Everything very good. The only issue i had was the $50 voucher which after questioning the Hotels.com agent I was told applied to each night of occupancy. Was really disappointed in our stay at this hotel, location was great and room was serviced every day however room was dirty (muesli bar found under bed along with a gummy bear and popcorn) there was also hair around the tap in te bathroom and toilet had not been cleaned properly! Stayed at Hotel 32and had a fantastic stay. The services provided from the upgrade were well worth the cost (free breakfast, limo service, etc.) The hotel is also really close to the other hotel/casinos many people want to visit and sits at the break before prices go sky high. "not what we had hoped for"
The room smelled like smoke. One of the comforter covers had old blood on it. The room seemed dated compared to some other hotels we"ve stayed at in the past. We stayed here because we had kids and they wanted a lazy river. The pool area was nice, but they don't allow any outside food or drinks including water and search your bags coming in. They also […] allow people to reserve chairs and then leave the pool area making it nearly impossible to find a chair. We were not able to get chairs our last full day there which was very disappointing for the kids. We probably would not stay here again. "everone was helpful"
I was HIGHLY pleased with my stay at the Monte Carlo. I found out at almost last minute that we were gonna have a 4th member join us for 1 night. I booked a seperate room. Well I found out the morning of that they were not going to be able to join us. I was very pleased to find out that my money was being returned back since I wasnt able to use the […] room. I've been to Vegas 5 times and have stayed at the Monte Carlo the last two times. I love it there! All the hotels have a "resort fee" at Monte Carlo I feel like I actually get my monies worth. It was perfect for my needs since my conference was at MGM and didn't want to pay the price of that hotel. Room was clean, loved the pool area and service was great for what I needed. next to CVS allowed me to buy some cheap drinks for predrinking. Rooms were clean, and quiet. food court was clean, other in hotel restaurants were good. Overall good value. The check-in staff was just short of snotty, and had difficulty locating my booking. Even though I had booked 1 month in advance, a smoking room was not available as requested. The next day, I was moved into a smoking room, but it had only 1 bed instead of the 2 I had reserved. Getting a lost item returned to me was a real hassle. "Perfect location for a great price"
I visit Vegas at least once a year, and I try to stay in a different hotel each time. Primarily because of location and price, the Monte Carlo is by far my favorite so far. You can access Bellagio and other big-name casino's by tram, and you never step outside going to Aria. Since similar hotels are twice the price, it's a great bargain. The room was spotless and the location was fantastic. The only issue was that there was a bad smell as soon as you entered the hotel. Like sewer gas. "Relaxing spa suite on the strip"
The spa suite at the Monte Carlo was nice for an anniversary celebration. Our spa tub overlooked the pool & Vegas lights were visible at night, which made the room that much more romantic and appealing. We had troubles with check-in, they were really late (5:15pm) & we purchased tickets to Blue Man Group that evening so we were rushed to get ready on […] time.
