"OK for a stop on the road"
We thought there was a spa tub, so we were disappointed. Tried the sauna, but it was disgusting. And the indoor pool was closed. Don't go for any of that stuff. The room was good and the breakfast better than average. If you're looking for a place to stop over, this is good.
"overpriced for the dated decor"
Not enough parking for the overnight guests Found a big dead fly in the bathroom and spider eggs under the front of the sink cabinet in kitchen area. Never was told about the "free" breakfast they were supposed to have.
"Ft. Mitchell KY Hotel"
Stayed 2 nights at the Ft. Mitchell KY hotel. Our NAWCC group was having it's convention there. It was so nice to be able to stay where the convention was being held & not having to drive back & forth from another hotel. The pillows & mattress were SO comfy! Our room was beside the elevator & was STILL quiet!! We felt safe in & outside the place. The […] hotel is a bit outdated with it's furnishings in the rooms but what is there WORKS & was clean. I wish there would have been a small fridge in the room or a microwave. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds a desk a table and a large comfy chair with foot stool/ottoman. VERY comfy. There were scuffs on the walls near the door from luggage being taken in and out & vacuum marks on the furniture legs/baseboard but that did not bother us, it happens in the best of places. The staff always greeted us with smiles. Some reviews have slammed this place. We got just as much rest in the Drawbridge as we would have in a much more updated place. There was no odors in the room or halls or elevator. Even the elevator was clean inside. We ate at Josh's which is convenient. The service was Slooooow but the food was good! Still it was convenient & we didn't have to drive around loooking for someplace, other than a fast food place, to eat. I would stay there again, nooo problem. I must say, however, that this place is huge but there are signs on the walls of the halls that easily direct you to where you need to go. ! If you are not able to walk & walk and WALK.. this place is not for you. It seems as if we'd never get to the elevator but once we got there it worked. Lesa meira
Not enough parking for customers. Had to park far away from the hotel. Room was overpriced for the dated hotel. No one even told us where to go to find the "free" breakfast.

"Drawbridge Inn"
I made my reservations online, without having a recommendation or information about the Drawbridge. The facility, interior finishes, furnishings and overall condition (bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.) need updating. The staff were great to work with - although based on the condition of the property I assume that they don't have adequate staff/resources […] to properly take care of the property. Lesa meira

A GOOD SAFE PLACE. QUITE EASY ACCESS FROM INTERSTATE. THE BREAKFAST COULD USE A BIT MORE CHOICES. WILL STAY AGAIN
"Drawbridge Hotel"
The hotel was okay, but we had to ask for a different room because the firt one they gave us was nasty - carpet old and filthy. The new room was better and the stay was okay. It was fine for a one night stay - wouldn't want to stay longer than that.

"Out-dated"
Although the Rooms were clean, but the Decor of the entire building was outdated and dirty looking. The carpet thru-out the Hotel (besides) our room was very dirty, hadn't been clean in a while and some of the rugs were held down with Duct-tape. The air condition in our room did work , however there were many others complaining theirs didnt. Our room […] had a mini-fridge and coffee maker which, but the coffee maker was so old we were afraid to use it..Thank god for the free Continental breakfast, which was awesome!!! The indoor/Out door pools were also very nice....The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Besides some updates needing to be done, our stay was tolerable, but was not worth the cost by far..The Drawbridge was a Draw-back considering what we are use to. Lesa meira

"Drawbridge - Liked it!"
The staff was polite, the pool was nice although we didn't swim. After we checked into our room, we strolled down to the hotel bar for a drink. The club downstairs sounded pretty lively, but we just went back to the room. It was clean, safe, and quiet. There was a convention of Boxers (the dogs, not the fighters) there, but we only saw one dog and […] there was no barking or anything like that. We will definitely stay here again! Lesa meira
"Indoor Pool"
The hotel stay for my family was wonderful. We came for the indoor pool but were impressed with the whole experience.
"drawbridge up"
The hotel could have been better. I think it was over-priced when compared with other places have stayed in the area. I have stayed there before and was disappointed with the removal of the hot tub for a play room for kids.
"Shabby, Hot, but Convenient to Cincinnati"
The room A/C was functioning poorly, and I heard other customers say the same. The bed was uncomfortable and made my itch! The staff were helpful, but this hotel disappointed in many ways.
