Got to my room and as soon as I turned on the light, a cockroach ran across the kitchen counter. Went down to the front desk and checked out immediately.

A little hard to find, this hotel is a bargain. Clean, comfortable, basic. It's a deal for a quick overnight when you just need a place to sleep.

My only frustration at this point is why I was charged an additional $25 after I left the Hotel? If you can find that out, that would be great.

Carpet stained and appeared very dirty. Bathroom needs remodel - calking around sink cracked and dirty appearing. Bathtub very worn. Cabinet doors worn and tattered appearing. Bed comfortable. Hotel personel very pleasant.

This hotel was much better than I thought it would be,clean,comfortable,quiet, pleasing staff, and most of all close to the malls, food, basically whatever you need. We stayed four days and planing to use it for our family reunion.

The hall ways were very dusty from the wall ouy about 2" and the rest of the floor was passable. the room furniture was dusty and the floor could have used a better vacum cleaner to get up the fine dust. pictures of the place show a much better review than what it actually was. there was a long black hair in the shower and pubic hair also in the tub. The room was very small. Couldn't barely fit a child and parent in the bathroom at the same time. This room was nothing like the other Wyndham suites in Omaha. No pull out couch, no hot breakfast. Breakfast was granola bars and bottled juice placed by the entrance of the hotel. Also the 2 desk people were away when we checked in and we had to wait about […] 15 minutes. They didn't take the phone with them when they left the front desk and they looked disheveled when they came to the desk. I think they were doing some "inappropriate stuff" on work time. Lesa meira

The heating and cooling system in our room was not effectively controlling the temperature. The water pressure in the room for the showere was really low. Everything else was fine.

It appears as a fairly new hotel from the outside, but the inside was definitely a bit shabby: chipping paint on woodwork, old, worn bathroom tiles, tub and counter. But it was relatively clean. Also had a non-smoking room and several times smelled smoke that permeated to the hallway and into the room. Yuck. Hard to get to and in a business/industrial area. Once there; a great place with all the amenities. Clean and well maintained. No real breakfast, just energy bars and muffins.

The room was clean and comfortable. The overall decor and condition of the hotel was outdated and wore. The staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and expressed appreciation for staying.

Great for a one, two or three night stay. Lots of road construction in progress around the area. Makes it a little difficult during rush hour.

I loved the fact that the amenities included cookware/dishware with the kitchenette. I was able to cook great meals during my stay. They also have a convenient washer/dryer that I found helpful. All this for a very affordable price.

It wasn't what I expected. Definitely needs a remodel. I've stayed in this hotel in other cities and that is what I was expecting. This hotel didn't compare to the other one I have been to.

We had to wash off our car because of cement mess on the Interstate that ended up all over the car, the Hotel handy man dro[[ed everything and set us up with a hose and bucket...really the best!

I just needed a cheap night stay to fly out of the Omaha airport early next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the building was old and looked like a converted apartment complex. The hallway had a strange odor and there were loose hair on the bed. Whole place looked very old and have not had anything replaced or updated for many years. […] I guess not much should be expected from the two-star rated property at Hotels.com? Not worth it if you're only staying for one or two nights and don't need the kitchen area. There isn't much in this area and it's difficult to get to (at night there were a lot of ramp closures making it hard to get back to the hotel). The bathroom in here has the worst design ever. The shower has no ledge, causing the water to flood the entire bathroom, […] and there is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. I had to put the soap on the sink ledge, which was tilted, causing it to fall into the sink all the time. Nowhere to put any toiletries in fact. Also, no breakfast. I didn't think this was worth it and I probably would pay more for a better hotel next time. But at least it was pretty affordable. Lesa meira

I waited for more than 10 minutes while one of the staff checked in another guest. There were 2 other staff members in the office that just continued on with their day as if no one were standing there. They took saving money / energy way too far. It was better than motel 6... Lady that checked us in was nice but no one at the counter several times after that. Rather frustrating. The bed was moderate, the bathroom wasn't amazing, apparent damage to the walls. The ceiling had water damage and smelled. The kitchenette was nice to have though.

Very friendly staff, but they only had smoking rooms. The stench of years of smoking was unbearable. The room layouts were poor, and the TV and VCR (yes, VCR) were outdated.

Overall convenient and good value. TV a bit small by today's standards and "sleep" feature was not working.

We've never experienced such great front desk service from a budget-priced hotel! This motel included a no-cost library of DVDs and books for entertainment in your room,and a store with very reasonably priced food and drink. The beds are excellent, as are the linens. Though the kitchenette was dated, it was in good condition. We reduced the comfort […] score for three reasons in one room: the refrigerator was so noisy that it woke us up at night and had to be unplugged; the HVAC unit was very noisy; the curtains did not close all the way and let in daylight that awoke us well before the alarm was set. The other room had none of these issues. This motel is VERY hard to find, especially in the dark. Use a GPS and you'll find your way to a good value in lodging. We spend one night there. With the same price as Super 8, I would say I love this much better. We were assigned a room very close to the electricity facility. It's a little noisy in the aisle. We thought if it's noisy inside, we would ask for changing a room. However, when we stay in the room, we can not hear anything. The room is spacious and has a […] kitchen. It's very convenient if you want to cook something. The mattress is comfortable as well. The bath towel is of good quality. There is also free washer and dryer. That would be better if they provide complimentary breakfast. But anyway, with this price to live such a satisfying hotel, it's worth. Lesa meira

It was a very nice & clean in a quiet neighborhood, yet easy to get too. Our only complaint was that our room was beside some kind of compressor that would run for 10 -20 seconds every 20 - 30 minutes and it was LOUD. Otherwise we were well pleased.

The overall stay was nice. Location was in a nice area, close to the expressway and main roads. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were standard. The nice added touches like the studio suite set up,? cupboard, and laundry room gave off a " home away from home" feel. The customer service was pleasant but didn't seem to communicate well internally […] which caused unnecessary frustration. It seems best not to change any aspects of the initial reservations or you just may have to keep reiterating the change due to the communication gaps. My stay would have been great otherwise. the room was nice for the price. the area was non-threatening. we had a stay-cation so the kitchenette was really nice. not enough furniture though. but you can`t have everyhing. the staff was nice. the only negative feature was the air unit was quite loud. we would considerstaying there again....
