This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

The hotel room was not very clean for this being offered as a 5 star member. The room had paint peeling off of the wall, mold on the celing of the restroom, lots of dust bunnies. The TV had no free movie channels and the selection was not all that great. The water pressure in shower was not powerful either. Yes indeed it was a continetial breakfast […] and with all of the other Days Inns we have stayed at they had waffles, meat, and eggs to choose from so it was not as filling as the other places we have stayed at. This hotel was a great stay and very decent rates. We stayed to go to disneyland, it is walking distance, and we also stayed for a cheer competition, we were taken by shuttle to the convention center at no cost. I will definitely stay here again.

Having visited Disneyland finally, on a return trip i will be staying closer to parks. The free shuttle was not very reliable, only ran every 30 mins if it was on time. From the front desk, cleaning lady to the van driver, none were very friendly or helpful in any way.
They did not clean our room until after 4:30 each day after we complained. Had to make them change the sheets. Were cracks in the ceiling and old mattresses stacked in the parking lot the whole time and it rained. Front desk did not give us a receipt when asked and they were rude. Had a stench the whole time we were there and non stop ants. Not comfortable at all, only good thing is we were in Disneyland most of the time. Would not recommend.

"Great Hotel and Location"
The hotel is clean, and friendly. Its with in walking distance of Disneyland but they have a free shuttle that comes every hour that was nice. I would stay there again in the future.

The hotel was ok, since we mainly just slept there. The pool area is not as nice as the pictures would indicate. The pictures make you think this is in a courtyard between the buildings, but actually, the pool is surrounded by the parking lot. Hot tub is very small. Free breakfast was very minimal, but ok. Shuttle to the parks is really nice. But even […] nicer is that this is close enough to walk. We did that once, when we did not want to wait for the shuttle. This Days Inn on Harbor was a 20 minute walk from the front gate of Disneyland. Parking was not a problem. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

All good for a stop over for Disneyland and that's it! Great for just the night before and after. Hotel runs a free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland on the half hour- perfect! Cheap and easy

It was a very bad choice of a hotel... the carpet/room smelled, the electric sockets were coming off the wall (dangerous if you have little kids), appliances were very old like the TV woulnd't show pictures clearly, Microwave felt like the first generation one bought through a garage sale, refrigerator was dirty on the switch that controls the temperature... "Great cost and location, horrible hotel"
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past few years. This time around it was terrible. There were kids running around all night above our room, no free wifi like before, we had to pay extra for our safe key and we never had to before, no free HBO like before and the breakfast was ok. The shower was either all hot or all cold. This place is […] falling apart and the patch jobs are no longer working. The only thing good about this hotel is it is close to the freeway and theme parks. Oh and you can't see the fireworks from them either from this hotel. Lesa meira

The price is not bad. If your family will be in Disneyland all day, the shuttle makes rounds every hour. Hotel was just a place to sleep. I'll stay there again.

The people in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. I love that they offer a shuttle to and from Disneyland, although the hotel is also walking distance to Disney. The continental breakfast could improve...the selection was pretty limited. Overall, our stay was a good experience.

Negatives: The experience began 2 days prior to our stay. We called and asked if there was anyway we could check in early on the day of. The man who answered was rude, short with my questions and plainly said they were sold out, "no." I told him we had a reservation already, so we didn't need a new room, but I got the same rude response. The day we […] were supposed to arrive, we ended up not hitting the traffic we expected and we arrived an hour early on accident. So we went to the front office and asked if there was anyway we could check in early after having just driven 7 hours to get there. We were "greeted" by the same man who had answered my call earlier in the week, and needless to say, he had the same tone when he told us no we couldn't check in early, they were sold out. Looking around the hotel we could 10+ rooms that had been finished cleaning and were vacant, but we still weren't allowed to check in an hour early. That was a first for me. So we hung out in our car for the next hour, until they would check us in at 3 on the dot. When we got in the room it smelled like cat litter. Later that night while using the bathroom, a small roach crawled across my foot and there was another by the bathroom entrance. Even though we kept our room clean and all food in the fridge, there were also small flies (gnats?) that we had to keep getting rid of. Positives: The shuttle and its drivers!! I can't emphasize this enough. They were always on-time, friendly, and it was the perfect, convenient way to get to and from Disneyland. The shuttle, its drivers, and its convenience are what got this hotel 3 stars in my eyes. Room conditions aside, bc we knew we weren't staying in a luxury resort (and you get what you pay for), this hotel served its purpose and gave us somewhere to sleep for the few hours we weren't out or at Disneyland, and the shuttle allowed us to get around to the park and Downtown Disney without walking or paying for cabs. "Convenient, Clean, Pool, & Shuttle to Disney!"
Hotel is starting to age, but very clean and staff is very helpful. I must have missed the notice of the shuttle to Disney and the free breakfast in their advertisement on their web page, but they were both welcome surprises. No frills, but a good value and conveniently located.

One Word, "HORRIBLE"! Rude Customer Service. Old food for breakfast. Muffins should not be stale or substituted for hockey pucks. There were ants in the room, but apparently that was our fault, even though we had no food in the room. Coffee pot was broken, nice brown stain too. Room had water damage in the celing above the front door and the bathroom […] door. The broken down shuttle with non working seatbelts. I can go on...... Cheap is fine, I mean as long as the room is clean and the service is friendly, I have no issues. This was not the case here. My children and I were a bother to the staff. In general is a good hotel per its price, but it needs maintenance, in example the caffetery pot was broken, the TV control did not work, and we found ants in the bathroom. The breakfast is good.

"Days Inn- in back of DIsneyland"
The hotel was close to Disneyland, but not close enough to walk. They did have a shuttle to the park. Being behind the park was the only bad thing because the firework show was right outside our window and really loud. The shower had no hot water only got luke warm water and it looked old it had a lot of caulking in the tub/shower stall. It wasn't bad […] there to find places to eat there was a pizza place next store and a mini-mart also. It is close to all the main streets to Disneyland and various restaurants too. Lesa meira

"Close to Disney, can almost walk, good value"
Was well worth it - had a clean 2queens, non-smoking room on second floor, very nice, no frills, but size of room decent, bathroom clean, no complaints. Free breakfast was also nicer than expected. Could walk to Disney if you don't have small kids and don't mind walking over the I-5; maybe 1/2 mile from park entrance. Overall, good value.

This hotel is very old and run down, it's needs updating badly. It was a good price but if I could of change hotels I would of left but I was locked into 6 days. Stairs were overgrown with plants and dangerous to walk on in the dark. Don't stay here unless you absolutely need to.

This was our second stay at the hotel. First time several years ago was great - this time not so much. We traveled 8 hours and were very tired when we arrived. The receptionist wouldn't even consider letting us check in an hour early - she didn't even check to see if our rooms were available. She told us that "perhaps you could go get something to eat […] and come back in an hour." Both of our rooms had bad ant problems - once we put all food in the fridge it was mostly under control but I was afraid they might get in the coffee. Not sure we will stay on our 3rd visit - not because of the ants - but because they were so unwilling to even consider letting us check in early. Lesa meira

have stayed at the Days Inn before and do not feel over whelmed by size or lots of people. It is a small personal place to stay, well located to Disneyland. Would stay there again.

This hotel was the perfect location. I loved that they had the free shuttle to Disneyland! It helped a lot. Might want to consider getting a bigger vehicle though it was pretty crowded!

Hotel was ok. very disipointed, we got there about 9am and couldnt get in the room until 2:30 3:00. Ok I reminded them I requested a down stairs room do to I cant do stairs and she said oh yes we have it, she said we could go to disneyland so we did. Our room was already paid for and we had tickets for Mickeys trick or treat that night so we stayed […] all day and night. When we got back to check into our room they said it was not available any more. But he wood give us the room up stairs. I never heard of such a thing. Paid room and they didnt hold it and they knew we were coing back. So needless to say we had to take that room which I had a heck of a time getting to. Very dissapointed. Lesa meira
"apathy, rudeness and discourtesy"
We arrived the hotel around 12:00 from San Francsico. We had booked (and payed) a 5 people suite. When we saw the room, it was a prepared for allow only 4 people. We contacted the staff on front desk asking for a room for 5 people and complete linen, and the guy on call was rude with us, saying that he couldnt help even offered to return the money when […] we was at 12:30 asking for something we booked in advance. Of of us had to sleep on a couch without linen. Total discourtesy from this guy. Next day, we talked again and they tried to apologize, actually were kind with us. Regardless, we wrote a note of discontent to the hotel. I would never recomend this hotel... You could book something at the same price with better services. it was not cheap, was very overpriced for the season. Dont book this place. Lesa meira
"Great location to Disneyland"
This hotel was very convenient to the Disney Parks and also offered a free shuttle to and from the parks. The shuttle was a 9 person van no the best condition but it was FREE. The room was OK, a lot of cracks in the walls and ceilings but the beds were really comfortable. The one thing that really ruined my stay is the fact that we came back from the […] park late one night and found ants in one of the beds! If it weren't for the ant problem, I would stay here again, so if you don't mind ants it was a great hotel for the price and very convenient if you're going to the Disney Parks. Lesa meira
"You get what you pay for"
The motel is approx a 25-30 min walk to Disney but they do offer a free hourly shuttle service which is decent and within minutes you're delivered to the Disneyland entrance. I personally would not stay here again or recommend the motel but what you have to remember is you get what you pay for.Free continental breakfast was OK.Pool and hottub were visibly […] dirty,hottub was dirty/scummy/foamy to the point that you smelled musty after exiting.Rooms were rundown but attempts had been made to slap fresh paint over everything.Our bathroom fan was too loud to the point that when turned on it would wake others up.Fan came on when the bathroom light was on. I was trying to have an open mind about the motel until I returned home from my trip to find that Days Inn had charged me an extra $50.Here's why the $50,"One morning,my family and 5-6 other guests were getting a shuttle ride to the park,I went to help the driver by opening the sliding door on the shuttle van.As I went to open the door, the already broken door handle came off in my hand.The shuttle van driver then asked me what room# I was staying in because most likely I would be charged for the damage to the door handle". the paper we receved when we checked in said the shudles when would pick us up from disneyland at 12:30am on fri the 6th we went to the pick up spot and waited for over a half an hour the shudle never came. some other guests called and were told last pickup that night was at 7:30 because disneyland closed at 7:00 for mickys halloween party that we attened […] that night. i am 4 months pregenate and had to walk back to our room after walking all day. needless to say i was not happy. if we would have been told that day the shudle was picking up at 7:30 we would have made other arangments. i feel you should know whats going on at disneyland better than your guests that come to stay with you Lesa meira
"Basic place to sleep while visiting Disney."
We wanted an inexpensive place to sleep while visiting Disneyland Theme Parks. That is what we got. Nothing fancy. The staff was friendly. When we missed the shuttle, they made an extra trip for us. The breakfast was very basic - cheap donuts, cheap muffins, and cheap cereal. It filled us up, though. The beds weren’t great, but after walking all day, […] we were tired enough to sleep on them. The shower worked, but the water drained out of the tub slowly. The battery kept falling out of the TV remote, but after going to Disneyland, we weren’t very interested in TV. "Worst experience ever!!!"
Not allowed to check in early AT ALL...at 3:00 check in time told our room would be ready in a few min. Waited in van for 30 min. and finally went to check if they were almost done cleaning. Nobody even started to clean the room...asked for another room. Next room smelled SO BAD due to fermaldehyde coming from new carpet. Not good for me and my daughter […] with chemical sensitivities. Phone was broken, said they'd send maintenance, which never happened. Couln't connect to wifi internet either. The smallest (1/2 mini size) refrigerator I've ever seen. We went to a show, and when we came back we requested a room change...we all got headaches immediately when we walked in with the horrible smell! Our next room (3rd at this point) was a little newer; however, there was orange and black mold in the shower, the outlet behind the fridge and microwave had something stuck in one plug, so you had to unplug and plug in only one at a time, the remote control was missing the battery cover so the batteries kept falling out, power button on TV was missing, so had to use remote to turn it on and off. The ceiling had water damage they had attempted to repair, but not yet finished. Of the three keys we were given to get into the room, only one worked. On the plus side, the staff was accomodating, the beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was halfway decent. Would definitely not stay again!!! Lesa meira

The only thing this hotel was was the convenience to Disneyland. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it.
"Days Inn on Harbor Blvd"
Checked in, ent to my room and keys did not work, went back to front desk, recieved new keys and went back to room. The 2nd set of keys did not work, had to go back to the front desk and the person said he would have to change my room. I was given keys to a new room, they finally worked. The walk to Disneyland is 10 to 15 min but you have to cross a […] freeway on ramp and an off ramp that is not controlled by street lights. A bit dangerous if you have small children or older folks that don't move so fast. The hotel room was clean. I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice. Lesa meira
