Hotel location is perfect, close to Plaza Mayor, restaurants and shops all in few minute walking distances. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is modern and gorgeous. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is great. They had free WiFi which was awesome. But the hotel it not close to anything except the soccer stadium. "Lovely hotel in the outskirts of Madrid"
We stayed in this hotel because our usual hostal (Hostal Lisboa) in the middle of Madrid was full due to the visit of the pope. About 5 minutes walk to Esperanza subway station. A very quite and residential area. The hotel is very nicely designed, especially the washroom looks modern and clean. Una parada de metro a unas 4 calles de distancia, zona muy tranquila y segura, hotel inmejorable, aunque echaba en falta más variedad en el resturant del hotel. El personal del hotel muy agradable y educado.

"Ideal para visitar Ifema."
Desayuno correcto.Habitación moderna con wifi y dimensiones buenas. Se encuentra en un barrio residencial pero tiene cerca una parada de metro (Canillas). Cerca del hotel hay un par de buenos restaurantes y una pizzeria con horno de leña. Perfecto si se quiere estar cerca de Ifema o de Barajas.

Este hotel está muy bien si viajas en coche a Madrid ya que tienes bastantes sitios para aparcar gratuitamente alrededor del hotel y si quieres te olvidas del coche y te mueves con el metro que está cerca. "Stylish Hotel"
Hotel is a bit away from centre,but since we had a car it was no problem for us. hotel garage difficult to enter since very narrow but no problem for experienced driver. we had rooms right next to the elevator therefore quite noisy. After talks with the front desk the hotel was very generous.

Me gusto el hotel, y la zona tranquila donde está, ya que no hay mucho tránsito de coches.
La estancia en el hotel ha sido perfecta, no hemos tenido ningún problema, la habitación estaba muy bien, y el personal de recepción ha atendido perfectamente cualquiera de nuestras dudas. Bè l'hotel si presenta molto pulito, elegante, moderno, accogliente, con camere spaziose, accessoriate, funzionali, etc. Direi che è difficile trovare qualche difetto, forse il prezzo della colazione, che potrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo, mentre se la fanno pagare.

A part un jeune serveur insatisfait du fait que nous parlions mal l'Espagnole, rien à redire, très bel hôtel, confortable et propre. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Un service de qualité. Des chambres bien équipées, confortables. Une salle de bains agréable, et des produits individuels mis à disposition et renouvelés chaque jour (shampooing, savon, gel douche, lait pour le corps, brosse à dents, dentifrice, peigne, mouchoirs en papier).

Il nostro soggiorno a Madrid è stato perfetto!!! L'hotel ha avuto una parte rilevante per il giudizio finale del ns viaggio. Qualità / Prezzo insuperabili. L'hotel è vicinissimo all'aereoporto (scesi dall'aereo in 35 minuti stavamo già facendo il check-in) e la fermata della metro è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Con un solo cambio di linea in 20-25 […] minuti si è in piazza del Sol. Per il deposito bagagli non abbiamo pagato nulla. L'unica nota se si può dire negativa è che la zona dell'hotel è una zona residenziale , quindi niente negozi , niente locali ..molto moooolto tranquilla!!! Lesa meira
