Þráðlaus háhraða internetaðgangur er í boði án endurgjalds. Í herbergjum eru sjónvörp með vökvakristalskjám (LCD) með úrvalskapal-/gervihnattarásum og kvikmyndum (gegn gjaldi). Á herbergjum eru skrifborð, ókeypis dagblöð og símar með talhólfi. Á baðherbergjum eru baðsloppar, snyrtivörur frá þekktum framleiðendum, hárblásarar og snyrtivörur án endurgjalds.

Very nice hotel, with great location. We have public transportation at the door, the restaurant is great and service oriented people. I will stay again in my next visit.
"Great restaurant"
The staff was very helpful and the valets were the friendliest I have had the pleasure to drop a car with. The restaurant is excellent. The location is excellent. The only downsides were that one of the two elevators was down for repair and the room could use one more lamp.

"A Modern Marvel"
No detail was missed when this hotel was built. Everywhere I looked, things were luxurious and well designed. The staff at the front were very helpful although at times, slightly pretentious. I definitely recommend this place for a fun romantic getaway in the city.
This is my second trip to Portland where I stayed at the Hotel Modera. Great venue, with good ambiance. Very convenient to what is happening in Portland. The rooms are very nicely done. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is awesome, in fact, it is a little too good. I never venture out for another eating experience. If I had one gripe about the hotel, […] it is the amount it charges for parking. Easily the parking equals about 25% of the cost of a room. The rooms are a bargain. "not suitable for more than one person"
I'd read reviews saying rooms are small, but didn't realize the full implication -- definitely not suitable for more than one person. One drawer for clothes, one night table and light. Bathroom and closet share a sliding door, so one person can't go in the bathroom when the other is using the closet. Otherwise OK -- clean modern, nice amenities.

"Comfortable and Convenient"
Front desk was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. The restaurant downstairs was quite good and open late. The bed was very comfortable with six lovely pillows! Would stay there again.

The lobby was very cool, but it didn't have the same feel once you got into the rooms. That said, I had three issues. Finding any outlets was near to impossible. We had four electronic devices that need to be recharged and it was hard outside of the bathroom to find an available outlet. I made coffee and the cups were so dusty. "Hotel Modera--close to Keller Auditorium"
Just a few blocks away from Keller Auditorium. Room was comfortable and used space efficiently. Colorful and bold decor. It was relatively quiet. The room and lobby had some modern art including some nudes. Secure as need room key to use elevator! Parking wasn't cheap, though I was able to stay until 4 pm on the day of check-out. "Close to Keller"
My sister and I stayed 2 nights and attended a Broadway show at the Keller Auditorium the second night. We walked, in dress shoes, from the hotel to the theater easily. We felt safe walking in this neighborhood both before and after the show and loved being able to park our car and walk all over downtown both days. "hot and stuffy room"
On the plus side the Modera is clean & stylish, has friendly and attentive staff, and a convenient location if you have to be in the business district. On the down side our room was small for the price, and the stylishness leaves out useful things like hooks and furniture for your clothes; the silly sliding door works for closet or bath but not both. […] The worst thing is that the HVAC (during this time of year anyway, late spring) only blows hot air! There was no way to cool the room for sleeping other than to open the tiny window (and invite in street noise and light). Unfortunately our room was right above the restaurant's kitchen blower vent which made the open window even less desirable. Might be fine in the summer if they turn on AC but a fan that won't bring in fresh air is a ludicrous system, and a deal killer for me. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it. Lesa meira

"Excellent Within Its Class"
I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The conference was actually held at another nearby hotel, but the room rate there was significantly higher, and there was no free wi-fi. The Modera was a great alternative--close by, free wi-fi, and an excellent hotel of its type. If you're looking for four-star luxury, or on the other hand for a dirt-cheap […] bed and shower, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a clean, nicely decorated room, a comfortable bed, excellent service, free wi-fi, and free access to a 24-hour commercial gym, this is a great deal. A few considerations: (1) it's not right in the heart of downtown, so you may have to walk/cab a bit; (2) for some reason there is no nighlight in the bathrooms, which is a minor but annoying inconvenience; (3) the hotel restaurant is the hip and pricey Del Centro. I had a good chicken sandwich and beer at the bar for about 20% more than I could have gotten them at a place with less atmosphere. That suited me fine, but I can imagine others might want a cheaper on-site place to eat. I would definitely stay there again, if life brings me back to Portland. (BTW, I plan to post this same review word-for-word on Yelp, so if you see it there, don't think it's a fraud. I'm just lazy.) Lesa meira

The heating/air conditioning system is auwful I was very warm and could not do anything about it. Air flow system in winter auful, when a mild day. =No room regulator. Room was very cramped. Door for bathroom and closet could not be opened at the same time. One bed almost pushed against side wall. Very little draw space Staff was curteous a plus! "Best value downtown"
After looking at the usual downtown business hotels I read the reviews that said the Hotel Madera was a hidden gem. I have to agree. Beautiful decor, great restaurant, friendly staff, nice room and easy access to everything downtown make this an excellent Portland hotel.

Incredibly well renovated and clean place to stay. Location was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this place. Easy walk to shopping, transit, etc. I was there in December, so the weather was wet and chilly, but it was still nice to sit outside and enjoy the fire pits. "Hotel Modera for Business or Pleasure"
As a frequent business traveler and occasional pleasure traveler, I've had the privilege of staying at a myriad of hotels around the world. I'd rank the Hotel Modera as one of the better properties in my travels. The hotel is modern without being pretentious. It has the qualities of an Ian Schrager without the attitude. All the comforts a business person […] needs in the room and lobby, but still fun and chic enough for a romantic weekend get-away. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portland. The location is great, with light-rail right outside the door. The restaurant and bar are sophisticated and trendy but still warm and inviting. My only parting shot is that the restaurant is a touch on the pricey side, so if you are not on the company dole you’ll want to just be aware of this fact. All in all, I wish business and pleasure took me back to Portland more often so I could spend a bit more time with the folks at Modera. Lesa meira

"Great staff, Cool Hotel"
We took our 18 ya daughter and 3 of her friends down to the Modera for her birthday. I asked the staff to help me out with a Portland Scavenger hunt that I created. They were enthusiastic and very cooperative about giving the girls the information. Rooms were so comfortable-I fell asleep immediately. Restuarant is cool. Hotel Modera was such a treat over the holidays.The staff was beyond helpful and attentive, and the room was luxurious. We even opted to stay in and watch pay per view hockey one night instead of going to one of the wonderful restaurants near by. "It’s Hip to be There"
This is a modern place. It’s very well done and the service is top notch. Really the only caveat is that it could use more soundproofing at the windows. I could hear the traffic. I just kicked on White Noise and slept with my head away from the window and slept soundly.

"Clean, modern, excellent service."
We stayed here for 3 nights last weekend. They let us check in at 10AM, even though we were expecting to just drop our luggage and come back around 2pm to check in--they insisted on getting us into a room right away. We were very impressed with the hotel's excellent customer service and amenities. We took advantage of the 24 hour Fitness passes. We […] printed tickets at the business center. The entire staff at this hotel was wondeful. They were frindly and helpful giving suggestions in places to go.The hotel bar was a great place to start the evening (great happy hour with great food)and the staff there was also very friendly.
