This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

Everything was great about it. Easy check in/out. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. I have stayed at the comfort inn in Moreno valley and the room had Mold in it and so I wanted to try comfort inn 1 more time to see if there is any difference and this one was excellent. thank you and I now have a fav for OC as I am there a few […] time a year visiting family! breakfasr very good, except whe a big group took over. Very pleasant well kept hotel.
I always stay here when I'm anywhere near this area. I like the location and the staff is very friendly and always helpful.

I tried to cancel after our first night and i wasnt allowed to. Awful breakfast, very cramped eating área, dirty table, etc. We were woken up every night, such a bad experience. This hotel was not fairly represented online.
I found it central to the area that we wanted to see. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and well manner.

Our room was sandwiched between the pool maintenance room, the elevator room and the housekeeping supply room. At 5 a.m. we were awakened by loud noise from housekeeping as they started their day. Our heater did not work and the office promised to send someone over but no one ever showed up. "Great Location"
Older hotel but staff were extra helpful. Breakfast was very good although garbage cans were dirty and this left a bad impression. Can't say enough about the helpfulness of the staff. I would rate them a 11 on a scale of 10.

"Spring Break Party All The Time"
We stayed here during spring break. It was noisy most of the time. Kids running the halls, running up and down the stairs, jumping on every landing, and playing with the elevators. Hotel was fne. Needed a place for the night because my plane left at 7:30 am. Room was clean. Wasn't noisy and was close to the airport. If you need to spend a night to catch an early flight the place is perfect.

Front desk staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean. The lack of full size pillows was a negative. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I love the hotel would definitely stay again very ample parking staff is very very accomdating. Diego the head of engineering I think is very very nice!!! Space is very safe and easily accessible to restaurants south coast plaza is 10mins away and the district @ Tustin is 5mins away great location
I guess I'm a creature of habit, but I stay here at least one or two days every other week. Convenient location and friendly staff keep bringing me back.

I liked everything except my bed, it was too soft. We heard lots of noise at 3am.

Room was fine -- clean and comfortable.God location, although there is not much going on within walking distance. Good access to"The Fives:" (freeways): 5, 55 and 405, and the huge SouthCoast Plaza shopping center.

Nice place, friendly staff. They were very accommodating to me.

The room that I was first put in had a taped up remote that did not work. The TV also did not work as that section of the hotel was not getting good cable reception. They moved me rooms but there was a stained chair.

The room was very nice. The bed was SO comfortable. The price was great, and it included breakfast! The only thing I would have enjoyed would have been a bit more water pressure in the shower - but other than that, it was really terrific!

Not fancy but comfortable and clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Be advised that their airport shuttle does not begin until 7AM...a little late for early flights.

Good: The room was very clean, including the top of the armoire. Breakfast attendant was cheerful & friendly. Everything we reported as broken was fixed promptly. Their towels are very soft and fluffy. The king bed and pull-out couch are comfy. A/C is quiet. The grounds are well kept. Coffee in lobby available all day. Breakfast:Omelets with cheese-whiz […] middle and sausage patties or egg disks with sausage patties. Make your own waffles, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, various breads, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, coffee, tea, juices, apples, oranges, bananas. The breakfast attendants work their tails to keep the food flowing. NOT so good: Toilet ran constantly which is ironic considering their "please conserve water, reuse towels" sign above it. Bed pillows are small and flat. The TV channels are 1/2 fuzzy and mostly suck. The internet is so slow email could get there faster through the Post Office. The girl at check-in could have been friendlier. She might have been having a bad day. We were asked if we needed more than 1 key even though 3 adults were on the rez. The breakfast is repetitive. Cookies in the afternoon are hit or miss. We could hear neighbors water above and beside us, but the fan in our bathroom helped to drown them out. Lesa meira

Their breakfast is good. We can make our own waffles and a lot of selection. Location is good. close to Highway 55. Pool and Jaquzzi is nice size for kid's to play. It's nice to stay here if in budget.
