It was fine for the most part. Food was very good for breakfast. That is the only meal we had there. All staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was not very clean when we arrived. Later saw someone cleaning the pool. Rooms appeared clean but they left obviously dirty glasses in the room.
"Still best full-service hotel in Ft. Collins"
Comfort rating dropped due to HVAC systems that shut down in middle of night (by design) and cause room temps to rise. Opening small window was partial solution. Lack of WiFi in rooms also an opportunity to upgrade, though Lobby WiFi was working. Nice touch to combine Starbucks and Gift.Snack shop off Lobby.
"Marriott, Fort Collins"
This hotel was in a wonderful location, close to CSU and downtown. Made getting around easy. Took a while to get hot water in the shower though, and even I am slow, or the TV was crazy annoying to try to work. Other then that, the staff was wonderful, and the facility was really great.

The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating. What I wish we knew when we booked with hotels.com was the fact that the hotel was renovating. We were given a room with a crane and tools and workers right outside our window, when there seemed to be plenty of rooms open. The bathroom was super small with no window or fan, though I am sure this will […] improve with the renovation. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the tv was a large, nice flat screen. The staff gave us free internet, which was nice. We did not get to keep our Marriott Rewards points since we booked with hotels.com, which was a surprise. Lesa meira
"Nice stay"
Very quiet area and a few miles from CSU where we were dropping our son off. Room was very nice and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Best night of sleep in a long time. Had studio room and was very comfortable, not crowded.

i visit Ft Collins often and have stayed in several other hotels. i got a great price through hotels.com and was very pleased. i will only stay at the Ft Collins Marriott in the future.
"GReat Hotel in Fort Collins"
This was a great hotel. The pool is great, room service great! Room renovations great! I have to say our view of the mall was a little to be desired. I would make sure you have a mountain view. The upgrade to a bigger room wasn't worth it. The internet is not free.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast on Sunday was very yummy. Overall, we had a GREAT stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stay at this hotel once a year- and it's always been a pleasant experience. I had a problem with my bill- apparently hotels.com partners with Expedia for the "lowest rates" and that rate doesn't include internet!! I'm a business traveler, and internet is crucial. I took the bill to the front desk, and Jean was wonderful. She reversed the charges, […] and didn't hassle me at all. "Very comfortable bed, house keeping was delayed"
My husband and I used to live in Fort Collins and came to stay for the weekend. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was kept up and presented very well. The bed was extremely comfortable! Everything was maintained and very beautiful. My only complaint would be that house keeping didn't get there till after 2 pm. "Marriott Fort Collins-Good location"
Nice room-great friendly staff. Computers in business center about 10 yrs old and VERY slow. Pool area never swept or blown, same trash cigarette butts in ash trays for all 4 days. Love the location, breakfast and staff. Needs updating in certain areas.

Hotel is a bit dated. Excerise area is small with some old machines. The halls were like an inferno. comfortable in rooms. Over priced for the condition of Hotel

"Great Stay"
Even though we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it was well appointed and included a nice arrangement for connecting a laptop to the TV. The indoor part of the swimming pool is small and a bit murky. There is also a small Starbucks in the hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend.

"Great hotel"
Check in to check out was 5 stars. Clean, comfortable room. Courteous staff and very well located in the Ft. Collins metro area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business or pleasure to this destination.

I paid more to stay there b/c I was traveling with a client and thought the Marriott would provide more luxury feel than the Hampton Inn I would normally stay at. Instead...we had no Wi-Fi. (Hampton's give you this for free.) The WIRED internet access we did have was SOOO slow I could not conduct some of my normal business b/c the exchange of data […] was too slow. I checked in at 11pm after a long night and could not order room service. This is understandable except I could NOT get anything to eat at a vending machine b/c they didn't have anything but soda pop. I have to say that I cornered a catering person there that night and she was very nice to send a sandwich up to my room---just something they put together ---but I was hungry and anything was fine. "Good Hotel,,,very busy hotel"
Overall .. good hotel. During our stay was busy. CSU had a homecoming ,,,luckly booked in advance by Hotel.com helped!!! Little small for the price of the room. Comfortable beds but a little sag in the middle of bed.... A bit pricey for the room, but overall very clean...pleasure of staying.... I believe this hotel is the biggest in Fort Collins.

"ok not great"
Rooms have no frig, bed is hard as a rock, pool is dirty. A wedding was at the hotel so to say the least, it was loud all night. They put us under the stairs and if the noise in the halls didnt keep you awake the running up and down the stairs did. we asked to be moved but they had no place for us. BOO HOO

Studio room was large and spacious but bathroom was lacking. Very small and tight quarters in the bathroom. No mini fridge to keep anything guests bring cold. Nice flat screen tv, but very limited free channels. Overall was a nice room but should have been half the price.
