"Bush Gardens trip"
The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The room with two double beds was small. I don't think it was worth the price.

"Great stay"
Very nice place for the price. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were clean. Close to many restaurants. Staff freindly and curtious.

The hotel was nice. Clean, great indoor pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was good. We did have an issue with check in. We requested a 1:00 check-in, and when we got there at 2:30 our room wasn't ready. Check-in was at 3 and it wasn't ready until 4:00. Not a big deal, but we had been up since 1 am, and after driving 6 hours and spending […] the day at Busch Gardens we just wanted our beds. :) Lesa meira

"Excellent choice for visiting Historic Triangle"
We stayed here for 2 nights, midweek while visiting Williamsburg and Jamestown. Very friendly and efficient staff, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast and great price
"A Good Choice Near Colonial Williamsburg"
I spent two nights here while attending a conference. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. There are plenty of chain and local restaurants nearby. My king room was spacious, clean and quiet. I like the convenience of a micro/fridge. The desk was just big enough for a laptop. A sofa and coffee table was a […] nice touch. The wifi signal, unfortunately, was somewhat erratic and slow at times. Although I didn't try it, I doubt I would have been able to stream anything, but for checking mail and general surfing, it was adequate. Breakfast was good--sausage, pancakes, English muffins, coffee, and juices. If I attend more conferences in Williamsburg, I expect to stay here. Lesa meira

"not perfect but I'd come again"
my sister and I came to this hotel while touring the historic area. the hotel isn't a five star and that is evident in the basic furnishings and some of the staff. but for the money it is about what you would expect and it even had a free breakfast which was pretty good! the hotel is set back off the main road and so we didn't hear traffic all night. The staff was very nice and helped us with anything we needed. The indoor pool was great hit with the kids. The overall condition of the hotel was very clean. "Best Western Plus - Williamsburg VA"
Breakfast was fantastic, the buffet style items were very tasty. Lots of fresh fruit available which is always nice. Everything very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, pool was great. Only thing - Outdated TV and fuzzy reception. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would certainly go back and recommend.

"Short Holiday Vacation"
We had a short stay but the staff was very nice and let us check in early. We were met with warm baked cookies at the desk. I will stay again.

When you have doors leading to the other room beside yours with a deadbolt and a chain...don't stay...dusty..dirty...and food nasty...the bed was comfortable that's it....not Staying again even if it was free...
"Hotel is not close to downtown."
It is centrally located, so you can shop and tour fairly easy. The desk staff were not friendly. They appeared annoyed when asked questions. There were never towels at the pool. I had to ask and did not not get them for 40 minutes. The breakfast is good, but the gentleman that puts the breakfast out stares at you. He has a paper plate out wanting tips. We enjoyed The indoor pool. Hotel is conveniently located to good variety of restaurants and colonial Williamsburg. The staff was both friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable. We especially liked the refrigerator to keep our leftovers. The one gripe is the breakfast... The quality of food was poor. "close to all attractions"
Hotel is really close to Colonial Williamsburg and a short drive to Jamestown and Yorktown. Lots of resturants surrounding the hotel and lots of other hotels as well. Breakfast was decent, but at times, the eating area is too small for the amount of people there each morning.

Friendly Staff, clean, great location and very affordable . Most reviews had nothing good to say about breakfast, but l thought it was fine. Breakfast area is small but we got there early every morning before the crowd and had no problem finding a table.

This hotel was in a good location near many restaurants and businesses. The indoor pool was fantastic and the water was the perfect temperature. Customer service was not that great.They certainly did not go out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Housekeeping kept coming to the door to see if we were gone, even though it was not check out time. […] Continental breakfast was the worst we've ever had. "absolutely satisfied"
I really want to keep this hotel a secret, but I definitely don't want it to close and hopefully it won't get too busy to make it too hard to make reservations since we do it a year in advance...this hotel has up-to-date beautiful rooms, a great sitting room with a free breakfast that was plenty, very convenient to everywhere in Williamsburg and is […] now a yearly tradition with my family. I feel like it is completely centered to the Outlets, Colonial Williamsburg, Business district, and Busch Gardens, each being around 2-7 minutes drive. The indoor swimming pool is room temperature, very warm and VERY clean, a nice treat for the cold season! The jacuzzi was the nicest public jacuzzi I have ever been in and I am 40, again, VERY CLEAN! I am so pleased with this hotel I am trying to make excuses to go back again very soon as the 3 days we were there felt like the most relaxing days out of the whole year, and that is MAINLY because of the hotel experience. VERY VERY nice, accommodating staff, and the best part, low rates! I really hope this post doesn't affect my chances of getting easy reservations...Highly recommended. Lesa meira

The hotel was quiet and clean and I had no problem checking in or out which was done quickly and professionally. Overall the services provided were good, but I especially like the no-smoking throughout the hotel which adds to the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. Please upgrade your Televisions soon.
"Best Western Historic Area - worth it!"
This is a great hotel for the price. No complaints whatsoever - rooms are in good condition, although possibly some places could use a fresh coat of paint. TVs need updating, too. No big deal, though. One of the nicest indoor pools I've ever seen at a chain hotel - very large and actually relatively warm - and with a separate hot tub that actually works […] ! This hotel was excellent for the price. It's not fancy but the staff were really excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The pool was nice and clean and they also have a giant hot tub. They also had a small game room with a couple video games and an awesome pinball machine. My kids loved that! The roms aren't […] large but the beds were comfortable. It was very close to colonial williamsburg and several restaurants and movie theaters. I would stay again. Lesa meira

the pool was broken, our phone never worked when we told them they said the man who fixes them had gone home and we would have to wait till tomorrow to use it

"Best Western in Williamsburg"
Not very good, they had all the basics, found the bathroom out dated and not very clean. Had to chase around for towels. They were very nice, but they gave us a room with no view. It really wasn't one of my better choices. Everything is old and the coffee was weak and there were kids everywhere.

I found the hotel exceptional. It was clean and the registration process very quick and courteous. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent in the choices and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel without exception.

Good hotel near the historic area. Hotel is not new, but the room was clean and quiet until we noticed piped in music presumably from a radio in another room. We never could identify the source of the music (it was coming from the wall) so the manager let us move to another room, which we appreciated. Otherwise our stay was fine.
