The only problems were a non-working phone (fixed immediately) and a slow shower drain. Otherwise, a good value for a nice hotel.

Well worth the price. We had been staying at the Marriott in town but decided to save $80 a night. Couldn't tell the difference between the two hotels, although the pool and staff at downtown Marriott were both nicer

We stayed overnight to make our scheduled 6am flight out of Knoxville. Staff was very helpful scheduling a taxi for us and setting up a wake up call. Unfortunately, the phone had been unplugged from the wall so we never got the wake up call. I suppose checking the phone before going to bed is probably a good idea when relying on a wake up call. Nonsmokers beware!!! I did let the front desk know, however I thing the evening clerk was friends with the kids smoking on the third floor. I would not return, nor wood I recommend.

A reasonable motel. Not a newer motel, but still well maintained. Courteous staff and a nice breakfast made it suitable.

The rooms scream 1-star. The tubs are worn and rutted such that your feet are pushed to the midline. The shower curtain in the first room sagged so much that the ends would not stay closed. The exhaust fan in the first room didn't work at all and was marginal in the second room. We had to ask for a different room because after 2 showers in a bathroom […] with no fan, the a/c in the room couldn't keep up with the additional humidity and it froze up. There are no accessible outlets near the bed (for cell phone). We switched the lamp on the desk, which had an outlet, with the lamp on the bedside table. In our first room, one of the only available outlets was covered by the full-length mirror. Refrigerators are in some, but not all of the rooms. The furniture is cheap and damaged. The beds are soft around the edges, so you can't sit on the edge of the bed comfortably, and if you're sharing the bed, you'll both be vying for the middle. The TV channel lineup card is wrong. The only thing in the room that has been updated in the last 15+ years is the TV, which is a HD flat screen. However, without knowing where to find the small handful of HD channels, the TV is just a source of frustration. The breakfast is typical for a Fairfield: waffles (when they don't run out of batter and they don't burn because the timers don't work), fruit, breakfast sandwiches, cereal etc. This Fairfield does not live up to the Marriott name. We were only at this hotel long enough to sleep and eat breakfast. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great! BUT we were right next to an airport and a busy road and both kept me up during the night. Other than that, the hotel was great. Just make sure you bring something to drown out the noise!

Staff were amazing! Over the top. Starbucks Wendy's and ruby tuesday beside hotel. Airport across street. Go left to get there. Gps not accurate. Great continental breakfast with protein options. Rooms high quality and quiet.

The beds are awesome. Loved the memory foam top. TV channels were not correct. Said they had HBO but it was Fox News. The Fox News Channel was also Fox News.

The hotel is dirty, very old, and overpriced. The staff offered confusing directions on how to get to the shuttle from the airport, and we ended up waiting nearly an hour. My experience the Fairfield Inn was wonderful. From the moment my mother and I checked in the staff was very cordial and accomodating. We were able to check in early even though it was a Friday and that was a definite plus. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the continental breakfast was very fresh and more than I expected. We arrived late and they had given our room away. It took 15 min. For them to locate the last room. We realized to late that the toilet didn't have a flush handle. We will never stay there again.

found out when we checked in the roof was being replaced, so a lot of noise also the room was not 100% clean.. We had a family reunion in a nearby town, & decided to stay near the airport. This was an awesome choice for us. We never heard any air traffic, and being so close to the airport was great! The price was reasonable for the quality of the room The bed was Great! carpet was clean like new. The wifi internet worked great and hassell free. only complaint is the bath room did not have a vent and the Comp. breakfast ends at 9:00 am weekdays. But we enjoyed and I will stay here again unless the price increases signficantly.

Thinking that this being a Marriott property that it would be a cut above the average such as Comfort Inn or Best Western. Come to find that this property is very out of date and lacked the amenities that you find normally associated with a Marriott property. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The room was kept very clean. The continential breakfast included a lot of variety and was kept well stocked. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked very small. My only complaints would be that the key cards for our room had to be reactivated several times until someone at the front desk […] told us not to place them next to our cell phones. Apparently cell phones mess them up, this would have been nice to know when we intially checked in. And our room had a beautiful big window which I really wanted to open and let some fresh air in but there was no screen in the window :( We were otherwise very pleased with our stay and would stay there again. Awesome stay! I stayed there while my daughter went on a leadership retreat with UT Knoxville because I didn't want to drive back to Nashville. I booked through Expedia and the rate was great! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. The surrounding neighborhood was great! It took be two minutes to walk to the Ruby […] Tuesdays restaurant each night for dinner. Even the Ruby Tuesday's was really really good! There were so many other food choices within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. The breakfast was great for continental. I liked the fact that I had a fridge and microwave in the room. I worked out in the fitness room and it was very comfortable. I will book this hotel again when I go to UT football games or other events. It was very close to campus! I highly recommend this hotel! We were able to take advantage of the summer discount for room rate. The rate was very good when compared with the other surrounding hotels. Very pleased with our overall stay. The continental breakfast had real eggs! Location was ideal and close to everything.

The Knoxville, TN Fairfield Inn is very close to the Knoxville Airport, has an indoor pool, fitness room, free breakfast, computer access, and was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is about as good as gets for the money.

This place is great, close to pigeon forge and other attractions. Staff was fantastic!! I requested a fridge, it wasn't in my room so the front desk went and got one from another room and brought it down within 5 minutes. I will stay here on future trips and you can't beat it forthe price.
