"Decent, for the price"
the room was nice looking .. and there was a fridge and microwave.. the pillows were not comfortable, but the bed was .. there was no alarm clock in the room, and the phone did not work at all.. annnnd no breakfast, just coffee in the lobby

"Price reflects service"
The Motel 6 works fine for what you will need it to be - a place to sleep for those with small budgets (like myself). The service could use a little tune-up however. But like I said, the price reflects the service. If you find other places nearby close to the same price, may be worth taking at those options as well. Overall, not bad, but not great […] . Not a fancy hotel, but it was clean, service was fine and reasonably priced. Many places to eat or shop nearby.
"2 problems"
1. although close to Highway-84, it is not easy to get to, specially if you are heading east. Once you see the sign for Motel-6, then, you have into this dark alley before you get to to motel. 2. Big nuisance: No coffeemaker in the room Otherwise, it is an okay place for the money that you pay
"Better than I thought"
If you are looking just for a bed to sleep in, then stay here. If you are looking for breakfast. Look elsewhere.

This hotel is in need of maintenance. The tub had no drain plug so tub baths were not available. The sink had no contron rod for the drain, so it was stuck in the closed position. The arm on the desk chair ws about ready to fall off. Cleanliness was acceptable.

"Motel 6 in Vernon, CN, missed on two points"
There was a rate sale when we got there that was $10 less than what we paid. The bed sheet was the only thing covering the mattress -- there was no pad or protective cover, which didn't seem very sanitary. Also, the continental breakfast was minimal -- coffee, tea and stale mini-muffins. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

"Below average, not recommended"
To start, the hotel is tucked away at the end of a long driveway that had no signs along the way that I saw. Once inside the room, it smelled like a locker room, the carpet appeared to have stains and the molding was coming off the wall. In the morning I decided to take advantage of the "continental breakfast", which to my surprise at 9am consisted […] of decaf coffee - that's it! There are definitely better places to stay within 15 miles of Windsor that are worth paying an extra $5 to $10 for... Lesa meira
"Motel 6 in Vernon CT off I-84"
This thing has seen better days. The building and especially the rooms smelled of mildew and mold, and the carpets were pretty disgusting. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The lady behind the counter was nice enough! Plenty of cleaner budget hotels in Vernon or surrounding Hartford. No need to leave the light on here.

we suppose to have a Deluxe room with one king Continental Breakfast.We got up and went for brearkfast. we see only muffin and coffee.NO shampoo,conditioner and other thing in the room.
"Growing pains"
Updated and great price. lots of food and necessities. My part of the hotel smelled of curry. The management did not have control of house keeping as my room was never quite clean. Towels a bit grey, bathroom did not ever feel sanitized. Mini fridge unusable do to overuse build up, never noticed the door could not shut apparently. Common areas of hotel […] were filthy. Management seemed motivated but proof in the results. Remote control missing batteries, lightbulbs missing from lights. Do stay for price and location, don't stay if the little things bother you. Clean no frills hotel, Great for the price. No shampoo or other amenities. For a one nite stay it was adequate.
"Go anywhere else !!!!!"
The person at the desk was very rude. I reserved a King non smoking. I was told I was getting a double and was lucky to get nonsmoking. I had a written reservation to prove it, but she did not care. The room we got was clean but had a perfume smell to it to cover up something. It was an industrial cover not a woman's perfume. The room was dark with […] the lights on and it was ether to cold or far to hot. Nothing in the middle. The breakfast was sparse. Smallest bagel I have ever seem. "motel 6"
i only spent one night there but the room was extremely comfortable. the service there was super nice and quick too. i would definitely re-visit
Since changing to a Motel 6, they've eliminated the hot breakfast / waffle bar, which makes this hotel much less appealing to me. Also, the internet connection (which was advertised as something included in my room fee) was non-existent.
