My family and I always stay at Hilton chains with the Embassy being one of our favorites. I loved everything about the hotel, especially their exceptional customer service!! They offered complimentary airport shuttle and anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The breakfast was very good and selective. They offered one of the best Jacuzzi's I think I've ever […] been in, however the chlorine was a bit much during my first few days there...They are also conveniently located next door to Enterprise Rental car in the case you wanted to rent a car to explore San Antonio....My hotel stay was affordable and I'm so glad that we chose to stay at that location and not the downtown location because it allowed us to have peaceful sleeps. I believe the windows are sound proof because I never heard a plane...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Lesa meira

I've always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites throughout the country. However, this last hotel seemed dingy, the carpets were dirty and my brother's room reeked of cigarrette smoke and he doesn't smoke. The hotel in in deperate need of a face lift. I was very disappointed.

It was 6pm in the afternoon and I had to call the front desk and let them know that we did not receive made service yet, it took until 7pm to have someone come up. My husband went down to get a new key because he could not find his. The front desk asked him what room he was in and made him a key, they asked him his name but did not ask for id. Free Breakfast and evening Managers reception was excellent. Room Service dining was good and prices were not overinflated like in many hotels. I noticed they were the same prices as what was posted in the restaurant. The heated pool was nice in the middle of February and the gym was well maintained. Notes to housekeeping were ignored. I left a note […] for an item to be exchanged but it was not taken care of until I had to call. I thought I would be proactive and fill the coffee pot with water the night before so it would be ready in the morning but the water leaked out all over the counter over the course of the night. I tried to set the alarm clock to music but the volume was so low, it did not wake me. I ended up not using the alarm clock at all and just the alarm on my phone. Despite that the location is less than 1 mile from the Airport, the noise level from airplanes was not even noticed. If there are people partying in the atrium, it's very loud which is the nature of the building design. Lesa meira

I decided to stay at this particular hotel due to its close proximity to a testing center for professional licensing exam. I got there in less than 5 minutes. There were other hotels in the immediate area, but Embassy Suites provided the best option. I was not entirely satisfied with the breakfast buffet on the first morning of a 2-day stay. Even though […] I got there when the buffet opened, the eggs were cold, pancakes were lukewarm and bacon was greasy. Because I had to leave at 720AM for this professional licensing exam, I did not have time to wait and ask for one their build-your-own ommelletes. Despite this minor issue, the stay was great. The hotel offers LodgeNet as there TV package. The strangest thing however each time I have stayed someone at the hotel has found a way to mute MSNBC only throughout the entire hotel. This a local hotel issue only. Fox lovers will find Fox News comes in loud and clear.

Hotel is very nice. Clean quiet rooms. My only problem was my GPS routing me everywhere around the hotel except the hotel.

Great hotel close to the airport and North Star Mall. Good value as well. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. They actually have omelets to order!! On top of the more traditional cereal, fruit, sweet rolls, etc. Rooms were extremely quiet. There was a noisy group in the lobby one night and we never heard them once in our room. I use this hotel when in San Antonio and have an early flight the next day. It's convenient and very comfortable. The staff is wonderful.

We always stay at the Embassy Suits near the San Antonio Airport. The location is perfect; the 410, I-10, 281, North Star Mall, the Quarry, etc. The breakfast is always a great extra. This visit was exactly how I would want any hotel stay to go! Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating... this makes my stay that much better considering i have 2 young children (1 yr and 4 yrs old); we were also able to check in a couple of hours early. the rooms are big enough to put a twin size travel bed in the bedroom area so the 4 of us could all sleep in the same room. the TV even had nick and nick […] jr which my kids liked. my husband and i thoroughly enjoyed the manager's reception while the kids snacked on the goldfish and pretzels and fruit punch. also the breakfast is always fabulous! This hotel is very easy to get to. It is very clean. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable. The breakfast can't be beat!!!!! The walls were well insulated. I never heard a sound once inside my room.

Good stay but had maintenance problems that tool 2 days to fix. When got back to the room the first night things weren't fixed. Notified front desk and they were fixed during the next day. Stopped up kitchen sink, electrical plug would not work in bathroom and refrigerator had water at the base and it was unplugged. We didn't want you plug it on not […] knowing about the water. Their overall service was very satisfactory. They offered a variety of food during breakfast time and snacks and drinks in the afternoon all inclusive with the hotel rate. The rooms were big enough for more than two people including a TV set on the living area and bedroom as well. We will come back to this hotel on our next trip.

At the airport we call the hotel for the shuttle twise and it never came, when we arrived at the hotel one hour later the shuttle was parked outside.... terrible service there!!!

Everything excellent, just one day my room was not made, do not know why, I asked for someone to do it in the evening and they just brought me the linen. In general excellent hotel, excellent personnel excellent breakfast.

We had a two room suite for the family vacation. Our room on the seventh floor was spectacular compared to the rooms we paid much more for throughout our three week road trip. We checked in late. In the morning it became apparent that the bathroom had not really been cleaned. Dirty towels (not just one) were folded and put back. There was hair on the walls, "stuff" in the bathtub. When we compained the person at the front desk asked, "is there anything we can do?" Do they really have to ask?
