Won't stay here again! Stairwell carpet was soaking wet and the odor was terrible so am pretty sure it wasn't the first time this had happened,; not just due to the heavy rain a day before.We had stayed here a few years back and the condition of the hotel had definitely deteriorated Definitely not worth the money.!!

We needed a pet-friendly room at the last minute due to a death in the family. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and the staff competent. The breakfast was sub-par.

I was trying to think of a reason to reduce it rating but I could not think of one. I would have been very pleased with this hotel even if I had paid more for the room. The staff was pleasant, the room was more than big enough, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do.

No frills, bells or whistles. A little over priced in my opinion somewhat hard to find.

Was completely satisfied with service of staff, however the hotel itself was dated. Lights in parking lot did not work. Room was a hodpodge of different decor. Just was not a great location either. I probably won't stay there again:-(

We always like to skimp on the price of hotel rooms, and our basic requirements are simple - a clean room, shower, and bathroom. We were fairly satisfied, but the hotel seemed to skimp on routine maintenance. The safety latch on the door was broken, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. If u r a men's softball team or maybe even a high school boys sports team, u'll survive it. If u got females of any sort, skip the place. Crazy staff, stained sheets, broken shower knobs, toilets flushing slowly.

Even though we had a pet, our room should have met basic standards and should have been in working order. The carpets were very stained, looked like Kool-Aid hopefully. The tub didn't work, but the shower did. There was a crazy lady running up and down the hallway screaming about "I'm going to get there, no matter what it takes. I'm going to find a […] ride from someone." Talking loudly on the phone for everyone in the hotel to hear her conversation. They didn't plow their parking lot after a foot of snow fell until hours after everyone else did theirs. We didn't leave the room after the street lights came on because we felt uneasy and everyone seemed a little seedy, like the hotel. There was a random guy on the lobby public computer listening to music and dancing at all hours. The only good thing, was free Wi-Fi. Otherwise I don't recommend this place...EVER! Lesa meira

I was disappointed with my room. As soon as I checked into the room the door handle broke off then I was transferred to another room that was worst than the first one. Room number 2 was not clean and I waited over 45 minutes and the room still didn't warm up so I asked to be transferred back to room number 1. I felt like because we had our pet, we were given the worst room. It smelled like a dog had recently left. Very dirty. Did not want to be there but because we were there for a funeral and did not know the area, had no choice. Manager was not at desk on check in. (We did not check in until early evening. )

The overall room itself was ok except for soiled curtains, outdated tv, microwave, & fridge. Lets just say for the amount that I paid, it was worth it and not a penny more.

Quality of the room was bad from many stains on the carpet to rips in wallpaper. Needs a major updating. Breakfast was ok. Door to side entrance did not open with a key card forcing you to use main entrance. Most of the time it was just left propt open with a rock.

My family and I stayed here for one night during our Christmas travel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overnight attendant was not very professional, in attitude or appearance. My biggest complaint is that the hotel was not secured. The side entrances to the stairwells and hallways on the first floor were unlocked. There are key readers […] like they're supposed to be locked, but the doors were physically broken. Room cleanliness was fair at best; the bathroom could have used more attention, and the carpet was stained. The walls had stickers on them as well. There was also an odor in the hallway near the dining area that smelled like the sewer line was backed up. There are no lights in the parking lot. Lesa meira

The hotel was located on a small side street of a more tavelled street however this side street was poorly marked. Drove passed it several times before we found it As well the hotel did not have their sign lighted and the parking lot lights were off [poor security no lights[ we drove right passed the hotel also. Once we got to the service desk the attendant […] was slopily dressed ,ball cap on backwards. Also their was an very large person slouched on a couch talking to the attendent ,saw him later apeared to be staff. The hotel was not clean, the room was out dated and smelled. There were cob webs in the bathroom. The sink was not clean, the carpets felt dirty. The towels were dingy. There were police flickers in the lobby. The front desk associate was outside smoking whn we got there. There were no napkins for the breakfast bar and the bread/bagels were stale.

The outside light was not lit and the hotel sat "backwards" so we had no clue it was even there. The lady at the counter was friendly but had company as she sat in the lobby and chatted. The room wasn't very clean and the air was horrible. As soon as we walked in our room it smelled of weed. They didn't even have the air on for us.

My room was very comfortable. I paid for a one queen and they gave me a 2 queen room because the people who previously stayed in my room had smoked and I asked for non smoking. They are very nice.

My kids and I only needed a place to sleep so I booked this hotel based on the price. I was very pleased- the staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was pretty good. My kids said they saw a pool, but we didn't use it so I'm not sure about that.... I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel seems to be fairly new (at the time of this writing) so there was not a lot that could have been wrong with it. Comfortable room, great price.

I liked having a safe, microwave, and fridge in the room. Location was also convenient. The only problem was a bad smell on the minifridge. I think some earlier guests had stuck dirty diapers in the fridge, judging by the smell.

I did see a cockroach behind the night table when I pulled it out to plug in my phone. The smell of the cleaners that were used on the room was really bad. The towels and wash cloths were stained

Our children's softball team had about 15 rooms here over the weekend. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door upon check-in, dirty toilets, clogged toilets, toilets spraying out water, air conditioning not adequate to cool the room, NO AC in the hallways, dirt and hair built up in the corners and around […] the toilet, all our room keys had to be recoded after the first night even though we all had already paid for 2 nights, linens were yellowed and stained, beds were hard, pillows were awful and it smelled, everywhere! had stayed here 3years ago, and it definatly has gone down hill since. Advertised that it had indoor pool, only to find out it had been filled in and made into conference room. Wallpaper was peeling in room and bathroom, had no light bulb in one lamp. Had requested queen room with sofabed, got 2queen room instead, requested extra towels upon arrival, […] did not receive them and had to wait til next morning to get them. Breakfast was very scarce: choice of cereal, muffins, or waffles. A/C unit in room wouldn't stay running, had to bring in fan to help keep at comfortable temp. HOTEL ONLINE STATES HBO AND A LIST OF CHANNELS, I ADVISED THE FRONT DESK/ MANAGER THAT I DID NOT HAVE SOME OF THE CHANNELS OR HBO, AND GOT THE RESPONSE, "IT MAY NOT BE IN EVERY ROOM, TV, OR IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING WITH THE CABLE COMPANY". THAT WAS IT. THE ROOM WAS OK, COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER/ MAINTAINED A LITTLE BETTER, BUT FOR THE PRICE, IT'S OK. GOOD […] AREA, CLOSE TO ALL STORES AND RESTAURANTS. NO POOL AVAILABLE, DUE TO REMODEL, THE WORK OUT ROOM IS NOT WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWS ONLINE (ONE OF THE REASONS I PICKED THIS HOTEL ONLINE), AND ONLY 1 WASHER/ DRYER (WHICH IS NOT A BIG DEAL, JUST LIKE 1 ICE MACHINE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR, BUT....JUST LETTING PEOPLE KNOW). We have stayed at this location many times. This time I think was the last. Noticed a lot more disrepair, some mold in our bathroom and the pool is gone. The price is good but it just felt kind of dirty this time.

It sucked. I had my reservation for over 2 weeks. We get there and are told not all rooms have microwaves & fridges even though website says they do. CONCRETE has been poored over the swimming pool and spa as they are making a banquet room out of it. That means this has been going on for some time and YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS! This hotel surpassed my expectations. I have had a bad experience with a Days Inn which was in a different city and this hotel shocked me. I was very surprised with the room and cleanliness. It was a last minute trip and this was the only hotel available and I was very pleased. My children were also surprised as we have had a couple of bad experiences […] with last minute hotel stays.
