My husband and I stayed here with a few friends. We were expecting one type of room but received a different style. The service was friendly but we were disappointed about breakfast. We were told it was included, but we were never told what time it ended. We went downstairs at 10:00, and everything was put away. Don't let first impressions fool you. While the hotel is furnished w/ 1980s decor and in a run-down section of town (the whole area, in fairness, is economically deprived) the room was very clean, spacious and staff friendly & helpful. The manager and the lady at the front desk were very nice, helpful and friendly. The bedsheets and pillow cases were clean and smell fresh. The carpet and the drapes are old, musty and looks dirty. The mattress is old and not comfortable at all. The bathroom walls are old and the tub doesn't drain very well. there was a specific problem that needed to be addressed and we were inconveniently out of the room for at least 12 hours... the continental breakfast needed a little more attention

Room was comfortable enough. Price through Hotels dot com was considerably higher than the manager said he rents the rooms for. The receipt showed it was through Expedia, not hotels. Continental Breakfast was minimum, but good enough.

Stayed 1 night during Applejack Festival. Clean, comfortable motel with nice Amenities (free wi-fi, continental breakfast, HBO). Recommend, good value.
