Hotel location is perfect, close to Plaza Mayor, restaurants and shops all in few minute walking distances. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. Shower was good but the only negative side was the bed, it could be more comfortable.

In the east, overlooked by the retro-looking silver transmission tower, the restful Parque del Oeste contains fir trees and students relaxing on the grass (thanks to the nearby universities). "Husa Princesa en Madrid"
I originally stayed at a Hotel near Sol when I first arrived. It was awful, so I decided to switch and book at this hotel. There is a gym (even though I think it is not solely for guest, I believe it's a gym for the locals, but hotel guest use it). But the gym is very large with a lot of machines. The pool is smaller than it looks like in the photo, […] but the sauna was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the bellhop. And yes, the front desk staff speak English, but not the entire staff (i.e. the cleaning staff). They also offer some American television, but it is only a few (maybe 9) news stations. The hotel is in a great area. There is an El Cortes Ingles right next to it (which is essentially a Spanish Wal-Mart). There is also a Starbucks down the street as well. The rooms were incredibly clean. The only odd thing (but it's in all of Spain), is they have long thin pillows. And they keep the blanket in the closet and it's only one blanket? I'm sure you could ask for more at the front desk though. The internet is a surcharge and the only annoying thing about it, is it is only good for 24 hours. So every 24 hours you have to go back to the front desk to get a new pass-code. And every time you turn on your computer you have to re-enter the pass-code, so don't lose that piece of paper they give you. I never got the breakfast buffet, but I'd imagine it's overpriced. Ultimately I had a great and comfortable experience here. It's a great neighborhood, and it's a beautiful hotel with great views. Lesa meira

"Hotel Husa Princesa"
I really enjoyed my stay. In particular, I liked that it is right next to El Corte Ingles, a large store that sells everything and has an upscale supermarket in the basement. My room did not include breakfast and purchasing yogurt, fruits and a coffee at the supermarket was a better choice for me than spending 20 euro for the buffet (which was nice […] but expensive). There is a metro station right on in front of the hotel and you can walk to nice places. I really liked the Metro in Madrid. You can get anywhere and there are nice people going everywhere at all hours including past midnight. The only thing I disliked was that my room was close to the smoking area and my room smelled a bit like smoke some nights. It wasn't too bad or i would have asked to be moved.. Lesa meira

"Staying at Husa Princessa, Madrid"
Hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly and accomodating. I had requested a non smoking room, but believe that my room must have had smokers, because it definitely smelled like stale smoke. I was given a conference room (either apparently, no single rooms were avalilable or it was considered an upgrade) as well as my hotel room, Conference room […] had two couches, long conference table as well. Perhaps it was a business suite, that's why the smoke smell. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. Lesa meira

"Nice but old"
The hotel is well equiped with a fitness center, though it closes early, and staff. It is old and and nothing flashy.

El inconveniente fue que el ala donde nos alojaron era nueva, por lo tanto no contabamos con telefono, ni despertador ni friobar, con lo cual para cualquier requemiento desde un room service, consulta o demas dependiamos de bajar hasta la recepcion para hacer cualquier gestion. Que realmente nos atendian de forma fabulosa
"Parfait ! Sauf pour le Wifi"
Husa Moncloa et Husa Princesa ont été connectés pour faire un nouvel hôtel. J'étais dans la partie rénovée, et la qualité était au rendez-vous ! Chambre parfaite avec grand lit, clim, baignoire, grande bureau, BZ !!! Mais le Wifi est à 9€ la journée, ce que je trouve vraiment dommage !

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Dichtbij leuke restaurants en winkels. Ook ligt er een supermarkt op een steenworp afstand van het hotel, deze is waarschijnlijk gekomen omdat je voor een klein flesje water in je minibar schreeuwend veel betaald. Het personeel bij de frontdesk straalt zeker geen Spaanse gezelligheid uit, maar was wel correct en […] snel. De gym is gratis en alles is aanwezig, 18:00 is spits uur en dat kan je beter vermijden. De gym is niet van het hotel en heeft dus vaste leden. De kamer wilde niet kouder dan 22 graden worden en slapen doe je onder zo'n ranzige bruine en harige deken (die naar mijn gevoel nooit gewassen word) met een laken aan beide zijden. Een goede parkeergelegenheid bevindt zich meteen onder het hotel. Voor de prijs van de kamer vind ik het een matig hotel. Lesa meira

"No tener WIFI gratuito es un atraso"
El precio del WIFI es abusivo y ni siquiera te dan la opción de tenerlo gratis en el hall del hotel. Que un hotel de esta categoría te cobre el WIFI es indignante... pero que encima lo cobre más caro que nadie, ya no tiene nombre. Hoy día el acceso a Internet es tan fundamental que intentar hacer negocio a costa del mismo es inaceptable. Por mi parte […] es motivo más que suficiente para no volver a ese hotel. Lesa meira

Hotel importante, bello ed in centro città. Allo stesso tempo inizia ad essere un pò vecchio e la manutenzione scarseggia (pioveva nel corridoio). Le stanze sono grandi, con una vista stupenda, andrebbero però ammodernate, soprattutto i bagni. Il personale potrebbe essere più gentile, mi hanno persino chiesto il pagamento di 2 consumazioni, senza aver […] controllato se e quante ne avessi bevute!? Per la cronaca, era una sola! Lesa meira

Hotel 4 estrelas que não deixa nada a desejar, atendimento correto e eficiente, quartos muito bons, segurança a qualquer hora, impecável,ao lado de uma mega hiper grande loja de departamentos com bistros lanchonetes e supermercado, cercado de barzinhos e restaurantes de todos os preços, tudo numa área muito movimentada de dia mas muito calma a noite, […] metro quase na porta, que atende toda a cidade e que em 40 minutos te leva ao aeroporto. El hotel esta muy bonito, las habitaciones son super amplias, está ubicadisimo cerca de los principales plazas, monumentos y museos, las principales tiendas también se encuentran a un paso, mi esposa y yo nos la pasamos muy bien, fue una estancia corta, pero definitivamente regresaría al hotel. El unico detalle es sobre el gimnasio y la alberca que […] como de alguna forma estan consesionadas cuando quisimos hacer uso de ellas no podíamos porque etaba llenisimo el gimnasio y en la alberca estaban dando clases de natación. El hotel está muy bien, el servicio de limpieza excelente, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda.Recomiendo a todo el mundo este hotel y sobrer todo por el sitio que tiene en 10 minutos estas en la Gran Via.

Es un Hotel con una ubicación excelente, la atención es de primera, el desayuno Bufette es recomendable 100%, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

Nous allons régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour son emplacement parfait pour nous et son bon rapport qualité prix. Il a perdu une étoile et cela se ressent, il aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement (robinetterie, literie, etc), mais il reste un hôtel agréable aux chambres spacieuses.

El hotel en general es correcto para pernoctar, pero no para una escapada romántica ni para un público medianamente exigente. Le hace falta una REMODELACIÓN URGENTE. No es un 5 estrellas ni en sus mejores sueños. Los sanitarios son vetustos, de los años 70 u 80, algunas losas del cuarto de baño estaban rajadas, la moqueta de la habitación es vieja y […] fea, la conexión wi-fi a Internet es de pago (algo increible para un hotel que se dice de 5 estrellas), el dispensador de jabón de la ducha estaba roto, el gel de ducha no es de la calidad de un hotel de 5*, el gimnasio no es de uso exclusivo de los clientes del hotel (de hecho, éstos son franca minoría) y está enfocado al culturismo, ¡la piscina estaba rota!! En fin, es un hotel muy bien situado, correcto, bien comunicado, al lado del corte inglés y cerca de la Gran Vía, pero las instalaciones no van más allá de las de un 3 estrellas. Es seguro que no me alojaré ahí en mi próxima visita a Madrid. Lesa meira

Excelente hotel e com ótima localização,facilidade de locomoção devido próximidade do metro e grandes avenidas e suas lojas. Dependencias elegantes, amplas e bem decoradas e em ótimo estado de conservação. Staff muito atencioso e prestativo.

Hôtel très confortable situé au calme juste à côté d'une bouche de métro. Sinon, on est en 10 minutes en ville à pied. La piscine est fraiche mais très agréable; il y a également une salle de sport bien garnie. Le petit déjeuner est abordable et très sympathique. On recommande cet hôtel!
