Fínasta hótel á góðu verði og vel staðsett. Stutt að Times Square. Góður og vel útilátinn morgun matur og hreinlæti á herbergjunum mjög gott. Mæli með Best Western ef fólk vill hagstætt en gott hótel. Við vorum með tvö börn með okkur, 9 og 12 ára sem líkaði einnig vel :)

Hótelið er nálægt flugvellinum og er fínnt til að skella sér á yfir nótt, skoðaði ekkert hversu nálægt það var annari þjónustu.

"Good location"
We had an issue with an oder in the bathroom when we arrived, but they fixed it right away without hesitation. Great central location.
"I would absolutely stay at the Hilton again."
I found a good deal on the Hilton in Times Square through a popular travel website. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were greeted accordingly and check-in took a maximum of 5 minutes.The room we were initially reserved had a faulty air flow system. Within minutes a technician showed up at our room, found the problem, and we were flawlessly transferred […] to an alternate room only a few rooms down the hall. My only negative comment is there are no vending machines. Not just at the Hilton, but at any hotel in Times Square...I MUST HAVE MY DIET COKE! Lesa meira

"Hilton New York - close to everything"
We loved the hotel. We were one block from the St. Patrick parade, a couple blocks from Central Park, close to St. Patrick's and NBC. Walking distance to Time Square. It was wonderful!!! Starbuck's in the hotel, but we went right across the street and no line and fun people. The check-in was great, super staff even for it being so busy on St. Patrick's […] Day. Would recommend staying here. Safe's in the room were an added bonus, as Daddy bought his little girl a gift from Tiffany's. Memories forever!! Lesa meira
"Nice location, Quick Checkin, Fair deals"
The hotel is located in an excellent location close to Times Square, Central Park, 5th ave, etc. The overall experience was excellent. Without an additional fee, the front desk helped us out when we had last minute additions to our trip and gladly changed our room to a double bed. "Hilton Hotel in New York City"
I could not have been more please with my stay. We were within walking distance of Times Square and numerous other attractions. Thankfully there was a pharmacy a block away for medications I forgot to pack. The Hilton was a very good choice in regard to room size and amenities. The service was excellent. I recommend it for anyone.
"A lot of bang for the buck"
Considering the price the Hilton in Midtown NYC is a tremendous bargain.The room was spacious and well appointed with a generous sized flat screen HD TV and ample bathroom.The prime location allows guests to walk to everything.

Perfect stay except a/c unit didn't work when we woke up in the middle of the night, very stuffy. Check it before bed! Also, very big hotel, plan on things taking a little longer because of its size. Recommended.
"Gone down hill"
I used to stay at this hotel when I attended conferences in NY. The quality of the hotel seems to have gone down. We arrived on St. Patricks day so it was very busy. The staff was able to get us an early check in with no wait. However, the room was much to be desired. Elevators on one side, which we listened to going up an down all night, housekeeping […] on the other side, so we heard constant chatter from the staff. This hotel is very conveniently located. It is within walking distance to central park, times square, 5th avenue shopping, etc. The hotel is huge. It could appear to be a little un-personal. Service, for the most part, is efficient. Overall it is a nice hotel that I will come back to because of its location and overall value.

We came for a quick weekend trip to celebrate a birthday. From the time we got to the hotel until we left the staff was friendly and accommodating, from the woman at the front desk to the cleaning staff. Additionally, the location is amazing. "Great location, sub-par staff"
From the bellboys to the concierge to the front desk receptionists, I was consistently surprised to see that the staff was not in the slightest engaging, much less happy to be there. Calling the concierge from your room is pointless: I tried four times and was even put through to the concierge desk by the front desk, to no avail. "Hilton Hotel Midtown"
The room was extremely noisy and very small for the rate paid. I wouldn't stay here again even though the location was very convenient.

My only complaint about the hotel is even on the 31st floor we could hear everything on the street- from the people, to the cars, etc. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Great location but very crowded --what do you expect for being in the middle of Manhattan. Room recently renovated. We had a corner room over looking Ave of Americas. Loved it!

"The Hilto was close our destination"
The beds were very comfortable. We walked to the Armory Show from our location. My son and I also took a day trip to Philly. We also went to the Frick collection the next day. All in all excellent stay.

We stayed in NYC for a family weekend. The room was exceptionally large, for a hotel room in NYC. The room was clean at a 10 on a scale of 10. The room was well maintained. Check in/out very streamlined. Baggage check kept our bags between arrival and check in. With an 11 year old, security was important. The bar and restaurant do not compete well when compared to establishments within walking distance of the hotel, breakfast buffet is one example of this deficiency; however, this hotel should be proud of what they offer to their guests. Great location to times square, theaters, etc. Hotel should update rooms with wi-fi which is available only in the Lobby.

I 100% recommend staying at this hotel. Every thing was perfect and they helped me with all my questions, transportations was so easy just out front, ect.
"Nice hotel"
The staff were friendly. Starbucks, 24 hr deli shop and pizza joints around. A few street vendors around the area and close to the Metro. Central location and the room are a decent size. Front desk was very accommodating and allowed us for both early check-in and late check-out for no extra charge.

This hotel was absolutely great! Centrally located in Manhattan and easy access to the subway. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. About a 15 min. walk to Central Park. Will stay again!

The location of the hotel is great, our only complaint was that one of our rooms the shower was difficult to use, something messed up with turning it on. Also the elevators are small and the hotel was extremely busy with a convention so you had to pass on a number of elevators as they were full and could only fit about 8-10 people each. "Couple's Retreat"
My fiance and I wanted to go away for a weekend so we chose to stay in the city. The Hilton is a beautiful hotel with fast customer service at the front desk and the rooms are beautiful as well. The only thing i would say was a negative was the time it took for the water to get through the pipe for our shower. This is not new though since NYC pipeline […] system is not fast and therefore where ever you stay you will have that problem. If you let the water run for a minute you will be fine after that! There is a Starbucks on the lobby floor is also a plus :) We will definitively be staying there again when we visit NYC again! Sidenote: do not park your car there at the hotel (overnight parking is $51 a night). Instead walk 2 blocks to 8th avenue and there is a Parking Deck called ICON parking where if you go online and get a coupon you can get parking there for $27 for each 24-hour stay you use the deck. "Staff best in the business"
I have been fortunate to have traveled throughout Europe, the Caribbean, parts of Asia and to most major cities in the US and Canada during the past 50 years. The entire Hilton staff from the car drop off, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant to check out were the best I have ever encountered ANYWHERE! Location is great. Breakfast was great. Price was […] great. Accomodation was great. What else could you ask for in today's travel world of often inefficient, frustrating and impersonal care. Going to New York for the theater, shopping, sightseeing, or any other reason, I would highly recommend the Hilton. (After traveling for over 50 years, I even changed my plans on a recent drive from New England to Florida to make sure I stayed every night in a Hilton affiliated Hampton Inn. "Awesome Location"
This is my 5th trip to NYC and I think this was the best location to get to EVERYTHING. Convenient for Times Square and Central Park --- as well as several subway stations. I would definately stay here again. Only issue, hate to pay for all services and restaurant is VERY expensive.
"30th Birthday in NYC"
Our stay was amazing. Stayed in a one bedroom suite on the 44th floor. From checking throughout our stay staff was on top of everything and very helpful. Even after a mishap and we needed the closest ER. There is also a continental breakfast and mid afternoon snack bar for suite guests. The staff was excellent-friendly and generous with birthtday greetings for my friend staying with me. We were close to delis, Broadway, a tour bus line and Central Park was within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding.

"great location but tired room"
stayed in an executive room right on the top floor. Looked very old and dated with some paint peeling off the ceiling. However the lounge was first rate and the breakfast and hors d' oeuvres were fantastic. Location of the hotel was amazing - we walked to see Chicago in under 10 minutes and central park was only 4 blocks away. one significant downside […] was that they charge for every little something they can get away with eg Wifi and for leaving our bags for a few hours after checkout which just makes the place feel cheap. I've never stayed in a hotel that charges for bags storage before. There really is no excuse to charge for things like this separately, especially the wifi. It was free in the lounge and the lobby, why not the rooms?? Overal really good hotel let down by a moneygrabbing feel and the need to update the executive rooms Lesa meira

"Wonderful Stay!"
My only compliant is that WIFI isn't included, except for the lobby which doesn't have seating UNLESS you buy a drink. LAME. Staff was OK--the cleaning crew was much more friendly than the conciege. The room was very comfortable and I LOVED the shampoo and soap!
We had a great but short stay. Looking forward to returning for our next visit in November.
