Hotel was clean and inviting. It is however hard to find if you dont know where you are going. We have stayed there before and will stay again. I will say this place needs some serious maintenance. There are no mints on the pillows here, but I had a clean, well-tended room in a quiet corner of the facility -- far enough from road noises. The staff was courteous and professional. I've paid a lot more for a lot less. I'd stay here again.

Although it was A SECOND STORY walk up to my room it was clean and the beds comfortable. If you need a cheaper stay by Hobby this would work. All night security too."

Enjoyed our stay, close to the event we were attending, as well as store, shopping centers, etc. Access to the entrance way, was discerning. Abigger sign would clear that up. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again, even longer next time.

The beds were comfortable enough for the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and even accomodated me with a room closer to a stronger wifi signal so I could work. The buildig is dated. The location didn't feel safe. The parking area was dimly lit. It was also very difficult to find.

The hotel needs maintenance, the hotel met the purpose of what I was looking for. After the first night my room was not cleaned. I only got clean towels but the beds were the same. Not really the best experience.

This is my second stay here and I really love it! The front desk is so attentive and helpful.Room was great, they even ley us check in early. I'll definitely be back!

First the positives - hotel room was clean and had a nice work table. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have experienced. Now the negatives - two lights were out in the bathroom, one next to the shower and one of the ones at the vanity. Anyone cleaning the room would notice it immediately, but it appears making sure all the lights are […] working was not a priority. Also, the hotel does not actually front the I45 access road. There is a sign that points to an entrance that goes about 50 feet in to get to the hotel. Also, at night, the main lobby door is locked and one must go to a side window - a bit of a hassle and was confusing on the first visit. Lastly, Baymont has a strange policy that the rooms that have mini-fridges and microwaves are "upgrades" and they cost more. This is bizarre as I have stayed in much cheaper hotels (and lower quality) that provide that in every room as a standard amenity. I think Baymont needs to re-think this. Lesa meira

It was affordable, nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I saw was I saw a very small roach in my room so they need to make sure to keep the hotel pest free. Other than that I truly enjoyed my stay!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the exterior of this hotel is badly in need of updating to the Baymont standard I have seen at their other hotels. We booked a King bed, but they didn't have our room, so instead we got 2 full size beds. From other reviews this seems to happen rather frequently. Definitely a low quality hotel, but over all not too bad for the price. I've stayed in worse, but also much better. We got a much better room at the Days Inn the next night for the same price.

The outside of the hotel doesn't look good, but once you go into the lobby it is beautiful. My room was so relaxing and comfortable. Flat screen TV in HD, and a closet with doors, table, chairs, coffee maker, shampoo and conditioner! I really loved my stay so much. And the bed was so comfortable.. Very clean. The hotel had convenient location to Hobby airport and a complimentary shuttle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Morning hotel staff very friendly and helpful, afternoon staffer at the front desk was a little rude. Not the most desirable neighborhood but convenient to rental car locations and gas stations.

Check in was not great...had to wait 20 minutes for front desk to get off the phone. Room would not cool down and the toilet seat was broken. Advised front desk and maintenance never fixed it. Very loud parties going on in the middle of the night. Breakfast was gone way before time was to end for it and the place was a mess with food everywhere. Overall, it was a good experience: location was good for me. The room was clean and in good condition. It was a bit tricky to find off of Gulf Freeway as there is just a small sign that points to a bit of an alleyway that is the drive into the hotel. The hotel does not actually front on the freeway access road. Otherwise was all good for me.

well the last evening staying there the stripper chic from next to us could not get into her room and fighting with her man. she decides to knock on all the doors in her area for about an hour. then gets in room and starts banging and arguing. it was rather stressful considering i was in town for a funeral due to an angry neighbor taking my family member […] life!!!!!! we complained but i guess they felt it was not that serious it could wait until morning. we won't be going back there. the room was small and ceiling felt like i was in a garage turned into a room and the sink was clogged up. The hotel served its purpose. Room was clean but small. It was well off the road so if you didn't see the sign you would miss it. Staff was ok. It was NBA All Star Weekend so it was priced very affordable. Overall no regrets.

I was not satisfied with my stay. It was suppose to be a romantic getaway for Valenties day and the Pillows had mildewed pillow cases on them.. It was late so I did not bring it to the attention of the clerk until the following morning. I took one of the pillows to check out and they didn't act if though they were concerned. I bought special coffee […] to make and the Coffee maker was in the room but no pot for the coffee to drip in. I also informed the clerk and again wasnt concerned. When I went down for breakfast before 7am the orange juice was already out and had to wait 10 min for them to refil. Maybe it was just that location, but I was very unsatisfied with my stay. Hotel is grungy, previous guest's hair in the bathtub. Seems popular with those who like to party into the early morning hours. Grate on heater A/C unit outside the room was leaning against the wall. I stepped in dog feces just outside my room and the remains of it were still there 36 hours later when I left. Garbage can in the common area near the […] elevator was overflowing when I arrived. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I was traveling as a single women. Upon arrival to the extremely difficult to locate hotel, the receptionist is locked inside the lobby and request that I check in through a glass window on the side of the entrance.....similar to having a conversation to with a prison guard. It is ok for a one night stay. We got to the motel a little after 9 pm and when call them, the front dest told us that shuttle does not run past 9 pm. So we had to pay taxi to get to the motel. That is one of the reasons I selected this place. Overall, the rooms are average with semi comfy beds.

We got in late (after dark) and tbe doors to the lobby were locked..we were instructed to go around to a window. This was a slight incovenience but not much, and it was for security purposes so I sort of understand.
