It was good - average.The hot tub was not hot. There was not an extra mirror in the room for two ladies getting ready in the morning. I don't like paying extra for breakfast.

"Great Place"
We had a wonderful stay. It was convinently located around shops and resturants that were walking distance. The pool was great.
This hotel was fine, but the rooms were very small. The beds were very comfortable and it had a great location.

"Should have stayed at the Hilton"
The noise from upstairs was VERY noisy and the bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. It was distressing that we paid so much for this hotel when we got such poor product. I was not impressed at all. From now on I'm staying at Hilton.
"Basic accomodations"
No worries here,it is clean. It is just in need of an update. Old television, walking down the hall it feels like a basic hotel versus a nicer Courtyard that I have stayed in the past. Convenient location, staff is friendly enough. I was above the utility/garbage truck area which was not fun at 5:30 in the morning, but I am sure I could have requested […] something different once I looked out the window. I have paid less for better, but I believe it was basketball playoff week. Will not search this hotel out to stay in, but will stay in again if I can't find something else better. Lesa meira

"Convenient location"
Bed was comfortable. Overwhelming smell from construction. Disappointed that hot tub was empty, and pool was a little too cold for swimming. My family was woken up at 4 a.m. By the truck plowing the parking lot.
"Not bad, but for the money? Can do better..."
Rooms very dated, hairs in the bathroom, feels dingy. I got it at a last minute fare price, otherwise would never pay there rates to stay here. You can feel secure in the area and hotel, but again, everything is dated and "feels" dated, worn, grimy. All that said, it does have some great features, such as an indoor pool, so if you don't mind the lack […] of amenities in the room, dirt and hair, but really want a pool, well maybe it's the perfect place, especially if you get a great value for a last minute room rate! "Holiday Stop"
We stopped at this hotel while traveling for the holidays. Great location, friendly desk staff and comfortable bed made for a great stop.
"Comfortable!"
I really liked the bed, it was very comfortable. The room was set up a little awkwardly, but the place wasnt bad. My room was on the side facing Harmony road, and it was a little loud. Once it started snowing, it quieted down a little.
"Fort Collins, CO"
We traveled to Colorado with our dog. Staff were wonderful and put us in a ground floor room close to an exit so that we could easily take him outside for breaks. GREATLY appreciated. Everything was clean and maintained and work was being on other rooms and the exterior to make more improvements. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it […] to others. Lesa meira
"Love This Hotel!"
We like to go shopping in the Fort Collins/Loveland areas and always book our room at this hotel. Why? You can't beat the comfort, price, and location! It has it all! You will not find a better value. (Did I mention that I love the beds? Amazing!)
"friendly service"
The hotel staff was very nice. I appreciated that they had a good selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby and a quick breakfast available in the early morning. We were there to visit the universities in the area and had to get up early. We ended up only staying one night instead of two because we got a chance to take a tour last minute at CU Boulder […] on Saturday afternoon and just stayed in boulder that night. "Nice again!"
Nice and clean. Staff friendly. Will stay there again next time we visit Ft. Collins. Only thing is that the King room on the first floor, opening to the court yard, appeared to be smaller than the King room on the second floor. All in all it is a wonderful place to stay!
"Best Stay"
I would highly recommend this hotel! Professional friendly staff. Bed was super comfortable. The only glitch to our stay was that we had to have our room keys rekeyed after only using them once,. The rest of our stay was comfortable and it was a convenient location to where we needed to be for our visit. We will be staying here again next time we […] are in Fort Collins. Lesa meira

"Excellent Experience!"
The hotel was clean and conveniently located near shopping and restaruants. We truely enojyed our stay there and would stay there again. It was quite and the price was not bad at all.

not at all as pictured. tiny room, not clean and the oldest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Do not recommend.

We are in Ft. Collins about once a month for business meetings. We have stayed in many hotels there. This beats them all for value, service and location. We will be back.

"Great Stay for a Shopping Getaway!"
We always stay at the Courtyard in Fort Collins for our day after Thanksgiving shopping trip. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The thing that keeps us coming back is the fantastic beds! I feel so pampered when I crawl into bed for the night! The hotel is close to great dinning places, as well as some of the best shopping Colorado has to offer! "Outstanding Hotel"
We stay at the Courtyard every year on our annual shopping trip to the Fort Collins area. We've NEVER regretted it! The beds are so comfortable! That's something that you can't say about most hotels. The location makes this hotel a "must stay" too, because it's just a few blocks from great eating places, as well first class shopping. We appreciate the […] great room for a reasonable rate. "Great hotel"
This was a great hotel for our Thanksgiving weekend. There were very helpful about the surrounding area. However, their breakfast service was horrible. It said there was a buffet, but the Saturday we went, it was cook to order. I asked for eggs over medium and got over easy, if not raw. The cook was an old guy who couldn't hear. It was very expensive. […] I had 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and cold hashbrowns for $10. My friend has 4 pieces of French Toast for $10 and a yogurt for $1.50. $25 breakfast for very ittle amount of food. The Egg and I down the street would have been much better. Since that was our last day, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Lesa meira
"Good Hotel, Still Too Pricey."
The ice bucket was full of mold. We took it to a hotel employee. They asked what room we were in (I assume to check who supposedly cleaned our room) and replaced our ice bucket with a clean one.

"Great hotel for our weekend stay!"
We stayed in this hotel for the weekend of the Good Guys Car Show! It's an excellent value for the money and we will definately stay again.
"It's alright"
No free breakfast and then no microwave or refrigerator. Beds were sort of worn in, but staff were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest, if traveling with kids, to room facing the courtyard on the first floor. Our kids liked that.
"Skip the breakfast"
Great staff but I would recommend skipping the over-priced breakfast and walk across the parking lot to Egg and I for a better breakfast for less money
