Einangrum milli herbergja og hæða er hinsvegar algjör hörmung. Hvert fótspor á hæðinni fyrir ofan glumdi niður til okkar (fer væntanlega mikið eftir skóbúnaði þess sem þar dvelur). Einnig heyrist of mikið á milli herberga og líka fyrir utan herbergið. Við vorum óheppin þar sem það voru einvherjir á fylleríi með tilheyrandi hávaða og látum. Sorglegt þar sem hótelið' er sjálft mjög fínt og staðsetningin virkilega góð. ég mæli því með þessu fyrir hvern þann sem er tilbúinn að taka sjénsinn á því hverjir nágrannar hans verða.

Hótelið er vel staðsett og hótelgarður er nýmóðins og í sérklassa, notalegt að sitja úti við opinn eld á kvöldin. Starfsfólk sérlega bóngótt og elskulegt, og allir sérlega kurteisir svo eftir verður tekið. Innifalið í verði eru frjáls afnot af stórri líkamsræktarstöð með 25m sundlaug handan götunnar. Við vorum að æfa fyrir maraþon núna í águst og hentaði þetta því vel. Í alla staði frábært hótel.

Overall, our stay was nice. Only complaint was one day our room was not cleaned and we came back to unmade beds and no clean towels. Other than that it was clean. "Location is difficult to find."

Room was cleaned everyday. Staff was conscious of "do not disturb". Noise complaint was handled immediatly. Comfortable beds. VERY accommodating to my dogs. Very clean rooms. The service was a ittle inpersonable and the male check in clerk never called the airport shuttle when I called for it. I sat at the airport for 30 minutes until I had to call again asking for it! However, everything else was great. I was very disappointed. This hotel was not up to the Red Lion's usual standards. When I checked into the room (room 171) there was day old coffee in the coffee pot, day old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and urine on the toilet. There was hardly any water pressure in the bathroom sink, the air conditioner/heating system barely worked and the television […] was pixelating to the point it was unwatchable. I spoke with the general manager the next day about the the coffee pot, urine stains and TV.I did not mention the water pressure or air conditioner/heating system. He offered to move me to another room or to fix the TV and make sure the room was properly cleaned. As I would not be returning to the room until late that night I opted to have him fix the TV. When I returned that night the TV still did not work properly. The next day I asked to be moved to another room. They put me in room 159 and everything in that room worked properly; good water pressure, good air conditioning/heating system and good TV. Lesa meiraÓsvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com

"Very comfortable"

"Fine hotel close to airport"
I can't say enough good about the shuttle service and the driver. He was so very nice and helpful. The hotel was fine for the price. My only real complaint was the long hike (that is the word the desk clerk used) to our room. Because we had extremely heavy bags, and because there is no elevator, we opted for a first floor room. Unfortunately it was […] a long walk to our room. Since we are two middle aged women, it would have been nice to offer to have the bags delivered to our room. Other than that, the room was fine. It was quite large. It was a bit stuffy because I couldn't get the air conditioner to work very well, and not all the tv channels were working.
