This was by far the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The room was dirty, old and poorly maintained. The lamp shades were cracked, and falling apart. The bathroom sink had a huge crack that had been repaired, but so badly it looked like it might not hold water. The shower had mold in the grout. The carpet was so dirty, I refused to take my shoes off […] in the room. The only clean thing in the room, was the bed, and trust me I checked very carefully. If there had been any hotels in the area with an available room (we were there during MCA festival) we would have demanded our money back. The staff were friendly enough, but not very enthusiastic or helpful. They didn't even have an iron I could use to iron my clothes for a job interview I had the next day. When we chcked in the guy working was very distracted. He gave us the keys to the wrong room, which someone was already in. I can't imagine someone opening the door to my room when I'm asleep. We went to get the right room had reserved a king got two doubles instead. The beds were horrible. The bathroom was filthy.

They cleaned the carpets the day before we got there but left the room shut up with the air off so it was not only still wet, but smelled horrible. There was no phone in the room. The coffee pot had no decanter, so I couldn't even make coffee. The curtain was broken so it wouldn't close. To top it all off there was a cockroach crawling across the dresser. […] My daughter was afraid to even sleep under the covers. We were there for my daughter's graduation and we just didn't have the time to try to get all of our stuff together to switch rooms. When I told them the condition of the room there wasn't any offer of some sort of compensation or even an apology. The room was extremely expensive and was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. When I arrived, I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned, yet. It looked like the cleaning person had stopped in the middle of cleaning it and walked off. The bed linens were on the floor, the TV was on, and there were dirty dishes on the dresser. The next room I was assigned had a bad odor reminiscent of cheese. I'd been on the road all day, so […] I decided to suck it up, take a shower, and sleep in my street clothes for a few hours before hitting the road again. all that we needed was close at hand.Easy access to interstate.Did not see much in way of breakfast buffet but hotel was full and we were running late,luckilly theres a shoneys next door.

we actually got our money back. These rooms had been smoked in and was non-smoking rooms. The locks were falling off the doors! And the people staying there made it look like a drug hotel. The rooms are entered the outside area. The pool is heated, however you have to walk outside to go back to your room. The beds felt like you could snap them in half. […] RUN AWAY!! LOOK ELSEWHERE! We really enjoyed our time in Lebanon! It was so nice to have a place to meet family and hang by the pool. The weather was gorgeous and we found many kid friendly activities and places to take them! I was a little disappointed our room didn't smell very clean at all. Our mattress had a huge dip in the middle of it and pillows were horrible and bedding smelled dirty. Because of my son who has respiratory issues we carry Lysol spray with us. So we sprayed everything down but still the room needed an overall deep cleaning.

My only complaint is we got a non smoking room and it had obviously been a smoking room previously and was VERY smelly.

Mattresses were flat and lumpy you could see the ripped bottom of the mattress sticking out from under the bed, the carpet felt sticky and looked dirty. The pillows were flat and lumpy. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. Pillows definitely need replaced as well. I guess there are pets allowed? Dog poop in the elevator? Very noisy right next to the interstate. There were no lamp shades on the first roomnot to mention it was a smoking room and was not supposed to be and then on the second room they tried to put us in someonewas already laying down naked in the beds when we went in... so we got our money back and went next door. Never again

this was a very poor experience. We checked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to our room and it was not prepped from the last guests. We took it in stride and they got us another room. This room didn't have the key card programmed so back down to the office. I had lost my cheery demeanor by this time and stated that the last one […] had to be correct. It wasn't they put us in a smoking room and we are asthmatic non-smokers. we returned the room cards and left. 3 strikes and we are gone! overall the property was in poor repair, trash and cigarette butts all over, beat up rooms, of the one we saw and no box springs under the main mattress. This hotel is on its' last legs before it goes into homeless shelter mode. Days Inn needs to pull their name away from this operator. it damaged their reputation. Lesa meira

I enjoyed the luxury of nice wooden furniture, a sort of cabin get-away only with more stylish furniture. The mini fridge was even enclosed in a wooden cabinet. The only thing I would recommend adding is hot breakfast food such as eggs and sausage, ham or bacon.

It was absolutely horrible! The beds were swayed in the middle, absolutely nothing plush about them, stingy with the towels, we were a family of 5 and there were 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths, we went back and asked for more towels and were given 2 more. We constantly had to get our hotel keys reprogrammed and when the desk clerk said if […] we had them around cell phones or anything else magnetic that would cause an issue, we took everything but the keys out of our pockets and still when we got back to our room my key would not work and my husband's did. The bathroom had hair in it, there was feces at the bottom of a door facing on the inside of the bathroom. Door knobs to the clothing drawers were bent to the point of near breaking. The remote to the television would only work when you were within a couple of feet of the TV. When we first got to the hotel they put us in a smoking room instead of the non smoking that I booked. If that is the smoking room, I actually feel sorry for the smokers. There were no lamp shades on the lights, there were pock marks on the countertop of the bathroom. It was beyond wreaking from thick cigarette residue. The top of the nightstand had dried paint and scratches all over it. The beds were WORSE in that room if that is even humanly possible. The only reason we stayed is because we were so insanely tired from being in Nashville which is an over 30 mile drive from the hotel by the way. Lesa meira

This is the second year that we have stayed here. The staff is wonderful. The rooms could use a little updating but comfortable. I will probably stay here again when I visit family.

Poor ratings for cleanliness and overall disrepair, will pay the extra 15 dollars to stay at the Ramada ,where I usually stop, in the future

The staff was nice; the breakfast assortment was small; room smelled like stale smoke, but was comfortable. The hotel's just old, but overall it was fine for a quick overnight stop while on the road.

For the money, I guess that i shouldn't expect much. However, the bathroom --- specifically the shower --- was pretty disgusting. The front window was also cracked all the way across. The hotel needs an overall update and it certainly isn't the pictures exhibited on their website

The room had the smell of cig smoke, but over all if your tired and just looking for a bed to sleep, it was ok... I like to stop over in Lebanon due to the outlet shopping esp Body works,, which now is no longer an outlet store,.. so i think i'll be driving a little further in search for a better , cleaner motel .. I was led to believe this was a Days Linn. It is not. It is a Best Value Inn and Suites. It reminded me of a transient hotel I used to work at. I had booked a smoking room, but she gave me a non smoking room, I showed her my comfirmation and she "made" it a smoking room for me. There were burn holes in the bottom sheet as well as on the under side of […] the bedspread also in the drapes.. One of the lamps had no shade, and another had a turn shade. The lamp shades were filthy. Everything in the room was sticky (I don't want to know why). The inside of the bathroom door had 2 holes in it, and the inside bathroom doorknob was not attached properly. The tv was a small 19 inch tv. There was nothing to say what channels were which networks. There were wires hanging from the ceiling (which I assume were where a smoke alarm should have been). The staff was not professionally dresses,and when asked about anything, seemed to be inconvenienced to help. There were doors slamming all night, and people yelling all night. I did not sleep more than an hour at a time. I only slept at all because I was exhausted from driving for 11 hours. I would NEVER stay here again! My recommendation is to spend a couple more dollars and stay at ANY other hotel in the area! If I had booked this hotel myself, I would have stayed somewhere else. Carpet nasty, very noisey refrigerator, tub would not drain good, mattress in poor condition, fitted sheet would not stay on mattress and receptacle to plug hair dryer in did not work.

For starters there was no sign anywhere stating that this was a Days Inn. The hotel has recently(I assume) changed hands from a different hotel chain. All the signage still had the old name on it, making it very confusing when we were looking for this place. The staff was not rude, but I wouldn't call them warm and friendly either. The room was the […] low point. It smelled musty and moldy. There were stains on the carpet, mold and mildew in the shower, and the paint was chipping off the wallls. I would be deathly afraid to hit this place with a blue light. The location was right by the interstate which meant it was a little noisy but not bad. I would stay away from this place. Practical functional hotel....well priced...good location too, stayed in better hotels....but also stayed in far worse hotels! Rooms clean and practical, but nothing fancy, usual, adequate breakfast,great laundry though,seemed very busy and noisy. Ok...but not a great place to stay. The old saying "You get what you pay for", came to my mind. First I do not have dogs and I don't like dogs rubbing against me while I am leaving, or people yelling at each other outside the door. I could not cover the sounds up with the tv, because the voice did not work on half the channels. I think the hotel was adequate if you were just going there to sleep, but wasn't comfortable as a place to spend any social time. The ammenities were outdated and dilapidated. The bed wasn't comfortable and the decor was old and weathered.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but several things did not work. Hair dryer, TV remote, side table lamp switch was broken and you had to twist the blub to make it come on. The hotel lost my friend's reservation even though she had a confirmation number from the hotel. They did get her another room but it was not what she had booked.

the carpet had stains and was sticky. wallpaper in the bathroom peeling. the bed drooped on one side. no lid on the toilet. the comforter had holes in it and the blanket had stains around the trim.
