Hotel location is perfect, close to Plaza Mayor, restaurants and shops all in few minute walking distances. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. Shower was good but the only negative side was the bed, it could be more comfortable.

Questo, oltre ad agevolarci negli spostamenti, ci ha consentito di recarci molto spesso in questa mall sia per piccole spese, sia per sfuggire ai pomeriggi torridi. La metro di madrid è molto ben organizzata e abbiamo trovato l' ubicazione dell'albergo […] molto comoda. Anche se l' hotel si trova molto vicino alla stazione non ci sono rumori fastidiosi. La zona attorno all' hotel è piena di servizi: autobus, metro, ristoranti, bar, farmacia e vicino c'è il palazzo reale, tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Le camere sono comode e pulite, ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e le lenzuola e venivamo riforniti di tutto l' occorrente. Al piano inferiore si trova una caffetteria e un ristorante, il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Madrid, riprennoterei in questo Hotel. Lesa meira
