The room was just ok. We were in a handcapped accessable room which was fine but the side of the tub was not 100% clean. It might just have been marks on the tub itself. There were also some corners of the bathroom which had dirt in them. The bed was lumpy and the overall miasma of the property was rundown. The breakfast was good.
"Friendly service makes good hotel great"
THis is a very nicely appointed hotel --clean rooms, firm clean mattresses, very nice breakfast buffet...but the friendly service makes this good hotel great. Airport pick up by a friendly driver, very friendly and helpful front desk personnel, and local free drop off service makes this hotel a must stay when in the area.

"Mixed feelings"
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. This was my second trip to the area and my first stay at this hotel. First the good – Extra friendly staff who went out their way to answer questions. Large breakfast selection (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, potatoes, muffins, etc)– average tasting for a hotel, so no complaints. They have a small but nice exercise […] room. Clean pool. Rooms were tidy and the bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and safe in room. Now the bad – I was booked into a handicap room. I checked my reservations to see if I had accidently reserved the wrong room, but I hadn’t. They just put me there. They were booked, so a room change was not an option. I dealt with it, although the bathroom had no counters, so the ability to lay out personals was none existent. This was an inconvenience until I made a makeshift counter out of the luggage stand – I am pretty resourceful when I need to be. The room had a musty smell upon entering. On my second and last morning I noticed black mold around one of the shower seals. This was disturbing, as black mold can cause lung problems. I also wish they would have had a microwave, but this was not a must have for me. Would I stay here again? Yes. But I would make sure I was not booked in a handicap room and demand a new room if it smelled the least bit musty. On a side note, they were doing renovations, so I am hoping these problems go away. "The Staff that bends over backwards"
From the minute we checked in until we checked out everyone was more than helpful with anything we needed. Since we were there for my daughter's wedding and it being a stressful time we couldn't have asked for more thoughtful or helpful people. Everyone always has a smile to greet you, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff! Would stay there […] again in a heartbeat! Lesa meira
It was okay. Nothing fancy but the staff was courteous and cheerful and the place is clean. It wouldn't be my first pick among local hotels but if you're just looking to sleep while traveling, it's fine.

"Great room, Great location, but no heat"
The location was great. Free airport shuttle great. I got back to the room very late and it was freezing. Turned the heat up high and eventually ended up going to sleep in my clothes. In the middle of the night, the room was finally warm. Breakfast was alright.

could not get maid service one day and they did not even apologize. card access system to room went down and i sat in the hall with a wet 4 year old for an hour, staff is NOT prepared. do NOT pay full price for this hotel
