Mjög gott 4 stjörnu hótel. Frábært morgunveðarhlaðborð, flott hótel með nýlegum herbergjum. Starfsfólk mjög hjálpsamt og þægilegt. Í rólegu hverfi nálægt Evrópuþinginu. Smá spotti að labba í miðbæinn en ekkert sem strætó eða neðanjarðarlest reddar ekki.

Ekki er boðið upp á aðgengi fyrir fatlaða á þessu hóteli. Vinsamlegast veldu annað hótel ef þú vilt bóka herbergi með aðgengi fyrir fatlaða.
Verðið sem hér birtist er fyrir eins eða tveggja manna herbergi í eina nótt, miðað við fjölda fullorðinna. Vinsamlegast athugið að hugsanlegt er að aukagjalds sé krafist við innritun fyrir fleiri gesti, börn, aukarúm og annað tilfallandi.
Verð getur verið án skatta og gjalda hótelsins og miðast við að herbergi séu laus. Í ákveðnum tilvikum gæti þurft að framvísa sérstökum skilríkjum.
A heart-shaped ring road defines Brussels’ city core, and most of its visitor attractions. Within these limits, the centre consists of two distinct halves. To the west is the Lower Town, a tangle of medieval streets centred on the Grand Place, a vast cobbled square surrounded by ornate Flemish buildings. To the east is the newer and more aristocratic Upper Town, a zone of palaces and parks, grand museums, and gothic churches.

Hotel was in very good location near the central station and grand place. The hotel staff were also very nice and friendly. The only probelm was the condition of the hotel itself. It was a bit like something from the 1970,s. The main light did not work in my room also poor heating and the wrong TV remote, the sheets were also not the best. Don't expect […] the 3 star standard hotel you would get in the UK. Lesa meira
"Hotel La Madeleine - very centrally located"
Located inbetween, & just a few minutes walk, from the Grand Place and Central Train/Metro stations the location is excellent. This is a budget hotel and at first glance the rooms, particularly bathroom, are tired & in need of a refit however ..... the shower was one of the best I've had (simple but effective), the bed was very comfortable, the room […] was clean with all the basic amenities expected (including hairdryer, safe, shampoo & soap) & the hotel was quiet at night. I had a double room for single useage. Breakfast is fairly basic (no hot food) with a limited choice but plenty to fill you up - cereal, yogourt, bread, meat, cheese, eggs, jam etc with juice & coffee etc. A crucial point worth mentioning is that all the staff I encounted (reception, cleaners, breakfast) were very polite, helpful & friendly. In summary: I would definitely stay at this hotel again & fully recommend it to others. Lesa meira
"A un paso de la plaza más bonita del mundo"
Situación inmejorable a un paso de la Grand Place y otro de la estación Central. Bien el desayuno y muy amables los trabajadores. Hacía un poco de calor en las habitaciones, pero por lo demás genial. Hay opciones más baratas, pero este hostal es muy recomendable.

Vastaanottohenkilökunta on ylenkatsovaa, asiakkaitaan väheksyviä ihmisiä. Asiakkaita ei pahimmassa tapauksessa kuunnella lainkaan eikä heitä kunnioiteta. Vastoin kaiken maailman järkeä hotellin henkilökunta kuitenkin kehottaa asiakkaitaan kunnioittamaan työntekijöitään, mutta jos kunnioitus ei ole molemminpuolista, ei vierailu ole nautittava, vaan suoranaista […] tuskaa. Huoneet haisevat, ne ovat pieniä, huonossa kunnossa jakaikin puolin luotaantyöntäviä. Varsinkin löyhkäävä lattiamatto, päivettynyt päiväpeitto ja homeinen suihkuverho kammostuttivat. Ainoastaan sijainti oli hyvä, mutta alueella oli useita muitakin hotelleja, olisi pitänyt heti vaihtaa sinne. Lesa meira
