I stayed here one night and had no complaints. The building and the room was nicely updated, very clean, and overall, pretty quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked that a hot breakfast was available for free. It was not a continental breakfast with bagels and donuts. Our air conditioner went out and had to wait 24 hours for a new one. The whole lobby area wreaks of chlorine because the pool is so close to the entrance.

We really enjoyed staying here during our recent visit to Dallas. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was nice too. We will definately stay here again!!

Front desk gave someone else a key to our bedroom, they walked in when I was (thankfully still dressed). Didn't bring enough towels for the number of people in our room (after we paid an additional fee for an additional person), When we requested more towels, we were asked to come to the front desk and get our own. The hotel is in a lousy area and is difficult to get in and out from a main road without traveling out of the way; the hotel itself is nice and clean; the pool is not very big but is nice and the hot tub is wonderful; the breakfast served is good but good luck finding a seat to accommodate more than two people, and the serving area is small so it gets […] very crowded and you do a lot of waiting for everything.....the staff are awesome and respond very promptly and showed nothing but courtesy and appreciation for their guests,,,that's always a plus! I stay at the Baymont whenever I am in Dallas on Business. It is in the perfect location for getting around the DFW metro area. There are several great restaurants including many of my favorites within 1 - 2 miles. The staff and management are always very friendly and accommodating. I had to take my ill dog with me at the last minute on this last trip […] and they were very helpful with getting me the right room on short notice. They have a daily pet fee that is minimal. There is a fitness room and an awesome pool. Breakfast is always good and the fruit is very fresh. Always a great stay here. Lesa meira

Good hotel but there in nothing else around. Right off Texas 121 - Legacy is a few minutes away where you can find restaurants and shopping . Most GPSs can't locate the hotel though because it's new so you will have to call them they will give you the address to the building opposite to the hotel.

I had never stayed at a Baymont Inn and was unsure of what to expect. I was stranded overnight on a business trip and needed a hotel that was near to Love Field. Has all the things you want for a pleasant stay. Clean and ample sized rooms with nice furniture & carpets, large enough bathroom, desk and seating area. Well maintained hotel and landscape, comfortable lobby and business center. Friendly staff. Have stayed before and will return again.

comfortable room. a/c was blowing very musty smell. very annoying aspect. comfortable bed. shower head was limited in movement, not too great for tall people.

The hotel and rooms are clean. Nice furnishings and the beds were comfortable.. The 2 nights we stayed (in 2 different rooms) it was quite and the place was packed both nights.

My stay was very pleasant. We booked this hotel at the last minute due to our original hotel being a complete disaster. This hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the beds were really comfortable. I would definetely stay here again.

Decent 3 star hotel, only one staff works in evening and nights so no one was at front desk when I checked in or need card re-keyed.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, and very affordable. Pillows need to be smaller in thickness and internet speed needs to speed up. On the internet, they also need to have just one for guest because there was about 5 for hotel guest sign-in. Hot tub was nice, even though the bubbles/foam were a little gross. Pool was too cold, but my children got in it. […] Only one elevator makes a long wait time on some occassions. Breakfast was like any other hotel breakfast with sausage, waffles, eggs, and more. Beware of Mapquest instructions, just a little difficult to find. Very near many restaurants to eat, you don't have to go looking. Pappas, Pappadeaux's, IHOP, Red Lobster, Chile's, etc. When we first arrived we were placed in a room that smelled like smoke. Someone obviously smoked in the room and housekeeping was making a valient effort to remove, […] but my sense of smell picked it up. The front desk IMMEDIATELY changed the room with no questions asked. Breakfast is like many of these hotels. No worse, no better. But, it did have hot waffles to make and a good supply of fresh fruit. Adequate. But, for the price....it's great. The indoor pool was clean and good to use. The water was a bit cold for me, but once swimming you warmed up. The hot tub was not hot enough. And, sad to say... the chlorine was a bit overwhelming. I do understand the reasoning. Rather swim in a bit more chlorine, than pick up anything nasty. Lesa meira

I normally book at 5 star hotels; however, i was taking several friends with me for free and chose this hotel. I loved the room. Spacious. Quiet. Loved the breakfast, and the employees were friendly. The only downfall was the room key was a little difficult to use. Had to insert the key several times before it actually worked. I stay at the Baymont's because that is where my job places me so I decided to make the reservation there when I had to go to Dallas overnight. The hotel was a renovation from another and they have done a wonderful job. It is the best one I have stayed at so far. The only downfall was getting in and out of the place because of the way the roads are […] set up in Dallas and it is directly across(in the same parking) as the Motel 6 with a lot of people standing outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A big seller for me is the hotel feels and smells clean as you walk in. Large, clean rooms. Room was nice and cool upon arrival and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

Stay was friendly...the room was actually beyond my expectation when I had arrived I had actually saw the carpets being commercially cleaned which was the 1st and was great to see. Overall great stay comfortable bed good decor layout. Would I stay here again? YES!

The room was fine. The hotel staff in the early morning did not know how to get to the main DFW airport. The hotel should have pre-printed directions on how to get from the hotel to airports and any main attractions. This would have saved me about 20 minutes and not having to stop at another hotel to get directions.

The only qualm I had with this hotel was that it is located right next door to the Men's Club and when looking out the window, homeless people were sleeping under trees in the club's parking lot.

Hotel worker Steve made sure we had an adjoining room since we had to book a room directly through them and the other through expedia. He tried to accommodate us for the inconvenience of difference of price. Helpfulness and going out of your way to make our stay as good as possible. Thanks Steve :)

My experience was not good due to the manager working when we checked in. Although I did put down when I registered that I had four kids, she said that I only reserved the suite for two adults and although they advertized that the room came with free hot breakfast, she would have to charge me $10 per kid, per day for the breakfast for a total charge […] of $80 for breakfast for two mornings. I assure you that the quality of food was no where near worth $80. The eggs were rubbery, the biscuits were hard, the gravy was lumpy, and even the banannas were too bruised to eat. My kids ages are 10, 7, 7, and 5. They are all very petite and definitely do NOT eat $80 worth of food in the morning. No where on the website did it say that you had to pay for the breakfast if you had more than two people in the room. I requested that we just not eat the breakfast since my kids would not eat $10 worth of food and she said that we could not do that, we had to pay. Because I reserved through expedia, I didn't have the choice of walking away from the hotel and going somewhere else! When I complained again and pointed to the size of my kids and said they would not eat that much food and the price was too high, she agreed to only charge me $40. But again, based on the quality of the food, $40 was even way too high. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of that! Definitely a rip-off!! Lesa meira
