The room was very nice. The heater was the kind I like. Fan stayed on all the time. Did not go off and on with loud noise as can sometimes happen. I was very disappointed that the work room was not open due to broken equipment. That was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. "Basic is ok but not dirty is not"
Our room had two queen beds, firm and thin-topped with adequate towels, but that was what I'd paid for. Breakfast was ok and the workers efficient. After having read the hotel's information on Hotels.com, I did expect both a workout room and wifi, but efectively got neither. The exercise room was closed because one piece of equipment was broken. Why […] not leave the rest available? The front office staff just shrugged and said they didn't understand, either. To use the wifi, I had to walk down the hall to connect with an adequately powerful signal. "Ok for overnight stay"

"Smoke"
We requested a non-smoking room, but when we entered the room cigarette smoke smell would literally knock you down. We immediately requested a new room and was given one. Unfortunately, every time we entered or exited the hotel people were standing in the doorway/walkway smoking and we had to wade through smoke to get to our car. "Generally okay, would stay again"
The exercise room was closed and the pool had no towels available. Front desk staff ranged from very friendly to one with no personality. Cleaning crew and breakfast staff were excellent, they were friendly and kept the room clean despite all of the toys, extra blankets we brought with. Refrigerators and microwaves are not included in the room, We did […] order a refrigerator because of a medical need. We probably would stay there on our next visit. "Hotel in good location for us"
We liked the Hotel everyone was friendly we got there 30 min early and they let us check in. Rooms were nice but i thought the beds were very hard the Pool was nice. For a hotel that offers breakfast and a pool, this was the cheapest one in the area we could find. The room was clean, but the night lady at the front desk when we checked in was very hostile and extremely slow with service. However, the bed spreads were dirty and the shower door would not close, leaving water all over the floor. The Hotel was close to the soccer complex and was convenient to commute to the games. The hotel room carpet was clean and air conditioner made so much noise that it was hard to get a good night sleep. The room rates were expensive for this area when compared to the cleanliness of the hotel. I guess it may have been due the soccer tournament. "Nothing spectacular"
When we checked in, we were given key to rm 229. Well, the room had not been cleaned yet from previous guests, and this was 10:50pm! Of course ,we went back to the desk and we were given another room next door. Beds looked like a full size, not very comfortable mattresses, we all had backaches in the morning Only one of us ate at the breakfast bar, […] not very appetizing looking.
