Við hjónin höfum gist á LaQuinta hóteli á nokkrum stöðum í Bandaríkunum og alltaf verið ánægð með það. Eina sem við setjum út á hótelið er að það er ekki fylgst nógu vel með að fylla á í sambandi við morgunverðarhlaðborðið. Ágætis morgunverður en það var ansi oft að það vantaði eitthvað til dæmis apppelsínusafa.

Nýtt og fallegt hótel. Herbergin rúmgóð og snyrtileg. Þjónustan mjög góð og allt umhverfið þrifalegt. Hótelið er staðsett nálægt bæði Target verslun og Wrentham Premium Outlets. Fullkomin staðsetning fyrir þá sem eru í verslunarferð.

Þetta var bara æðislegt hótel í alla staði, góð og rúm herbergi, góð þjónusta, hreinlæti fínt, góð staðsetning og mikill kostur var að fá morgunmat innifalinn á hótelinu. Ég myndi hiklaust fara aftur á Holiday Inn Express hótelið og mæli með því sérstaklega fyrir þá sem vilja skoða Boston eða versla því það er allt í nágreninu við hótelið og það tekur um 40 mín að fara inn í Boston.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.

"Nice Hotel, Very Quiet"
Overall I really enjoyed my stay. From the outside the Hotel is not your fancy high rise hotel, but inside the rooms is a totally different story. The room was very spacious and had new everything. The Bathroom was great. The 42 " TV in the bedroom was great too. Nice accommodations overall. Had room near outside door and it slammed shut at night (slight annoyance). Also, heat automatically turned on during second night (had A/C set) and room was very warm all night.

For the price I paid, this hotel wasn't too bad. However, there are lots of rooms for improvement. Replacing the mattress will be a good start. The mattress was terrible! The bath tub was nice but the drain stopper didn't work. But the worst experience I had was the so called breakfast! It was terrible! "Great Choice!"
Although this hotel is not in downtown Providence, it was only a 10 minute drive away. Hotel was very clean. Gym had everything we needed. Restaurant was nice and had a great continental breakfast included. Price was cheaper than downtown hotels and it was a great choice for us.

For the price, this inn provides nice rooms and a very pleasant staff. The rooms are standard and a bit dull, but they provide all the necessary amenities and are clean. A very nice breakfast is included with a good variety of items. I would definitely stay here again.

"Johnson and Wales Inn/Providence, RI"
We stayed at this Hotel on a recommendation, and it really wasn't bad at all. My daughter lives in Providence, and the location from the Johnson and Wales Inn, is only about 10 mins away. We had the free continental breakfast at their restaurant called Aubreys. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but in all fairness, we didn't get to out of our room […] and downstairs until around 9:00am. It looked as if they ran out of some of the breakfast items. Otherwise we didn't eat at that restaurant, so cannot give a review for that. Our room was neat and tidy, but it was so warm in that room no matter what we set the thermastat on ! We actually slept with our windows open(and the night went down into the 30's!). Overall good experience! Lesa meira
"Close enough to Providence if driving"
Frankly, the hotel itself is lovely. If you have to stay here, stay in the executive suite. There's no view out of the window but the room itself has character, comfy beds, and a nice sitting area away from your sleeping quarters. That's really helpful if you're on a business trip like I was. On the negative, the complimentary continental breakfast […] was standard (They did have a nice looking french toast offer) but I ordered eggs over medium off the menu and they overcooked it by A LOT! I find it difficult to believe that a chef can foul up eggs! I didn't send it back because it took so long to get it in the first place and I never complain about food at restaurants; I just never eat there again. And I did not. The only other negative would have to be location if you rely on public transportation to get around. I was able to get in and out of Providence within 12 to 14 minutes, so it was not a problem for me. I also preferred the distance from the rest of the conference participants at the end of the night. "NO WIFI? REALLY?"
The hotel advertises on its home page "high speed internet access—guest rooms." The clear implication of this statement (especially in 2012) is that, like any other hotel in the US, you will have WIFI access in your room. NOT the case. They do indeed have WIRED internet access, however, if you have a tablet (iPad, etc), or a MacBook Air that does not […] have an ethernet cable connection, you have no internet access in your room. However, I will say that the manager of the hotel, Jeff, was resourceful enough to find a router and install it in my room. I was quite pleasantly surprised by this effort. So, if WIFI is not a requirement, then I would recommend this hotel as the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel has been approved for WIFI, but it has yet to be installed. The only other slight complaint is that the TV reception was horrid—like rabbit ear reception from the 1970s, grainy, fuzzy, etc. Thankfully, I didn't watch much TV. Lesa meira

"Good Value for an overnight stay"
While not in the most convenient locations, the hotel was very comfotable and the staff was very accomodating. There is just not a lot to do in the area immediately surrounding the hotel.
"30 min. wait to check in & 80 degrees in room"
12 am is the time I arrived after driving 6 hours to get there. The desk clerk found my reservation, but explained he had to find out how to use the new system. So he got a coworker and they both made some phone calls. I was offered a soft drink and told it would be 5 more minutes if I wanted to sit down. 30 minutes later I finally had my room key and […] found the elevator to get to my floor. The only elevator brings you to your floor, but your floor is broken up with stair cases. So I had to go down two short flights of stairs and walk all over my floor to get to my room. It was faster to walk up the stairs in the lobby. After settling in I had a rough sleep, because it was 80 degrees in my room and the thermostat I adjusted didn't change that by the morning. When I complained, the only thing they could do was turn off the fan. That resulted in my room going down to 72 degrees by the time I went to bed the second night. I prefer about 65 degrees. :( The only nice feature is there is a restaurant inside the hotel that offers an excellent cheese platter. The salad I also ordered was terrible though. Lesa meira
"Not worth it for the price"
Let me start off by saying I never write bad reviews. I never even write reviews at all. But my experience at this hotel was so bad, I hope to save at least a few people from making the same mistake I did. To start off, I paid a little extra for the "deluxe" package, which includes a complementary breakfast, free parking and in-room internet service. […] When we pulled up to the parking lot, I found it was free, and free wifi is only available in the lobby, while there are ethernet cables in every room. When I got to the room, which was about as big as a closet, I could hear every word that the people in the next room were saying. I tried to clear my mind in the bath, and the drain wouldn't work. When I turned on the fan, hot air blew out of the vent, and the system made a sound like if you threw a wrench down a metal pipe. I had to sleep with the window open. In February. I thought this would all be worth it for the complementary breakfast, connsidering it is from the prestigious Johnson and Wales. When I get to the restaraunt the next morning, they were almost out of food, and what little they had left was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Keep in mind I paid extra for that. This hotel is used to getting by on the bare minimum on their name alone, and it is a total rip off. The only good thing I can say is the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but I'd rather save the cash and stay at a YMCA than ever book a room at this place again. "Excellent for visiting Parents"
We now have stayed numerous times here while visiting our J&W student. We have been pleased everytime. Staff have gone out of their way to be helpful and pleasant during our stay. Rooms/suites have been immaculate and comfy. Breakfast plentiful, location reasonable for school events and touring the area. Would not hesitate to stay. "Suburbia location"
J & W is located in what can only be described as on a road full of chains (car dealerships, fast food restaurants, grocery stores) which made it extremely convenient for getting food and basic supplies. Otherwise, it was a good 10-15 minutes from anything of utility (businesses, cultural sites). As a business traveler, I expected wi-fi to be available […] in the room. "Clean, comfortable, affordable hotel"
Hotel is used for training students of Johnson and Wales University. It is clean, comfortable, and affordable. The building is a little older so youh can hear doors shutting at times but it is not too loud. Go to breakfast early. If they run low on anything they do not restock. Very friendly service. We usually stay a few times per year when we come […] to visit family. Some other posts mention that the area seems a little seedy but I don't find that at all. It is surrounded by car dealerships, a golf course, and other businesses. I grew up a few minutes down the road in Rehoboth, a beautifil New England town. "Great for the price!"
We stayed at this hotel for a night. Everything was great... except for the thermostat. It was so hot we had a hard time staying asleep. If this was fixed, we'd definitely stay again.

Needed a hotel near providence. Staff was very friendly and the executive suite was amazing. Only negative thing i have to say is that the free breakfast could have been a lot better and until 11.

Stayed at Johnson & Wales Inn in Seekonk close to Providence for two nights for the weekend while visiting the area. The hotel is good value for the money, though dated but maintained. The sheets are not changed daily. Found strains on the sheets. Breakfast was nice but the layout does not looks well organized. Good value for the money.

This hotel's proximity to my family home influenced my selection for a 1-week stay. It is on the outskirts of town, but this worked. We did have some difficulty with the cooling system; however, opening a window did remedy the situation.There is a small gym which was a plus.I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel to experience providence. The rooms and hotel are very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very spacious. I must comment on the staff. Every single member of the staff that I encountered went above and beyond to be as helpful and friendly as possible. The AC needed to be recharged, couldn't imagine staying here on a hot day. Bed was very far away from the small TV set so it was difficult to watch TV from bed. The whole hotel had a musty smell and the "continental breakfast" was joke.

Staff went out of their way to make the stay as nice as it could be. Breakfast in seated dining room was THE BEST! Surrounding area not the best to go for a morning run, but the price and cleanliness of hotel/room was very good. Distance to the big retailers very convenient, especially if needing college items.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean, but when I got there at 2:30pm they said check in was at 3pm. So I waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half for them to ready my room. During this time, they never told me what was taking so long or communicated with me in any way. I was annoyed.
