Dissapointed on the coffee maker. Had a coffee maker but no coffee pot for it. Bathroom needs to be remodeled, paint chipping from the ceiling. Overall it was OK. Staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.

the people are very friendly. everything i wanted to go see was pretty close. room could have been a little cleaner. our sheets never got changed and there was cigarette ashes on our ac that was there from before we got there.

If you have pets it is an OK hotel to stay at, reasonable pet fees and reasonably priced, if my you have pets I would recommend this hotel, but if no pets I would go somewhere else
"This is a DAYS INN part of the chain"
Look for the days inn not the days hotel. It is part of the Days Inn chainI stayed in a smoking king I do smoke the room was clean and seemed to be recently redone it had a frig and micro we stayed for 3 days. Didn't see anything that others had problems with. Will stay again
"Nasty"
Nasty hotel! Had I not been dog tired and still had 12 hrs of drive time left, I would have not stayed there. The bathroom had water damage to the bathroom ceiling and walls. The ceiling had holes in it where they must have let the water out. The towel rack was hanging down from the screws barely holding it in the water damaged wall. The bathtub was […] filthy, I skipped it and figured that I'd rather stink than get a diease. I left as soon as I woke up! I will never stay there again, and am not happy that Hotels.Com would rate it as high as they did. Lesa meira
"The worst Hotel Ever!!"
The hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in. The room was not cleaned the only thing the housekeepers did was half-way the the bed. I have never stayed in a room that was so dirty. The tub was awful, it would back up and the the water was rusty when first turned on. I would not recommend this to anyone. PERIOD!!!!!!
"Needs a"
The hotel needs an overall remolding update. The toilted kept running water. the carpet was stain and dirty. I will not recommend this hotel even for one night!
"Not bad for what your paying"
Hotel is a bit run down and it is right next to a deserted restaurant. Bathroom needed serious updating. Pool was clean. Staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. Internet service not great at all. For the price...worth a night...but that is about it.

The hotel room did not present an appearance that made you want to stay there.
We stayed here to attend the Bristol Race, they raise the prices so much it's terrible. We made do, but wouldn't stay here again.
"Bristol TN Days Inn - easy access, but dirty"
We had reserved two rooms for our drive back from Christmas vacation. The hotel was easy to access, which was why we chose this location. Both rooms were dirty; the teens did not use the shower in their unit because the bath tub had some black dirt in it. "day's inn ideal for bristol motor speedway"
The only thing I need not like was drive on marked headed east drove past it, then almost missed it after doing U turn . will stay there next year,

The owners here are very amenable & happy to help you anyway they can. I would suggest requesting a room on the back side of the hotel away from the parking lot.

I was led to believe it was a "Days Inn" , which I had used in the past. It was anything but. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.
"Hotel stay"
Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel met my expectations for what I paid for it. However there was a problem with the toilet not flushing properly, and dead bugs in the room.
