Hótelið er í góðu umhverfi og starfsfólk mjög vinalegt. Rétt handan við hornið eru sporvagnarnir bæði gömlu sem fara upp brekkurnar og í gegnum ítalska og kínahverfið og endar á Market þar sem allar verslanirnar eru. Nýju sporvagnarnir þeir fara meðfram bryggjunum og sjávarsíðunni og hægt er að taka þá eða labba að bryggju 35 að mig minnir þar sem ferjan til Alcatrez er. Eina sem hefði fullkomnað þessa hóteldvöl var ef það hefði verið þráðlaust net upp í herberginu. En það er eingöngu í andyrinu. Mun klárlega gista aftur á þessu hóteli í framtíðinni þegar farið verður aftur til San Francisco

Við vorum að leita að hóteli miðsvæðis í San Francisco og sem væri á hagstæðu verði, hreinlegt. Hótel Diva uppfyllti þessar kröfur auk þess að vera með mjög góða og persónulega þjónustu.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.

Comfortable bed and great complimentary breakfast! Service wasn't what I'd remembered. Hotel is now a time share, and that's unfortunate.

perfect location if attending an event at the Davies Symphony, opera or War Memorial performance center. Restaurant was a nice surprise and service great. Room a little small but clean.

I have been to San Francisco before so was happy to be in a location that was further from some of the main sights and close to lovely and quirky neighborhoods. Inn at the Opera was very comfortable. I stayed in a small room "Ballet Suite" but knew it would be small when I booked and it was cheaper than the larger rooms. I was travelling alone and […] anyway don't tend to spend much time in the room so the size was perfectly adequate for my needs. Walls are little thin, but a great place to lay your head.

I needed a place close to my sons house, who is in school in SF, and found this opera themed boutique hotel, by the symphony. I had a single room, and while it wasn't very large (think I got last room, and Didn't look at others) it was clean and had everthing I needed- including alarm clock with iPhone charger. Service was great( Dedes at desk was very […] helpful), and it had a nice looking dining room, which I will try next time. I would recommend it. Lesa meira

What a charming hotel! Small, private, European style that captured our attention the moment we walked in! The staff treated like we were old friend come for a stay, although we had never been there before. The restaurant food was delicious. There was one drawback, unfortunately, and that was the location of our room. We were right on the street. Did […] you know that garbage pick-up happens at 2:00am? "Great place a block away from major Fulton busline"
...which, if you're going to Outside Lands, like we did, was a major score. Our room was adequately spacious for us, with a comfy queen bed. Turn-down service every night too. Coming back to our room with it being tidied and turned down was a total plus. Continental breakfast in the morning! What better way to start the morning then to stumble downstairs […] and have a quiet European style breakfast with hot coffee served at your table, as well as rolls, muffins, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese and tomatoes. There was cold cereal too! I can't say enough about the helpful and super friendly front desk staff. I had some questions about local places to eat, and where to catch the bus. "Small, cramped and out of the way"
If you want a small, cramped, out of the way hotel, with no view from the room, this is the the hotel for you in San Fran. However, if price is the major concern, this hotel is clean and comes with breakfast.

Excellent hotel with only seven floors and ten rooms per floor. Excellent service and breakfast was light and refreshing. Hotel staff: Ewita at the front desk was very helpful and cordial to both of us. Hotel general manager was delightful to chat with also. If you stay at this hotel be sure, time permitting, to walk over and tour City Hall nearby with […] a beautiful rotunda. "Awesome little hotel with awesome staff"
Yes, the room is tiny, but it was comfortable and sufficient for our needs. It even had pretty good in-room coffee and a mini fridge! Shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff everywhere was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful in the cozy and elegant dining room. Really, I spend a lot of time in hotels and this is a gem in the center […] of SF. Lesa meira

The charming Inn at the Opera is located in the Civic Center area of San Francisco, away from the touristy areas around Union Square and the cable cars. "Two Great Nights"
When I arrived I was welcomed by Dedes at the desk. Her welcome was wonderful and she made a great first impression that contuinued all of my stay. My room was very comfortable and clean. I love the ability to open a window to get fresh air in the room. It was like being in my home with someone else to make up the room. "Cute Little Convenient Hotel"
Stayed here for 2 separate nights last week, one night in rm 21 and another night in rm 65. I enjoyed my stay over all but it was very claustrophobic feeling when I spent a few hours taking care of business. There wasn't enough space to put the laptop down except for on the bed and I found myself pushing the furniture over to make more room. Both rooms […] were ballet suites and VERY VERY TINY. When I read all the reviews of the rooms being small, I didn't think twice about it but actually the size of the rooms make you wonder how in the world they got a queen sized beds to fit in. I am not a big person, had one bag and was solo. When I went to fetch something and bent down, my rear would touch the wall! Thank goodness the beds were so comfy, it was super to lay down for a goodnight's sleep. The front desk service and the concierge were beyond great, in fact they were probably the best I have ever encountered. Breakfast was quite nice and the location couldn't have been better. Definitely a great LITTLE place to stay with my husband next time after dinner and concert, though I do wonder how we'll fit into one of the rooms. Lesa meira

A nice little hotel with excellent service. The only down check is the wireless internet in the room was slow for my work needs. Other than that, it was a great stay! The staff was great and very helpful.

I stay here about 3-4 times a year and I always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly, love the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon and the restaurants, within walking distance, are outstanding. It is a small property that is quite a change from my normal Hilton/Marriott stays but it makes up for it in personality.

"Small room…huge service!"
My husband and I chose the Inn as a place to lay our heads after attending a family birthday party in the city. The room, though small, was very clean and neat. We especially appreciated the small wet bar area complete with refrigerator & coffee maker. The bathroom was small as well but also clean and well supplied. The best part of our stay was the […] impeccable customer service we received from the front desk staff, specifically Rowena, and the concierge. They were extremely helpful and courteous; even offering my husband an umbrella to use for a walk to the store in the rain. A complimentary breakfast is available each morning in the restaurant however we did not have time to partake. The only drawback to this wonderful establishment is that the parking garage is not on site. Guests must call 10-15 minutes in advance for their vehicle. However, don’t let this dissuade you from choosing this charming hotel. The location is ideal if you are attending an opera or concert. My husband and I will definitely return to take advantage of this and to enjoy the service of this wonderful staff. Lesa meira

"I had a good time."
My visit began with being greeted by Jee, #3. She was warm and efficient. I have been here before and this time I stayed in a larger room but it didn't have a ceiling fan. I kind of missed the comfort of the fan while sleeping however I had two windows, that when opend, provided a nice cross breese. The complimentary breakfast a perfect way to start […] my day. "Room size challenging"
We've stayed several times at Inn at the Opera and are pleased by everything except the room size. It seems that the rooms available on hotels.com are the hotels smallest: with a queen bed, there is hardly room to turn around or to stash a couple's luggage.

This very nice little hotel is perfectly situated for attendance at the ballet, opera and other performing arts events. Nice rooms. Some rooms are a bit tight with respect to space, but overall quality for price is great

The service was good- the staff was polite, but the rooms were tiny, and the parking garage they had only held like 10 cars. This was not helpful, considering the location of the hotel, right in the heart of Civic Center. The bed was HORRIBLE- not fluffy in the slightest, and you could feel every movement. I can tell that the management company has […] tried hard to turn this aged building into a "quaint bed and breakfast", but they should have started with gutting and renovating the insides first. The Inn at the Opera is a lovely little hotel, but is primarily a time-share resort. We were booked in to a room that was the smallest hotel room we've ever been in. The staff made noises about trying to accommodate us in a larger room, but had essentially no flexibility to do so, because other guests couldn't be shifted because they were time share […] owners coming to their units, not regular hotel guests. "California Tour Toussaint 2012"
Réservation faite pour une chambre pour 3 personnes (2 adultes 1 enfant) pour 3 nuits, non honorée à l'arrivée: Il n'y a que des chambres à un lit disponibles. Pas d'autre solution proposée que de faire dormir notre fille par terre !! Hotel viellissant de qualité médiocre ! Sommes partis le lendemain !

Mycket mysigt hotell i bra kvarter. rummen är mycket små och det blev lite trångt med barn. Frukosten var god med bra service från personalen. Rummen var rena, sköna badrockar men kvav luft. Skulle bo där ingen.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est très compétent, sympathique et agréable (le mini-jeu du bingo est vraiment TOP... ce qui permet de découvrir le personnel en toute liberté). Les chambres petites mais charmantes et impeccables, avec un bon confort. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, et il faut dire que les chambres sont toutes petites. Nous étions 3 et nous avons réservé une "suite" avec un grand lit et extra bed, mais à notre arrivée, il y avait seulement un lit queen. La chambre était tellement étroite qu'il était impossible d'ajouter ne serait-ce qu'un matelas. Nous avons donc changé […] de chambre. La deuxième chambre était plus grande, mais malheureusement nous sommes tombées sur la seule chambre avec fauteuil non-pliant, et notre fille a donc dormi sur le canapé. Pour un court-séjour c'est un hôtel acceptable, mais je ne resterai pas plus de 2 nuits: le quartier - bien qu'à coté de l'Opéra - est discutable, il y a des clochards partout; le décor est vieillot; le petit déjeuner est très limité (pas beaucoup de choix); Par contre le staff est très sympa et compétent et toujours là pour aider. Et une mention spéciale pour les cookies qui sont servis gratuitement tous les jours à 15 heures - ils sont délicieux. Lesa meira
