We stayed 2 nights for a small group meeting. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with our hotel.com reservation. It would have been another twelve bucks each for that! We had stayed at a Wingate the night before in Cordova (Memphis) and had almost the same breakfast included in the price and the hotel was a lot nicer. The room was ok. […] The staff is wonderful. If it wasn't for them, I would have scored this hotel much lower. Also, no microwave or fridge in the room. I think this is overpriced for what you get, but maybe it's the location to the airport. "Decent hotel..."
The hotel was nothing special. The only issue I had was when I was checking in, the clerk at they front desk tried to tell me that the room I booked (1 king bed room) was sold out. She tried to put me n a room with a sofa pull out bed and when I told her no, she attempted to bribe me with complimentary breakfast for picking that room. When I told her […] no I would like my money back, she gave me the room that I asked for and told me that she hoped that I would pick the sofa bed room, but since I didn't they would put me in the room I asked for. Very reasonably priced hotel located within a short driving distance of the airport, downtown Nashville, LP Field, and Bridgestone Arena (all approx. 10 mins). Overall I was not very satisfied with my stay. The room we were in to get hot water for the shower you had to flush the toilet while turning on the sink faucet. * No breakfast for priority members. * Smoking exists in hotel. This WILL get to non-smoking rooms as it's probably the case that the HVAC duct work of the smoking rooms share the same plenums as the non-smoking ones. * Tub was stopped up. Body got shower, feet got a bath. * Woke up to yellow and brown water. Staff said there was a leak on the 4th floor […] and running the water for a while would solve this. Did that for a long while, but then the water was lukewarm. * Left room for lunch and saw sign in elevator saying the water would be off from 1pm to 4pm. Asked front desk about this and they said it was for maintenance. * Returned from lunch, room tub maintenance and cleanup wasn't done, so I worked in the lobby. When I was told room was complete I returned to the room and there was a sewage smell. I thought perhaps a neighboring room didn't flush. I moved rooms. * New room had smoke odor and no hot water. * Moved again and that room had no hot water. * I turned off the air to reduce the smoke smell and running the water for 15 minutes or so would produce some hot water. I understand there can be maintenance issues, but I won't return because of the smoke smells and because the internet speed was insufficient. I do have to return to the city in the next few months. "Look around before you stay here."

"no pool very upset with this hotel"
i chose this hotel for my children. we traveled from indiana to tennessee and i turned down other hotel offers because you had a pool, i get there and the pool was closed for renovation. that was the whole reason we came to tennesse so we could relax and stay in a hotel that had a pool. was very dissatisfied with the whole trip. it should have said […] something about the pool being down on website and it should have said it at the counter when we checked in, then we couldnt use the lobby area around the pool cause they had it booked for a wedding and wedding rehearsal all weekend. was not happy at all we had to stay in our room the entire trip and then we did have a balcony that overlooked the wedding area and the carpet and banister rail was all sticky. and couldnt stand to step on it cause it felt like walking on flypaper. very disappointed, the room was nice, but for our intentions was the pool and relaxation for our family and it didn't get done and our children were very upset cause of the pool. "Bugs!"
Crew was great! Room was on the 13th floor and it smelled like it hasn't been used in a while. We found a bug on the ceiling and it looked like a stink bug. The beds were really hard and made it difficult to sleep. Also, they took a $30 withdrawl on my Visa debit card for incidental on Dec, 20 and it has not been returned yet.
