Hotel was nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was large and clean. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly so they moved us to another room and were great about it. Breakfast was nice. I would stay there again.

My online reservation was fully confirmed, only to arrive after 10:00 p.m. to be told the type of room we reserved was not available....they did have a room, with different bed types. That late at night we took what they had, but it never should have happened. If hotels.com is going to book these rooms there must be great communication between them […] and that hotel so this does not happen.......No cheese--all gone--at breakfast, so basically all that was left was total carbohydrates , no hot cocoa>"pulled until after FFA groups left." Dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. Lots of long term construction worker type guest loitering in the lobby. Room was fine but you could still smell smoke from the diode stairs.
this was a first visit at an Americinn and were pleasantly surprised. The building had been remodeled and whomever did the designing and work did an excellent job of going far enough to make it not look like a remodel. Clean, welcoming room w/ comfortable beds. (Stayed in bldg b.) Friendly staff, standard continental breakfast. Definitely a great value for the rate, especially compared to similarly priced motels my friends and i have encountered on this particular road trip.

The upstaires hallway smelled like smoke but luckely the room didn't. Great location close to everything we needed.

Very impressed. Great value. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Only stayed one night on my way back to Canada from Las Vegas.
Nicely remodeled Hotel. We liked the room and it was very clean. Just next door from the Golden Corral Restaurant.
"Barely ok"
I thought this would be great for the price because of previous reviews, however we were not impressed! We gave it a try because we needed a room with a pull out bed, but I don't think we would stay again. The pool was only 4 ft deep, dirty, and freezing. The room seemed dingy and outdated and the service was poor! The two nights we stayed the pool […] was out of towels both nights and as far as breakfast went you'd better be there well before 10 or they will literally take away the food from in front of you! The bldg with the front desk may be better but we won't chance it again. Lesa meira

"AmericInn Twin Falls - awesome hotel!"
My daughters and I travelled to Twin Falls for a 16th birthday getaway. We were so impressed with the hotel; it was very clean, comfortable, and SPACIOUS. The hideaway couch was a lifesaver. The hotel was centrally located near the shops, mall, and restaurants we like to visit. The staff was great, and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had […] at a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a stay in the area. Lesa meira

Our room was large and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Parts of the hotel was a bit dated and needed attention (pool area) but completely usable. Also the hotel is split into two buildings which is an inconvenience at times. Overall we were very satisfied and will stay there again due to service and price.

This AmericInn far exceeded my expectations. The room was large, very clean, definitely recently remodeled, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker all included. Great looking indoor pool and hot tub (didn't have a swimsuit, so didn't use them), large spread of food for breakfast. Quiet. Very comfortable bedding. "Good Deal, nice place"
We usually stay at Motel 6, but I got a great deal on the AmericInn through an online booking service. We chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool, free wii-fii, and the rooms have mini fridges and microwaves at no addtional charge. Plus, they have a free continental breakfast. SCORE!! We felt like we were in a luxury hotel...compared to the Motel […] 6! The only minor complaint I have is that check in time is very late in the day and they don't start cleaning the rooms until about the middle of the day, so they didn't have a room available for me when I got into town. I guess I have one other minor complaint. The housekeeping service did not clean our room. We were there for 3 days. I had to make my own bed(s) and even take out my own garbages each day. The towels we placed on the floor to be washed (from the pool) were never picked up. We had to take them back to the pool and put them in the hamper ourselves. We know the housekeepers were in our room, because they turned off the lights we left on. But they didn't lift a finger to make our room clean while we were there. Lesa meira
"Hotel is clean and affordable"
The hotel is a no frills kind of place but does furnish an in room refrigerator and a flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. This was a great price for a hotel room. Anyone who stays there and feels they were misled needs to realize what they received at the price they got it at and they will have a different point of view.

"Not too bad"
It's a simple inn. It was clean, only a bit outdated. There was a pool and jacuzzi that was open from 6AM-midnight, but we didn't take advantage of it. I believe there was also a workout room that we didn't use. The biggest complaint I would have is that the walls are THIN. I was awake most of the night because in the room ACROSS THE HALL there were […] screaming kids until after 3AM. I won't speculate on the parenting. At 7 or 8AM the room next door to us had loud children as well, and they left to go down to the pool. We were a few rooms down from the pool on the bottom floor, and we could hear the kids in there all the way from our room. The heater/ac in the room was awful. The room was warm even though we put on the AC (in February), even after setting it on 60 degrees (the lowest it would go). The ac would take ages to turn on, blow for a while and cool it off a little bit, and then turn off. The room would then heat up 5 or 10 degrees before it would turn on again briefly. That was the other reason why I couldn't sleep all night. The only reason why I would recommend this inn to others is I'm assuming not everyone will have screaming children in the surrounding rooms, since that isn't the hotel's fault. Most people can deal with thin walls if the neighbors are mostly quiet. I would NOT recommend it to someone who is really sensitive to temperature while trying to sleep, but I'm guessing that's just an issue for me since my husband had no problem with it. He said he was a little warm but he was still able to sleep. When we checked in we weren't told that there was any sort of breakfast, though there looked like there was a breakfast area. We planned on going to IHOP anyway, but when we left in the morning people were eating and drinking in the lobby. It was a little confusing--was it continental? We didn't know. Lesa meira

Hotel staff was pleasant although was a little noisey in hall ways with kids and dogs in early morning hours.

The wall next to the bed looked like someone sat on the bed and spit chewing tobacco on the wall, it was really disgusting. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable for the price. The pool was nice, and it was a nice size room. However, past that, I can't say much good.

"Nice Place"
We booked the larger "suite" room for two adults and two children and were pleased with the size of the space. We were a bit disappointed in the "heated" swimming pool, however. I've experienced unheated outdoor pools that were much warmer! However, the children had a great time swimming. Fast food and better dining are nearby, but not walking distance. They are in the process of remodeling but it was not an inconvienceat all. Our kids loved the pool and the cookies and milk at night before bed. Close to shopping and great food. This will be our regular hotel from now on.

Hotel was just a block from the Snake River Canyon. It was an easy drive out to see Shoshone Falls. Staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. We slept well. The building we stayed in did not have an elevator to the 2nd floor. It was not an issue for us, but may cause trouble for other travelers.

This was a nice, clean hotel and had more amenities than I expected from the description. There were flat screen tv's in the room, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, desk and couch with a fold-out bed. The room was spacious and the pool was nice (although small). I only stayed one night, but easily could have been comfortable for several nights.

Amazed at the quality of the stay. It was rated as a 2 star and was better than a lot of 3 star hotels I've been in recentely. Breakfast was great. More than just a continental breakfast. We had two families together and all went away satisfied.

The room was very clean, the pool area was well kept, and the staff was great. We had got in really late and the girl at the front desk gave us an extra hour on our checkout for convenience. The breakfast they have in the morning was also really good.
