In a good location, right in middle Flushing Chinatown. A 20 min. ride into Manhattan w/o traffic. Many restaurants around. My favorite thing about this hotel is the $9 parking fee in/out compared to Manhattan charging up to $65! Overall hotel is good EXCEPT for the parking attendant who stands in the front before heading into the garage. We were driving […] in, he stops us and screams "garage is full, unless your a guest here." We told him we have a hotel room here. His attitude was just awful. No need for the screaming buddy. We drive in and the valet attendant with the same kind of attitude as the first tells us "give me your ticket". What kind of service/attitude is this! And the nerve of him expected a tip. Not everyone at garage was like the first 2 we encountered. The others were pretty nice. Lesa meira

If you want a hotel in China Town Flushing, you probably can't do better. The rate was reasonable also.

All of your staff were courteous, professional, and accommodating. When the woman at the counter learned that I had paid for a cab to come to the hotel because i wasn't aware that you provide a courtesy shuttle, she asked for my receipt and reimbursed me on the spot! Room service staff were polite and the food was great.

Staff were incredible and very friendly/helpful. Room was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Dining room staff was friendly and professional - food was good as well.

Hotel was very nice. 98% asian customers. They did not eat in the hotel. They got take out in the many many asian places around the hotel. Was very comfortable. Wiine prices out of this world.

Very convenience place to stay, complimentary shuttle from airport, one block away from subway, lots of chinese food around hotel, nice room, super comfortable bed.

Nice hotel for a family. easy to get to subway. easy shopping, close to many restaurant. Clean. Service is good. But no refrigerator in side the room.

This was a awful stay! No heat @ room ( outside was 25 degreed).two double room become a king bed room for 2 guy. ( what the hell!). Staff work total inefficient. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!

Hotel in Chinatown in Flatbush, Queens. Mostly caters to Chinese business men and Chinese families. Do have shuttle service to LaGuardia but not JFK airport.

I did not expect to find a room of this size and a hotel of this quality in NYC.The room was very clean/spacious/bright, service was outstanding - they called us to ensure we were happy,gave us an extended checkout because our flight was in the evening and called us a car to take us to the aiport.The staff are also very knowledgable on tourist distinations […] in nyc.The chinese antiques around the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained - a visual treat. This is a bargain compared to rooms you get in Manhattan for the same cost and very close to train station.I will definitely stay here again. Lesa meira

Localtion is near subway easy for transportation. Neborighthood has a lot of good Chinese restaurants.

Just so you know, this hotel is still far enough away from LaGuardia that you will find that the rental car places at LaGuardia will not shuttle you to this hotel because it is "too far away". However, the hotel WILL shuttle you for free back and forth to the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Service and hotel was great. I guess we just […] felt mislead by the name of the hotel (Sheraton LaGuardia)--- a more accurate name would be Sheraton Chinatown, as the Chinatown area is within convenient walking distance. Excellent location near the 7 train and a shuttle ride to LaGuardia. Lots of Asian food choice around and they open late. The check-in staff should have warned about the room being for those who need special access (no tub), which meant the water covered half of the bathroom. But overall very pleasant stay.

A especially good hotel if you are asian and need to be around the convenience of finding good asian restuarants. The Hotel is clean but could use some updates. Great parking for your car @ $9.00 a day with anytime in and out convenience for hotel guests. I recommend this hotel if you know how to get around in NYC. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. They offered complimentary shuttle service to and from LGA Airport, which was very convenient for us (since we didn't rent a car). The hotel was very clean. The bathtub wasn't draining properly, so we called building maintenance and they came right away to fix it. It wasn't perfect after that, but it was alot better. […] The hotel staff was friendly. Another very convenient thing was that it's so close to the train station. We would just take the train every day. Lesa meira

The T.V was not hooked up right as the picture and the programs not showing at all. called for service, no respond. The toilet system needed to be fixed as we had to press and hold the knob to flush it down. Called with no response.

It may seem like a not so nice neighborhood, but this is a Gem!!! Excellent service from the front desk to the Bar to the room service. The Angus burger on the menu is amazing, but the Buffalo wings are lame. Tasty, but too expensive and not even a little hot. Overall, this is my new favorite hotel in the NY area. I will stay again absolutely!!!

This hotel is a bit dated. If you are looking for a hotel with a clean bed and a shower then it is o.k. The location isnt that great. It reminds you of China Town near Brooklyn. The overall condition of the hotel needs renovated.

Flushing is THE place to have good Chinese food. So if you want to stay close to that, then Sheraton is the choice. The overall experience is good but we ran into an accident caused on the hotel. My friend reported incidents where we found bits on our feet (it is not likely caused by the hotel, we later concluded), and the hotel sent people to investigate […] the bed in her room. But after that, they didn't put the bed back correctly, resulting in one iron bar sticking out. Her child fell over it, got hurt on the leg. The people who came up after we called was really not that helpful either. Not appologetic to say the least. He said he would put the report together and let them know the result. If you have to stay in Queens, this is the nicest place I have found. I love the Chinese food in the neighborhood. the garage is very convenient. The staff was very efficient and helpful.

Great spot for visiting Flushing and going on an eating tour of the excellent Chinese restaurants in the city. Super convenient to Laguardia.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and its an excellent one. Great location - right on the Flushing's Chinese district in Queens. Would go again, highly recommend this hotel!

This was our second time staying at this hotel and will not be our last. The employees are very proffesional and pleasant. Very convenient if traveling from LaGuardia airport and if driving the Parking cost is very reasonable. The first time we stayed in the hotel the room was wonderful, this time I was a bit dissapointed with the quality of the furniture. […] The room was clean but the furniture was very worn out with lots of visible scratches.
