Á The Mark eru 150 herbergi með loftkælingu, á þeim eru græjur fyrir iPod og geislaspilarar. 32-tommu sjónvörp með vökvakristalskjám (LCD) með kapalrásum í gæðaflokki, kvikmyndastöðvar án endurgjalds og mjög nýlegar kvikmyndir eru á herbergjum.Allri gistingu fylgja skrifborð, öryggishólf (nógu stór fyrir fartölvur) og beinhringisímar með talhólfi; boðið er upp á ókeypis innanbæjarsímtöl (takmarkanir kunna að gilda). Gjaldfrjáls háhraða internetaðgangur, þráðlaus eða með kapli er í boði. Á rúmum eru: sérvalin rúmföt hótels, þrjú lök í rúmi og dúnsængur. Koddavalseðlar í boði. Hver eining er með sérstökum innréttingum og húsbúnaði og sérstakar setustofur. Á öllum herbergjum eru ísskápar, míníbarir og kaffivél/te. Á baðherbergjum eru sér baðkör og sturtur með lausir sturtuhausar, tvöfaldir vaskar, sjónvörp og baðvogir. Til viðbótar eru í boði DVD-spilarar og leikjatölvum. Fínasta hótel á góðu verði og vel staðsett. Stutt að Times Square. Góður og vel útilátinn morgun matur og hreinlæti á herbergjunum mjög gott. Mæli með Best Western ef fólk vill hagstætt en gott hótel. Við vorum með tvö börn með okkur, 9 og 12 ára sem líkaði einnig vel :)

Hótelið er nálægt flugvellinum og er fínnt til að skella sér á yfir nótt, skoðaði ekkert hversu nálægt það var annari þjónustu.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.

The Mark excels in every category. the location is great, the service is superb and the rooms are lovely. The bathrooms in the rooms and large and luxurious beyond expectations. The rooms are quiet and beautiful. Will definitely return. Soon, I hope.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff helpful. Good base if you want to stay in this neighborhood.
"Perfect in every way"
Absolutely charming and full of old-NYC attention to detail. The only issue I ever had was my room key not working. Elevators work quickly, decor is charming. Staff is wonderful. The TV in my bathroom mirror was amazing. Room service was prompt and surpassed my expectations.
Expensive for such a small room without a view of anything.

Half block off Madison ave, great shopping, wonderful hotel, wonderful room, superb service. I would avoid the restaurant, overpriced and not that great, but there are plenty of places to eat within a three block radius. It had the feel of a boutique Hotel. It had a great bar and buzzy restaurant. The hotel had just been renovated and had a very luxurious feel to it. a high floor is recommended to avoid overlooking air conditioners. I liked its location being located next to Central Park and the Museums. However it was a good walk from Saks and other stores being located […] on 77th E Street and Madison. The Hotel was wonderful, staff really, really good. It might of been a very short stay , however I would find it hard to book another hotel in NYC now. Fully recomend the Mark

The Mark made us feel like William and Kate. . . PLUS!!! The staff, the accomodations, the service, the food, etc., was all fit for royalty! And, that's the way we felt! HOORAY!!!

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Yes its pricey but worth it if its for a special occasion ( honeymoon, anniversery). It's in a great location, not close to the noise and congestion of NYC. Its in uptown, minutes away from Central park. The gym facilaties are great. As this hotel was recently refurbished it is all new and modern. Everything […] is designer, you feel like a king (or queen) This hotel deserves its five star rating. Staff where very friendly and offered a speedy service. They had a promotion going on at the time if booked directly on their website, but as i booked from hotels.com they offered me an upgrade to a one bedroom 'apartment'. It was huge.
