Önnur þjónusta er straujárn/strauborð og útvarpsklukkur. Í boði eru ísskápar, kvöldfrágangur og ofnæmisprófaður sængurfatnaður sé þess óskað. Þrif eru í boði daglega. "Sheraton - Dallas"
Disappointed in the condition of the room and the room size. The closet doors were off the tracks and the air conditioning would not adjust. When we arrived they did not have any guest parking available and we had to park in a lot a block away from the hotel.

"Rude Staff"
The service at this hotel was a nightmare. We were sent in circles trying to park, and then told that we could not park in the Sheraton Parking Lot. I understand that they were busy, but they should have been helpful in assisting us in finding a parking space (instead of sarcastically-- you'll just have to find someplace else). Then, when we finally […] did park, I called the hotel desk and requested the charge for parking be deducted from my bill (since we ended up in a public parking lot that was paid for separately). I was told -- again sarcastically -- it was not on my bill. And of course, the morning receipt showed the parking charge on my bill. At the front desk, when I told the clerk I had been overcharged, she schooled me on the use of my phrase "overcharged" -- telling me it was a billing error not an "overcharge". My definition of overcharge is having items added to my bill that I did not receive. Anyway, the hotel was clean although the rooms were very small, and due to the staff, I would never recommend. "Sheraton in Dallas"
Very nice staff. Only complaint was the immature group staying in the room next to us that had a party until 3:30am. It would had even gone on longer had we not called hotel security to which they thankfully shut it down immediately.

Enjoyed this hotel and it has a great location right by a DART rail station. We also had a car and the parking garage was fine - never crowded - but it was annoying to get in and out of, because the key card swiper never worked and we always had to call to be let out. Sometimes they would not answer for 20+ rings and you had to sit there and wait, while […] holding up a line of cars since there was only one exit lane. For $22/day parking this was a disappointment. I checked into the hotel and they had a very nice, guest services staff. I didn't have to wait in line very long, on the other hand, when I got to my suite, there was No microwave nor mini fridge. I was floored, then it had taken the maids all day to clean my room. I had left things scattered about just to see if they would put them in place and they […] didn't. One day they didn't clean my room until almost 3:oo PM that's horrible. They didn't clean the tub as well nor did they take oput the trash or leave me any replace lotion, etc. The maid service was horrible, but everything else was great. Lesa meira
"Lack of attention to detail"
Bed and duvet were very comfortable and lovely but sheets although well pressed were torn. Shower although tile was pretty new had mildew in the corners. Closet door was off of the track but fixed immediately when I pointed it out. The staff was nice but the rooms displayed a lack of attention to detail for a fine hotel.
"Great Stay for a Long Weekend"
Spent the long weekend here and really enjoyed ourselves. Great outdoor rooftop pool. Most amazing fitness center I've seen in any hotel. People took really good care of us.
"Sheraton Dallas- bad service- maze without a guide"
This is a nice facility but it I very difficult to navigate through the complex layout of the facility. When I wanted help finding where to go the staff were not helpful. The concierge gave unclear directions and a group of workers in the lobby bar/ restaurant were more interested in conversations with their co-workers. If you don't care about service […] this is the place for you. Even when we checked in and out, the lady at the desk provided minimal information and was not friendly at all. "Shearaton Hotel Dallas, TX"
This hotel was simply amazing. Great city views, central location. Stayed in an executive suite which had a huge sitting area with sectional sofa, dining table, & flat screen. The bedroom was seperate and equally as big in size with 2 queen beds. Stayed on the 34th floor with city views. I would recomend the Shearaton Dallas to anyone looking for a […] great place to stay in the downtown Dallas area. "Sherton Dallas Hotel"
We were very disappointed in our stay. Room was very small, almost cramped. We tried to adjust the temperature in the room with no success. Unable to reach anyone by phone at concierge desk or express check out. Concierge desk was poorly staffed, very disorganized, and staff did not seem knowledgable of the local area.

"Melting outside and inside"
Everything about the hotel was good until we stayed an hour into our room and realized it was hot and tried to fix the AC, but that did not help. We called the front desk to ask them to fix it and they took about 30 minutes after 2 phone calls for someone to come up. The guy did not even fix it he pretty much just took the top of the vent off the AC. […] They need to understand we are paying good money to stay there and it is already hot outside so I think expecting AC is not too much to ask for at all!! Lesa meira
"Nice and comfortable"
Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. Hotel is nice, rooms look newly renovated, flat screen, new beds, very clean....Neat sports bar and great pool area. Would stay there again
The AC did not work. We were given the room right next to the elevator. The keys did not work initially after waiting in line for 20 minutes to check in and after ascending 20 floors.

Great hotel, great service and very comfortable stay. we had an amazing view of the city from our room. the only thing we disliked was that there was no hot tub with the pool.
"Do not stay at the Dallast Sheraton"
My stay there was awful. The bedding and towels smelled disgusting. The shower did not drain well. I ordered room service twice and it never showed up. I was afraid to leave the hotel at night because it is in a terrible neighborhood. Do not stay here.

"Sheraton Downtown Dallas- broken AC"
Our air condition was broken in our room. We didn't realize this until about 1:00 a.m. when the room just would not cool down. They sent a technician up to fix it at about 2:00 a.m. He was very rude and from what we saw basically "pretended" to work on it. At around 2:45 he said it was fixed and to leave the vent up. He did not fix it and after much […] complaining it was still not working when we checked out. We also booked a room with two beds being that we were business associates and staying together. They did not have one available and got stuck with a king bed which made for an even more uncomfortable stay. Was not pleased at all with this stay. Lesa meira
"a sheraton is... a sheraton !"
No surprise in this hotel. Regular Sheraton. BUT, do not stay in this hotel if you have a car ! Self parking was 21$ overnight and is NOT in and out. So you end up paying 40-50 dollars per day which is VERY annoying. Hello, this is Texas, not New York city ! Besides that, the first night the closest one was full and had to walk 10 minutes with my bag […] to reach the hotel. So very unhappy about that and will not come back to this hotel because of that. "Good hotel, staying downtown sucks"
I now know there is nothing downtown worth staying there for. So unless you have business there, stay in the burbs, but if you need to be downtown, this is a great place.

I have to say that Leonard was amazing!! He's the manager---why did I have the opportunity to meet Leonard? Because of a SERIES of errors in our stay. First--I booked a hotel for a suite with two queens--and I was told that there would be internet--no one mentioned that we had to pay for it--I am almost certain that I asked if it was included. Then, […] when we arrived the bellman told us that valet was $29 dollars a day--I asked if there was anything for free if I self-parked. So, he responded about the parking facility across the street. IT WAS NOT FREE I did pay the $21 for parking across the street. Then, when we got to a large, spacious room---the trouble began. While the size of the room was amazing---the lack of towels, the fact that the TV did not work and we had to call maintenance, the AC didn't work--and a very loud buzzing sound, the pictures were off the wall, no trash can in the living area, etc---that's when Leonard gave us two free meals at the "Draft" which had karoke. That was great as we have two semi--professional singers with us. WELL, that night was something else--the kareoke room did not work--they had asked for my driver's license---and guess what???? THE PERSON FORGOT TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME. I WAS THERE FOR A VERY IMPORTANT EVENT OF WHICH I HAD TO GIVE MY ID TO BE ABLE TO ENTER---AND IT WAS SOOOOO STRESSFUL. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE EVENT---COME BACK--AND SEE IF THE DRAFT HAD MY ID. THEY DID---NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. SO, WHEN WE WERE CHECKING OUT---WHAT DOES THE BILL SAY---ANOTHER DAY OF PARKING!!!!! AND, THE FRONT DESK LADY HAD AN ATTITUDE. SO, I ASKED ONCE AGAIN FOR THE MANAGER--LEONARD---HE'S AWESOME!!! HE GAVE US A FIFTY DOLLAR CERTIFICATE FOR MEALS IN THE BREAKFAST RESTAURANT. WE ENDED UP NEEDING TO STAY AGAIN IN DALLAS--UNEXPECTEDLY---AND WE WENT TO THE FAIRMONT--WHERE THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY WHEN YOU CALL THE FRONT DESK---SO NO--WON'T BE STAYING AT SHERATON AGAIN---BUT I WILL SAY THIS--LEONARD WAS A VERY NICE MAN!! "Convenient Downtown Location"
Like many Starwood Sheraton Hotels, the Sheration Dallas Hotel has very confortable room and beddings which is likeable for weary business travellers. However, the internet connection was able to work for Receiving emails BUT NOT for Sending-out emails on my Outlook Express. To make matter worst, nobody from the hotel was able to assist in providing […] the correct Outgoing SMPT code for me to key-into my MS Outlook Express settings, even I talked to so many hotel staffs including the Front Office Manager. They referred me to a call-in ISP who was equally ignorant about their our SMTP codes and was just able to note down my concerns and although she asked me for so many details on my laptops and settings, she was unable to assist me in any ways. She promised to get back to me the next day, however, nobody got back to me until my checkout day ! For your information, I had NO problems connecting & sending in all other hotels (including other Sheraton hotels, etc.) in my preceding trip in LAX, and now in New York. The hotel should consider proper open settings on their internet servers and also have their staffs trained how to assist their Guests, especially this Starwood hotel supposed to be at least 4+ to 5 Stars ratings for business travellers!!! "Loving Dallas"
I do a lot of traveling and I must say that the Sheraton Dallas was simply amazing. Friendly Staff who care were everywhere. Clean bathrooms, rooms, etc!!! Impressed me! I will be back with more guests for this establishment. WOW!! Thanks Sheraton! -Mr. Gentry

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Sheraton. This hotel will definitely be 1st pick when I am in Dallas.
"Sheraton Dallas Hotel:Great hotel and better Price"
Pros: Location was perfet for the trip we took and the hotel was nice. The complaits we have are minor but just to let the next person know more then anything else. FOr any wanting to go to Fair Park this is the hotel to stay at. We could see the Farris wheel from the room we were in and even in traffic could make the destications we wanted to go to […] for our little vacation in less then 15 minutes. Cons: The restroom floor had hair in it and was not cleaned the best and the spider in the room was not taken care of after my wife complained. The room was next to the water pipes for the entire tower so all night we could hear the high pitch squel of the water. They gave me a free upgrade to an Executive Suite when it was discovered that I mistakingly reserved a king bed instead of 2 queens. Great customer service, and great hotel.

We frequent the Sheraton Hotels around the country, however, this experience was by far the worst. Our room was extremely warm when we checked in. The thermostat was either broken or very complicated to operate. We had to call for maintenance twice before the temperature issue was resolved. We indicated on our reservation that there were three of us, […] yet we had to call housekeeping for towels and bedding for the let-out. That may seem like a simple thing, but at late night when you are ready to turn in and discover that you have no sheets, pillows, or blankets, it can be very frustrating. Other than that, which was a major part of our hotel stay, but a minor part of our visit to Dallas, I would rate the hotel highly for everything else. Lesa meira
"Good price/quality for Uptown Dallas"
We had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that the room was stocked only w/ decaf coffee.

Not worth the price. And they charge you for everything you do there, to use their Wi-Fi you had to pay $25 per day, $19 to self park,ect. Don't come to the hotel in a truck, because they won't valet it and it won't fit in their garage. We ended up having to park where the maintenance vehicles parked and still got charged for it. If they tell you your […] room is in the north tower, that means it is going to look like a prison cell. We had six lamps in our suite and only half of them worked, the other half were just for show, because there was no plug for them to plug into. Very unhappy. Lesa meira
"Sheraton Downtown Dallas"
Requested 2 queens but there were none available when I arrived. I was upgraded to a suite. Which was great! Room was quite, bed was comfortable, and the staff were courteous. The only problem I had was the shower. It was to small for my liking. Overall, it was a great and plan to stay there in the future.

"it was not worth the amount of money I paid"
The TV did not work. The Air Conditioner did not work. I had the thermostat turned down to 60 degrees, but it was still hot and humid in the room I could not get a hold of room service nor assitance all night. The room was clean but it smelt like mildew.

Comfortable and accomodating. Located close in down town and close to the Cotton Bowl and State Fair. Convienient to coming from Cowboys Stadium, Six Flags or The Ball Park about 20 min drive.
