Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel & Conference Centre – Roissy-en-France

Excellent hotel and staff. Free shuttle to our terminal. Beautifully appointed room.

Unfortunately my room was dirty. It had two double beds and it looked like someone had used one of the beds and the sheets had not been changed. I opened up the covers and the sheets were wrinkled and full of hair. Then I went to make tea with the tea pot and someone had used all the tea bags and cream but carefully put them back so it did not look […] like they were touched. The mugs were dirty, the stirrers, etc. I cannot believe that this is normal practice at this Sheraton, but during my stay the Sheraton employees were going around with stickers on their uniforms which said in English and French that they were going to go on strike if Sheraton did not listen to their requests for a pay raise. Maybe a disgruntled employee had left my room like that to get Sheraton a poor review, I have no idea. Lesa meira

Nothing easier in Paris the night before a flight than this hotel. All you have to do is walk out to your concourse and catch your flight. Did a 1 day layover in Paris. Staff helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable and quite. Went into the city for a day, and loved being so close to the RER train.

One of the nicest airport hotel my wife or I have ever stayed. Also, very quiet.

We only had 16 hours in Paris so this hotel was our best choice. After checking in we took the RER into Paris and had a photo shoot at the Eiffel Tower as promised to our granddaughter. Whenever I come to Europe, I make sure to get an extended layover in Paris, so that I can spend a day in the city. This hotel and its perfect location makes it easy to get into the city, and yet still be at the airport, so that you do not have to worry about missing your flight. Unfortunately, both times, I was also charged random charges that I later questioned the hotel about, and the charges were removed. The hotel is located within the airport. You do not have to leave the airport to get to it. Just follow the signs. The hotel is conveniently located above the train system. For 20.50 euro, you can buy an all day pass into the city. You take the b5 train and after a 40-45 minute ride, you arrive in the city center, and can go about as you please. The metro is incredibly easy, and for someone who does not know a word of french (me), it was easy to navigate the city and figure out where I wanted to go. The unlimited pass was great, I was able to quickly get from any point I wanted without trouble with the use of a map provided to me by the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The room is well insulated. There is no noise. You can watch as the planes take off and land from your window. There is a fitness room with recently updated gym equipment. There is also a water cooler with free filtered water in the gym as well. Free wifi is to be located in the lobby (pay for it in your room), and there is also a restaurant in the lobby (however it is extremely expensive). Snack/soda machines are found near the train entrance. During my first stay back in 2010, I opted for the express checkout. After returning to the states, I realized I was charged for room service that I did not order. After contacting the hotel and some back and forth, they removed the charges without further problem. The location of the hotel, right inside the terminal, is great. You simply check out and walk to your gate, with no need to board a shuttle. The facilities are top notch and if you want to go to the city the train service is just an escalator away. By far the most convenient airport hotel in CDG!

The restaurant staff was excellent, the quality of the food very disapointing.

I booked this trip as an early Xmas present for me and my husband. I have been to Paris before, he hadn't so wanted to make it special and push the boat out a bit with the hotel. I stayed at from Friday through to Sunday. I picked the hotel mainly due to it's location as it is literally about 10 minutes from the departure gates and I had an early departure […] on the Sunday. I arrived at the hotel at around 10am. I was not really made aware that there would be a wait for the room however I was not entirely surprised. I was told it would not be ready until 12 midday. I took a walk around the airport and realised there is not much to do or many places to really go so back to the hotel I went. We sat in a couple of chairs in the lobby and waited for check in. As I had been up since 3.30am and did not manage to sleep on the train I found myself dozing off. I was woken up by the concierge and told I was not to fall asleep. So instead began to check messages on my phone. I was then approached by a different concierge and asked if I needed any help and what was my name. I told the gentleman my name and started to follow him to the desk to be then told that my room was not ready he just wanted to validate my reason for being there. To say I felt small was an understatement as I was the only one in the lobby that was approached. There were around 40 other people in and about the lobby area all of whom to be fair were of an older crowd, however I was made to feel out of place and like I did not belong. The room when I finally got to it was lovely and we spent the rest of day in Paris. Trains to and from the airport to the city are frequent and fairly priced (9 euros each way approx) also run until at least 10pm. Please be aware however that once back to the airport nothing is open past 9pm and there are only snack machines filled with chocolate and crisps if you are hungry and if you are thinking about buying a nice bottle of wine to take back to the room forget it. Although a little dated now, this Hotel, right in the heart of Paris's number one airport, gives travellers a chance to rest and relax in style before a flight. It is a very short walk away to the terminals yet one does not hear the noise and the amenities are much better than most airport hotels.

For anyone who needs to be at the airport early and does not want to fight Paris traffic to get there, the Sheraton is a great choice. The hotel is right in Terminal 2 so no hassle with shuttle buses. I got from checkout at the hotel to check in at Delta in less than 10 minutes. I usually stay at another hotel near the airport but had to look for another as it was full for the dates I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Sheriton was right in Terminal 2 at the CDG airport which meant I wouldn't have the 5am headache of shuttle buses and trains to deal with. It took a little while to find the hotel from the inside […] of the terminal as there are no signs until you are actually there, but the location is very convenient as the train stop is on the lower level. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet! Considering it is at an airport, and that it was full, we never heard any slamming doors, airplanes, AC or plumbing noises for the two nights we were there. Yes, the extras are expensive, but we got around that by eating at the various airport cafes and using the airport wireless. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has to overnight for an early CDG flight and will be using it again for my next flight. Lesa meira

I liked the hotel. I think each hotel should have an ironing board. Ideal for business man on a run to get more orders.

The location, right in the heart of CDG, is unparalelled, and the rooms are modern, clean, and confortable. The service in the lounge and restaurant was mediocre, with the bartender disappearing for minutes at a time trying to "close the place up" with more than an hour left in the advertised opening time. The restaurant service wasn't mush better, […] with most wait staff showing up late for breakfast service. The check-in staff was very good and extremely helpful, though. This location is great if you are flighing internationally and want to just roll out of bed and be at the airport. The rooms are beautiful and well designed. I was impressed and would stay there again for catching that first thing in the morning flight.

We have stayed at the Sheraton many times before flying out of Paris. However, last week we had an unfortunate stay when one of the two main elevators was out of service This caused great difficulty getting to and from the room, especially in the morning when needing to check out and catch an early flight. They need to either provide other clearly marked […] areas of getting to and from upper floors or make sure their elevators do not quit working. expensive, but right at the airport. a few minutes walk to the TGV platforms staff very helpful took me to my terminal in a car because of my knee trouble and so could not climb in the navette/hotel van. everyone very nice first class service

The best thing about this hotel is that is just 2 floors up by elevator from the train/TGV station so I didn't have to carry suitcases far when returning from Belgium by train. The hotel also has a shuttle that took me to another terminla the next day so it is probably the most convenient hotel when it comes to staying at that disorganized airport in […] Paris Lesa meira

Absolutely great location for someone who has an early morning flight. Considering the location, it was completely quiet, as no airport noise could be heard. A great advantage is that no taxi or shuttle service is needed. It is located in Terminal 2, from which most, if not all, flights to the U.S. depart. Simply go out the door, go through security, […] and walk to the gate/boarding lounge if you already have boarding passes. Hotel provided free coffee and croissants from 5:30 - 6:30 a.m. They also had free snacks and fruit upon checking in. Everyone was very pleasant and provided great service. Meals in the restaurant are quite pricey. All in all, we felt that it is worth the price and would definitely consider staying there again. Lesa meira

One night-- had to ask the oncierge for room service menu-- she was helpful-- great club sandwish on the night menu. Clean, convenient, internet service with computers in the lobby.

With a medical emergency having to move an immoblie patient from a Paris hospital to the Sheraton, then to a flight to the US the following morning, the Sheraton staff went out of their way to be helpful. They moved the patient from wheelchair to bed and back, arranged for our luggage to be transferred, had a wheelchair available for us to use, arranged […] for AirFrance to escort us through the CDG medical center, customs, security and on to the flight. I always choose the Sheraton at Charles de Gaulle airport for its total convenience. But I must say that your food (restaurant and cafe) is extremely overpriced for what you get.

Teh locatoin of the hotel in Terminal 2 was excelent (between termials 2E & F and 2C & D. The room was large, comfortable, wihht a walk in shower and tub. The rateincluded Beakfast which saved me 35 Euros (the rate for the room without breakfast was the same). The only complaint is when I went to check out there was only one person checking out guestsa […] nd theline was long. Lovely hotel room; very comfortable -- but room snacks had a 400 or 500% mark-up; cheapest breakfast was @ $50; charges for internet were excessive.

This was perfect. I was so tired from traveling and this was easy to get to and then to leve on my flight the next morning. It was pricey but I guess you pay for the location. I was very happy with my stay. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was wonderful!

The location is very convenient for one night at CDG airport, I walked to the hotel after picking up my bag, its located over the train station. My flight arrived at 6:30 AM and when I reached the hotel they had a room for me within 20 minutes even though the check in time was 12 PM.

A supremely convenient location right in the middle of the airport building (most gates a 10-15min walk away), with all the expected standards of a Sheraton (excellent), so potentially a total winner, but with one minor and one major drawback: the noisy air-con, which cannot be switched off, as the windows of the rooms do not open (look onto the airfield); […] and the absurdly high prices for everything. If you are lucky enough to get an acceptable price for the room from hotels.com, as we did, and can get dinner and breakfast from somewhere else in the airport (a convenient Patisserie Paul stand almost at the entrance of the hotel, for coffee and pastries/sandwiches in the morning), and you don't mind sleeping with a loud hum in your ears, you've got a winner. I was very impressed by how quiet it was in the hotel. I have stayed at airport hotels, and usually I can hear the planes taking off, but not here. They did an excellent job sound proofing. The rest of the hotel was just as I would expect from Sheraton, perfect!

Sheraton Paris Airport is the most convenient hotel ariport I have ever stayed in. It is wonderful to walk off a plane and there it is (depending on what terminal you arrive in). This hotel is exactly what it promises: actually attached to Charles de Gaulle airport, completely soundproof, and pleasantly decorated and maintained. One pays for the privilege of staying so close to the hotel, but for passengers leaving Paris very early in the morning, it can be a very useful extravagance.

Conveniently located at CDG Airport, which is the only reason to stay there. Hotel is showing it's age, and needs to be updated. Menu in casual restaurant on the ground floor is very limited, and we found nothing that appealed to our simple tastes. Ordered pasta, and it was unremarkable at best. Staff helpful.

We were there for a short overnight so location was key. The price was alittle higher than we liked for such a short stay but it was just so convenient. Room was clean with everything needed - only con was that the pillows were very small and flat.

One of the best thought through hotel rooms, ever, light and space, amazing....all what was missing were spa slippers.

The hotel location is really convenient - you do not have to get out of the terminal to get there. I felt the price was a bit high compared with other hotels nearby - I guess convenience has a price.

The hotel room was attractive, modern and clean. The hotel is very convenient, especially for those with late night arrivals and early morning departures.
