were in very bad shape (trash littering the hallways, dirty carpets). The room was actually pretty enjoyable once we reached it, though we had to ask for a second room because the first was across the hallway from a very loud ice machine. The Room was great! The Hotel was right on par for a Hilton Property. The dinner I attended that evening at the Hotel was AWESOME! GREAT FOOD and Supreme service. Good Job! Call it the railroad yard DoubleTree! The brand is tarnished as you awaken to the sounds of a train yard, Look out the window to an industrial area, with a power station and high voltage wires about . In my 2 nights reservation I stayed at 3 hotels. The Double Tree's fire alarm went off around midnight, my daughter and I sat in the car for an hour and a half before deciding to go up the street, with the clothes on our back to see if we can stay at a different double tree. They allow us to stay considerig they were aware of the situation. The following […] morning I went to get our suitcases so we could shower. We packed from the 2nd dbl tree assuming our original reservacation at the 1st dbl tree would be OK for our 2nd night. After touring Colorado for the day and coming back at 7PM we found the hotel did not have heat or hot water. They then directed us to a Best Western for the night. Impossible to sleep when your adjacent to a major freight rail line whose trains sound of a crescendo of horns every hour on the hour. Room had no dark curtains to shut out the light of the rail yards, and heating system is either full-blast air or nothing at all. I did not even stay at this hotel because it did not look like it was in a safe area. As a single female, I did not feel safe at this hotel. On top of that, the hotel would not let me cancel my reservations, even though I was going to stay at another Hilton property. "good hotel near the highway,airport and big mall"
We needed a room to rest, shower and change coming from our ski vacation to the airport. The room had a tea/coffee brewing station and a small fridge, the double room had an average size. The bathroom had a tub/shower with lots of thick towels. Our room 359 was a bit far away from the lobby, better ask for a room what ends with a 05 etc. The check in […] was quick and very friendly managed, as a welcome gift we got freshly baked warm chocolate cookies what our kids apreciated very much. We only stayed for a some hours, didn't sleep there but the hotel served very well our purpose, it's located near the highway and is also near a big mall with department stores and restaurants, it tooks us 20 minutes to reach the airport. The rooms at this hotel are fine. One exception is the heat. Even though it seemed to have a thermostat to set the temperature it was either on or off, so too hot or too cold. That is typical in hotels though. Also it is near the train tracks, and the trains go buy at all hours and blow their horns, even in the middle fo the night. "It started at the front desk"
When arrived at the motel, was told the room wasnt ready, so I told them I needed to leave and would be a late arrival. I was then told that they couldnt guarantee my room. The hotel was nice except it was hard, very hard to locate and to drive to it. The streets were very poorly marked, the streets themselves were in terrible condition. When I was abot find the place it was after hours and no place to have dinner.Ósvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com

"Good Location"
I was here for 3 days of meetings and didn't have time to go far for dinner. Northfield at Stapleton had several good choices for food and shopping. The hotel itself is clean but definately an older property that could use another update. "Very Satisfied"
The wifi connection are bad in my initial room, the staff quickly moved me to another room after I brought it up. Staff are very friendly & helpfull. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although the overall outside corridoor could use a new carpet & paint. "It was just perfect for the time I needed there"
I thought the motel was just perfect for the time I needed to spend there. They will even shuttle you over to the shopping centers and large stores nearby if you like. "Convenient for business trip"
Stayed here for 2 nights. It is very convenient to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. They ran out of rooms with King beds, so I got 2 Double beds, but they gave me free breakfast for both days to make up for it. Staff was very friendly.Ósvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com
