Although the staff was very helpful and considerate the condition of the rooms and overall facility lend one to think of many things but not Quality. The carpets were stained, wallpaper is dirty and cracked and peeling. There was stains all over the walls and carpets in the hallways. Overall I was very disappointed in the facilities.

We lost power in the area due to the blizzard and I booked this hotel only because it was the only one with a vacancy. Thank God I booked early in the day. By 2PM, they were charging $104 per night for a hotel That I paid $86 for earleir in the morning. They were gouging desperate peole. They were seriioulsy under staffed.The room stunk of mildewey […] wet rugs. Real problems if you have allergies. The pillows were cheap. This is a motor court hotel from the sixties that they put a New Sign on. Smelly, overcharged dump. Buyer Be Wear!! Taking advantage of people put out by the storm. Quick stay but will pass on it next time. Better options in the area. The dials and on the heater were broken and pushed into the unit never to be seen again. Definitely no were near it's prime. I would call it a motel not a hotel. I still would pass on it for less money.

Terrible experience. This supposedly 2 1/2 star hotel turned out to be a MOTEL. What a nightmare. I'm a very sound sleeper but was awaken twice at 3am and 5:30am because of people talking and yelling loud outside. We requested for extra bath towels since afternoon but could not get them. The guy at the front desk claimed that he didn't have the keys […] to the laundry room. So only two bath towels for our family of 4. We decided to checked out a day early even though all were paid. It's a hotel. Nothing spectacular, but the room was clean, it was quiet and it was a place to sleep convenient to the function we were attending. The staff was a little brusque and the manager who checked me in had no clue I had reserved two rooms until I showed her my itinerary. We did not like the bathroom because it was lacking an exhaust fan and also a heat lamp.The shower stall was limited because of the location of the soap shelf.Other than that everything was good in the room.I went to the breakfast area to get coffee and both carafes were empty.Went back later and had to go to the office desk because the coffee was made […] but was sitting in the kithen area.Everything went fine in the office,as per the paperwork,for checkin and checkout.Thank you! This is a clean outdated hotel with poor maintence and many loose ends. Simply put if what your looking for is a quick clean place to sleep and nothing more it will do for that. Its only advantage I can see is its location its close to center of Tauton, but you get what you pay for.

My girlfriend and I brought our two kids to see Taylor Swift at Gillette Stadium. The plan was to go to the beach the following day, so we found Quality Inn on Expedia on the way to the beach and I booked it. The concert was great! But it poured, so we were soaking wet. We waited in traffic for three hours, so it was 2:00 a.m. by the time we got to […] the Quality Inn. When we pulled up, there were several "suspicious looking characters" standing outside of the entrance of the hotel. I had called ahead to make sure it was guaranteed late arrival because we suspected being very late due to traffic. One of the "suspicious looking characters" wearing his shorts down to his knees said he was the manager and that they were sold out. I said I had a reservation that was paid in advance through Expedia and proceeded to go in. The gentleman working behind the counter, who was more interested in this cell phone than me, told me that he did not have a reservation for me, that he was only expecting one other guest with a different name. I showed him my confirmation. He played on the computer for a little while, then said that he had found my reservation and asked for my MasterCard. I told him that I do not own a MasterCard and that I have already paid for my room in advance, so that shouldn't be necessary. It is the second time we've stayed here. We find it convenient because room accessibility and we can bring our pet. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is acceptable and plentiful.

The hotel was surrounded by nice stores and restaurants. It was a perfect location for a quick stay. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell as if the room had not been used for awhile, but it was eliminated after I supplied some air freshener that I got from one of the surrounding stores ! Was staying in Raynham the night before a triathlon. It was an early race so I needed a good night's sleep. After checking in around 830pm, I tried to go online to get a weather/race update using the hotel's wifi network. It didn't work and there is no support at the hotel. The hotel is also in an AT&T dead zone so no cell coverage. Around 9:30 I hear […] very loud live music (bad 80's hair band tunes sung by a tone-deaf lead singer). Turns out there's a bar next door that plays until 12:30am. They did offer to to put me in a smoking room in the back of the hotel. So much for the good night sleep. I crank up the a/c to cover the noise and set the alarm clock for 5:30am (it's a 7:30 start). I woke at at 6:30am as the socket where the alarm clock is plugged went dead during the night. Overall just a grim experience and the front desk was completely unhelpful. Never again. Lesa meira

Room has everything that you need, Breakfast is served at 6am, and has a good variety. I know that area, but even if you dont there are plenty of shopping areas, and the highways to Boston or to the Cape are with in 1mi.

This hotel is adequate for a night or two, but not a place I would spend a lot of time. The building we stayed in had a funky smell, as did our "non-smoking" room. It was convenient to many restaurants and shopping, but still 1/2 hour away from Plymouth.

Strong smell in the hotel both in the room and in the common areas (at least tobacco). Carpet very dirty. Strangly, swimming pool on the front of the hotel close to the main road with a lot of traffic. As I have said, the hotel was great. The only problem was the funky smell. The room was very clean, but the cleaner they use smelled bad...Almost like an ammonia smell. The humidity was very high during our stay and the smell came out even worse. It smelled musty and dank. We turned on the AC and put dryer sheets on the AC intake and it cleared the […] smell. We thought the property was convenient and good value. The staff is friendly and there were some nice communities such as the tea in the lobby, and the breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was a slightly funky smell in the room.
