the room was cheapest in surrounding area. you had to walk across parking lot to office to get office and during the walk if at night be careful. the room was ok, had cigeratte burns on the bathtub. we stayed on the back side of the hotel and the parking was terrible and people kept coming and going into a room 2 doors down. did not know if they were […] dealing drugs or running a prostition ring out of it. Room inside nicer than the building onthe outside. Wasn't given enough towels Even though we regestered 4 adults, but they were provided when requested the next morning. I was the only one who came to the breakfast provided, and bases on what I saw I recommended all go to a nearby restaurant instead. The lobby breakfast was roast and bagels with only […] butter to put on them, not even peanut butter or cream cheese. The was only one type of cereal (unsweetened corn flakes) and only one kind of milk, and orange drink of some kind. Only reg coffee on hand, and the desk clerk said there was no decaf on hand to be made. There were small pastries, they were good but don't make a breakfast. Overall, very disappointing. Lesa meira

scary hotel. and we stay at the cheap places, just looking for a quick overnite stay. next to the airport, but there is a freeway in the way, so it's a $13 dollar cab ride for 2 of us, each way. We booked this hotel last minute on a holiday weekend. For the price this was a decent hotel. The night employee was very accommodating, asking if we wanted to switch bed sizes and gave us a closer room to the front. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I also liked how they had a large dispenser of shampoo/conditioner and body wash vs. the usual […] small bottles. Honestly I was all ready to give 4 stars, until we went for the continental breakfast. While I get the meaning of continental, the choices consisted of English muffin or pastry with burnt coffee. This hotel was dirty, old and expensive. The staff was strange and called three times to ask the same question within an hour. Police with lights in the parking lot twice during the night. Find another hotel.

This hotel was fine for what it was, and for our purpose. We needed a place to stay over the night before I moved into my place in St. Louis. It was bare bones, but clean and close to a few good chain restaurants. We slept like babies,but that may have been a consequence of the overnight drive from DC.

Stayed in this hotel for a night. I had half a mind to leave in the middle of the night. The lights didn't work in most of the room and the bathroom door had a broken hinge and almost fell on our face.

I also would like to say that the staff at the hotel where I stayed were very, very nice from my first day there to the day I left, especially "Jay" and "Mac." I was also very pleased with how Housekeeping did my room every nite.

Food options nearby were minimal, staff was unhelpful (although polite), and internet connection was weak to non-existent. These are all pretty key elements, IMO. Room was clean enough though.

We spent the weekend in St. Louis, MO and our hotel stay was very pleasant.

Hotel was a bit old and run down but in a perfect location for the air port(about 10 mins ride via shuttle). The toilet seat was loose and the tile around the tub bottom was in need of repair. The neighborhood was a bit seedy looking and have read other reviews to that effect. Bed was comfortable and relatively clean but the room itself seemed a bit […] cramped.. Shuttle driver was 15 mins late taking us to airport but we still made the plane but the return ride was more prompt . This motel was clean and quiet. The check-in was easy because they had the room and key ready for us because of our Hotel.com reservation. There was a simple continental breakfast and shuttle to/from the airport. Best Value is located conveniently off Hwy 70 and 5 minutes from the airport.

My brother and I run some very successful businesses and we were in St. Louis to look at possibly opening another restaurant there, so we thought we found a nice small right by the airport location, that had wi-fi where we wouldn't have to worry about the traffic and noise of a big hotel. What we received was no clean rooms, so we had to wait, smoking […] rooms when we asked for non smoking, NO Wi-fi in the rooms when we were promised we would have it, the door handle on one of the rooms we paid for was broken, and in the middle of the night the headboard fell down in rm. 111 almost hitting my brother in the head. We called the front desk 27 times for problems we were having with our rooms, and not once did we get a solution only to be pushed off to someone else who couldn't help us. We complained and all they offered us was half off one of the rooms, which was absurd after the terrible 24 hours we had in their hotel. I would never Ever recommend Americas Best Inn to anyone who may be traveling to St. Louis, MO and wants to be close to the airport. This is the worse hotel ever, and I have stayed in hotels that cost 4000$ a night to ones that were 50$ a night, and this has no competition against being the worse hands down Lesa meira

The bathroom wall was peeling with pain strips look very messy. The toilet did not flush at all we had to call front desk couple times to fix it up . It was still clogged up in the morning. Ice machine was not available in the building. We had to walk into the hot weather to the office to get it. Breakfast area was very messy. All litters were laying […] around on counter and floor. For the money we spent for this hotel stay we think we should get some better stay than this. Sorry to say. I would give this rate at one star level. Lesa meira

The staff were very friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. We were even able to check in early. The airport shuttle was quick and easy, although it didn't run on wednesday mornings. The room was nice and fitted our needs perfectly. A great place if you plan to be out and about rather than spending all your time at the hotel.

I was really just looking for a clean comfortable affordable place to stay and in that regard it was a really good value. The only problem we had was that it had not transitioned over to America's Best from Days Inn so I was driving up and down trying to find where I was supposed to go. The hotel was close to the airport, however, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The most troubling thing was the carpet that in places was wet and mushy.
