Umsögn frá gesti Hotels.com á 17. nóv. 2012Áttum mjög ánægjulegar stundir á Best Western River´s Edge. Hrein og fín herbergi, góð rúm, ísskápur, örbylgjuofn og hárblásari innifalið, starfsfólk mjög þægilegt, staðsetningin frábær, stutt frá flugvelli og nánast í göngufæri við Southcenter Mall, Ross, Target ofl verslanir. Myndi hiklaust velja þetta hótel aftur og ekki má gleyma mjög svo viðráðanegu verði.

"Good place to park"
Everything about this place was fairly average for a typical motel. The breakfast was rather light, and consisted of packaged muffins and apple juice. The benefit of staying here is that it's close to the airport. Moreover, I found its parking lot to be the least expensive of the airport parking in the area. I had no issues with the security of my car […] upon my return, though I might recommend trying to get a self-parking spot if you want to avoid what looks like an overcrowded lot if they were to park your vehicle. The shuttle service to the airport was punctual. If you're staying on the second floor, be prepared to haul your heavy luggage up and down the stairs, as there is no elevator. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. When I got into my room there were dirty towels and rags in the bathtub and no clean ones. The floor was filthy so I couldn't take my socks off the entire time. The only trash can had not been emptied and there was no iron. We stayed here for two nights with a week in the middle for parking our car while away for vacation. The rooms were filthy! The blinds were broken and didn't shield you from on-lookers. We stayed here overnight as close to airport and cheap. Nothing fancy, but quieter than sky view motel where I also stayed. Surrounding area didn't have much for services but one IHOP is walking distance. Service was not great but I wasn't expecting much. The rooms are big, decent channel selection. Mostly clean and friendly staff. The cons are that they do airport parking so finding a place to park can be a challenge, housekeeping doesn't clean behind things, & breakfast is coffee and muffins. "Loud"
The hotel was sufficient for what it was booked for. Not a place that I would have wanted to spend anytime enjoying being in it but it was convenient and perfect to just show up, sleep and park our car for a week for a very good price! The car lot seemed safe, our vehicle was there for a week and we had no problems. The service was good and the shuttle […] service was quick and accessible. When we arrived there was a loud group of people hanging out in the parking lot and ended up we were staying in the room right next to this group. We ended up being kept up quite late since there were about 10 ppl in the room hanging out and it sounded like they were jumping on the beds and were partying loudly. They eventually left and we were able to get a good sleep after that but the walls were not very sound proof. However, that could have just been our bad luck to be staying next to partyers. "Laziness of the employee"
For the price that I was paying the hotel cleanliness exceeded my expectation. The only problem that needed working on was the front desk employees. They lack of customer service and friendliness was area that really need improvement on. I remember calling from the room to extend my stay for another day this employee was terrible, Instead of doing what […] she is paid to do she told me to do it online. I also remember she told me that I can't extended my stay because it is booked for the day, . I have never heard of a hotel kicking their customers that had already been there, out of all the hotels that I had stayed. In the past year, I can reassure you I had stayed over 20 different hotels and I had never cross that situation, She was not the only one to blame. There is another employee that did the same thing that work there. Beside the lack of laziness and friendliness from the two employee front desk. "Not anything fancy but clean and comfortable"
I was pleasantly surprised with cleanliness and comfort, and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay here again, as it is convenient to the airport, has a free shuttle, and an IHOP about a three minute walk away. I picked this hotel because it had free wifi, was under $50 a night, was close to the airport and had free shuttle service to and from the airport. Those are pretty much all the benefits. Service was ok, the continental breakfast had the worst coffee I've ever had, the bed was hard, pillows flat, you could hear every vehicle pass by as if the door wasn't […] closed, the furniture had rips in it and the main room light didn't work. "Good for a short stay befor or after flight."
It was a no frills stay but what can you expect for the price. Close to IHOP so stop there for breakfast. Convenient shuttle to airport and great price for parking shile you are gone. Not as clean as I would have liked and there is no coffee in the room.Ósvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com
