"Great rate for a quick stay"
Overall I was very satisfied with my choice in using this Days Inn, only thing that I didn't find appealing was it was a 5-10 minute drive from most of the places I wanted to visit in Fort Collins, but it was nice and quiet even though it was right next to the freeway.
"Nice folks but something of a dump."
I slept amazingly well here. Not a place to spend much time while one is awake, however. For those who remember that old TV show The FBI with Efrem Zimbalist, Jr., this would have been the out of the way motel where the heist got planned. "DINGY!"
Where to start? dingy, run-down, 1st floor back door has no security lock to prevent intruders into hotel, bed was lumpy, bathroom was so small you couldn't shut door without nearly steping into the bathtub first, faucet handles leaked water when you turned on the water, smelled like someone had smoked in the Non Smoking room and then perfume had been […] used, Continental Breakast was the worst we'd seen in years-stale pastries etc.. "It's what you expect for the price...."
The room was clean and neat. The bed was really soft but comfortable. The front desk gal wasn't rude but not overly friendly, either. The hotel is located on the very outskirts of Ft Collins, close to the interstate, so it's easy to find, just takes a few minutes to get to Old Town or the campus. "Great place"
I arrived late and Coleen was very helpful and kind. My room was easy to find and clean and comfortable. Took a bath and tub was spotless. Check out was good after the breakfast and Melissa was sweet and helped me find a location on the map. I give this place an A+.
Bed was small, but the room was clean.
This is the second time we have stayed at the Days Inn Hotel. We come to Fort Collins to visit our son who is in college. The price is right and it is clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Ended up with a smoking room due to a mix-up with Hotel.com/Days Inn. Room was very small but worked for a place to sleep. Free breakfast was well-stocked and desk personnel were friendly. Location is a little confusing to get to. There is a feeder-like road beside Mulberry. Back doors were not locked even when we came in after 11pm.

"Great stay"
We found this hotel to be perfectly acceptable for the price. The room was comfortable, the shower was great, the AC did the job on the hot summer weekend, and the breakfast was fine. We expected 2-star quality, and got it! If you're budget-conscious and need a no-frills but no-complaints place, we'd highly recommend this place.

I have stayed here before and it was pleasant and I was very satisfied. This stay the staff was not very helpful with questions about the internet. Internet service was non-existent, the room was very small, and the hallways were loud and people were drinking throughout the parking lot. Not just drinking but highly intoxicated.

My room was stuffy, so I turned the AC on high and tried to go to sleep. I was pouring sweat, and called the front desk at 3:30 a.m. to see if I could get a room where the AC worked. I let the phone ring 50 times (yes, I counted) but no one answered. When I informed the Russian national desk clerk the next morning of what a poor night's sleep I had […] gotten, she asked why I hadn't called the front desk; when I informed her that I had let the phone ring 50 times without being answered, she said "Oh, I doubt that!" and then proceeded to tell me it was MY fault, because I had turned the AC on high, and that caused the AC to freeze up and stop working. And though that is a probable explanation, it didn't solve the problem, nor were my concerns addressed in any way. I won't stay there again, obviously. Lesa meira

"Days Inn - OK - For the Price"
Good for 1 night stay at a cheap price. Rooms can be a little small and beds a little old. Overall Tolerable for 1 night.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The price was right, staff was nice and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a normal hotel continental breakfast.

Good for a quick stay. Hotel we clean and staff was helpful. No frills - just a clean place to rest your head. Location is not near downtown or the college area but a quick drive to main attractions.
"Days inn did the job"
Needed a room for 3 nights in fort collins considering all hotel are in the same area and this was the cheapest it was definitely the most ban for your buck. Only hotel in old town was the Hilton and that was as much for one night as the days inn was for three nights. Hotel was clean and had what we needed definitely would stay there again.

"Good Price"
The hotel was pretty clean, staff was very friendly and accommodated my early check-in. The room was pretty standard in appearance and cleanliness for price, comfortable. The location was a bit far since we were on foot trying to get to the downtown area - but it was extremely hot out too. All in all, a nice hotel for the price.

It was nice, a little small. Room was smoke free, but the hallways smelled bad from cigarette smoke.

The hotel was clean, had a nice, cute appearance. The Hotel room decor was a bit outdated, but typical for the price range. Service was fine. There were some creepy looking people around and in the hotel on the first day there. The bed was very comfortable. "Clean, quiet and well maintained."
The neighborhood is in the industrial section of town. But the Hotel is seconds from I-25 and only minutes from Colorado State University and the Old Town section of Fort Collins. All-in-all its a great budget priced hotel. Clean and quiet rooms, clean smelling towels and blankets. Well worth the price!

Far better than expected! Had refrigerator, and microwave, excercise room, good breakfast, friendly staff, plus! Well-maintained, service was prompt (TV not working when we arrived). A great value!

It was exactly what I needed for my short stay at an inexpensive price. We basically needed a place to stay the night. When we first walked in the lobby it was beautiful with fish tanks. However, the actual room was the smallest we had stayed in. Only one of the lamps worked and the bed was a very small full for 2 people.
"Does a good job on what they promise"
I wanted a 2 or 3 star motel for a 1 night stay due to expenses limitations. This particular Days INN is a 25 year old facility in a somewhat rundown vicinity of Ft. Collins. But the operators provide a very clean, well-maintained motel for a very economical price, where one can safely take a shower and get 8 hours of sleep. This they did with flying […] colors. Nice room, Very clean. Staff was great. Only problem was the hallway was very noisy with slamming doors and loud people until 11:30pm. I would highly recommend to others though.

I chose this hotel because on future stays I may bring a pet. There was already a strong pet odor from a nearby hotel room - probably just the dog.

The room and bathroom were very small, I would not recommend a stay longer than a day or two, it would be uncomfortably small otherwise. Internet access, continental breakfast and a work-out room (one bike and one treadmill) were all a plus for this low priced stay.

This is a very clean, VERY basic room with good staff. The bed was satisfactory, but I was dissapointed with the lack of ammenities. Basically we got a clean, safe, easy to get to, tiny room.
