Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We returned from our personal event and needed extra pillows and they brought them to us immediately even though it was 10PM. While the hotel is obviously older, it is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. They have worked hard to maintain it and keep it clean. "Nice Motel for the price."
We picked this hotel because of it's proximity to the highway and eating establishments, and there were several restaurants closeby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there wasn't alot of room to get around inside the room with a king size bed. We stayed on the second floor and there wasn't an elevator, so that was a little problem, […] but not unexpected. The continental breakfast was very basic. Toast, rolls, bananas, and coffee. For the short time we were there, it was a very comfortable stay. Management bent over backwards to be sure everything was to our liking - and it was. First time we travelled with our dog, and it was excellent for her, as well. Location was perfect - easy off and on to 75 and a good amount of restaurants to choose from. I don't often stay in hotels, but this is one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed in. It was clean and the room smelled nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. This was a very clean, comfortable hotel. We were in town for a race so we stayed here with our dogs. It was inexpensive and did just fine for an overnight. Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a slight smell from insecticide, went away fairly quickly. (This was a pet friendly room and I think that they do a more thorough cleaning between guests in this room) Parking was plentiful and we felt safe. When staying in a lower cost hotel this is the most important issue. […] The “Breakfast was just muffins, bagels, Danishes, coffee, and Orange juice, but it was all fresh and well stocked. Every time I walked in, no matter who was at the front desk we got a friendly greeting and prompt service. If you have a pet, they have smoking and non-smoking rooms specifically set aside in the back. There is a fairly limited place for the pets to walk towards the front of the hotel.
