Great place for overnight or weekend. May be a little small for families traveling with children. Wonderful breakfast, pleasant staff, very close to restaurants but does not feel "busy", quiet, clean, updated rooms. Would definitely stay here again. I love the location. It was hidden amongst the trees, and everything was nicely updated. I love the dark wood in the rooms and the bathroom was nice. The service was wonderful, and the hot breakfast was a plus. They had WAFFLES!
This Hampton is always quiet, clean & comfortable. Great location in Addison near the Tollway, with the Galleria nearby, and plenty of restaurants surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again.

"Nice Location"
Very easy to access off the local tollways...the staff was very friendly...however, I returned to the room at night to find a huge cockaroach in the bathroom...he was very much alive so I had to kill it. Other than that, my stay was just fine.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton, everything was very clean. The only thing I had a problem with was, I had reserved a room double beds, I stayed with a friend and my let my 3 roommates have my room. I did not say anything because they were full. other than this I had a great stay.

Stayed two nights-location was great (walkable restaurants)-and very helpful staff. Breakfast met expectations.
Hotel was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the DART. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And our room was perfectly located.

Rates were good for it to be last minute. Hotel room and restroom were kind of cramped and small. Love that they had free breakfast and the pillows and blankets could have been more updated.

I made the reservation for my cousin Tammy and her husband Jeff who came in to help with my Estate Sale (Mother passed away June). They ended up having to bring my cousin Dennis who is mentally challenged because my Aunt Barbara went into the hospital -- so I had call at the last minute to see about a roll-away bed. I regularly stay at this hotel for business. The wi-fi speed is fast, beds comfortable, staff friendly and it is located in an area that is convenient to both Plano and Dallas.

I spent three comfortable nights in Dallas-Addison thanks to Hampton Inn. I booked on hotels.com and got an unbelievable rate. My room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Free breakfast each morning was a bonus. I was close to shopping, numerous restaurants, and the neighborhood was beautiful. I will stay at Hampton Inn again any day.

"Above Expectations"
Hampton Inns have always been great for us. This one had great rooms (family of 5 with 5,3,1 yr old boys!), great hot and cold breakfast, and all for a great price. There were many staff serving and cleaning. The staff behind the counter insisted upon letting them know if there was anything that did not meet our expectations. During breakfast, the manager […] on duty (behind desk) stopped one of the breakfast servers before she tried to lift a heavy, full trash bag out of the container and came out and lifted it for her. Lots of riff raff in the hotel. Close to many bars and restaurants.. Must have been why there were so many hotel guests that were up and down tha halls until 4 am.

I wanted check in at 9 am and they let me without no problem..The guy working at the front dest who name is "Q" is very cool and also all the woman working there from the front desk to the housekeeping..Always smiling and working quietly without no attitude and yeah everything was just perfect.From this eperience i will always book hampton everywhere […] i go..The breakfast were very delicious with many choices ..vegetables and fruit..Just was amazing..Thank you to all of you hampton dallas Lesa meira

The hotel staff was very friendly and the overall hotel was very clean.Our room was nice ,the bed was very comfy.the location of the hotel is perfect it's in the middle of everything in Addison.I would definitely reccommend this hotel to everyone and I am absolutely staying here again!

I took my young daughter to Dallas for a weekend of shopping, and we stayed at this hotel. The area seemed very nice, and there are several unique restaurants in close proximity. It is also less than 2 miles from the Galleria Dallas. The hotel itself was in excellent shape, and everything seemed new and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. […] The breakfast was awesome. I will admit the standard room in which we stayed was a little on the small side, but it was exactly what we needed. "Great hotel for price"
Very nice hotel for the price. We had rented it for some out of state guests and they really enjoyed their stay. The room was really comfortable and hotel was very well maintained.

I had to visit Addison for a one night stay for business. I really liked this hotel and the discount from hotels.com was awesome. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit smaller than i've had in other hotels but it was still nice. My only complaint was that the wifi was a bit slow.
