Mjög fínt nema hvað þetta er við aðalumferðaræð og nokkur hávaði af umferð en ekkert sem héllt fyrir mér vöku. all very good except for the main traffic road passing just outside, nothing that kept me awake though.

Ég valdi þetta hótel vegna góðrar reynslu af fyrri dvölum mínum þar. Gott andrúmsloft og gott viðmót alls starfsfólks sem er boðið og búið að aðstoða mann á allan hátt. Góð staðsetning og aðgengi. Frítt fyrir bílinn. Stutt í verslanir og veitingastaði. Boðið er upp á hótelskutlu en mér finnst samt nauðsynlegt að vera á bíl. Ágætis morgunverðarhlaðborð […] er innifalið. Þetta er góður staður til að dvelja á fyrir mjög svo sanngjarnt verð. Ég get með glöðu geði mælt með þessu hóteli við hvern sem er og á eflaust eftir að velja þennan stað oftar.. Lesa meira

Complimentary breakfast had certain items that were rotated which was great. The staff is fantastic. There is a free shuttle to the commuter rail. Second year I stayed here but this year the room did not have a refrigerator. For a nominal fee, we got a rollaway bed for an extra guest.

We found the employees very nice. However the hotel room manager was rude and disrespectful. We did have issues with being woke up at 8:00 a.m. by house keeping, hearing the vacuuming at the same hour ( we were still on west coast time, 3 hrs. difference). Upon leaving we let the rooms manager know we would be out all day, making the room available […] . Our room had not been cleaned when we returned at 5:00 p.m. We spoke to the room manager, he said he would send someone up. Having an affair to get ready for we asked for only towels at this time, the room manager said that once we left housekeeping would go in and clean. Housekeeping brought towels to us that were simply wadded up, not folded. Returning late that evening the room was still not cleaned nor restocked. Complaining yet another time to the rooms manager, he was now annoyed by us, his voiced raised loudly. After conversing with him it was clear he could have cared less. I have reported him. Very close to mall, and dining. Room was clean, beds were small,and breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, but getting there tough. The side door looks like the entrance until you see the TOW AWAY signs, maybe a little different driveway signage is needed. The main desk person was not familiar with the area and told us not to walk to the very close restaurants, many could easily and safely be reach by using the side street. sheets dirty with hair etc. room smelled of sweat and that it hadnt been cleaned in a while. got switched to another room and it was equally unimpressive.
Complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only thing the hotel was missing was a pool.

We stayed here to drop our son back off at college in Boston and this is a good alternative to staying in Boston. Overall our stay was very good. However, make sure you know where you're going (or have a GPS) to get there. It's a little difficult to get in and out of, but is convenient to many stores and restaurants. I find the hotel in its staff to be first-rate; I thought it was very well-run, and personnel seem to take pride in their work. A very nice free breakfast buffet is served with different hot choices each day. Only challenge is that it is a little tricky the first time you drive to the Hotel. You must follow Speen street, which is divided as if it is […] two one-way streets. You will pass a turn lane which would take you to Home Depot, then get into the far left hand lane and take the next left (there will be a sign, but it is small and hard to notice. When you take this turn, do not go straight at the light, but take the turn lane which will point you to the Inn's driveway. Found the bathroom vanity to be quite high, fine if you are tall. It also was a bit cramped. Our room was a studio room.

The staff couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful! We took the hotel shuttle to and from the nearby mall; super convenient and fun. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This was our second stay at the Hampton Inn in Natick. We picked it because of it's proximity to relatives, but you can't beat the location for great shopping. The malls are all around. We stayed here during Saturday into Sunday of Thanksgiving Weekend. Lots of traffic but we didn't hear any noise. The free buffet breakfast is among the best anywhere […] for this type of hotel. Not just the usual juice, coffee, muffins, etc. Big selection, and a very comfortable seating area with lots of tables and chairs. Very clean, too. Lesa meira

This hotel is you know the saying "you get what you pay for". As in my survey the convenience and location of hotel was good but the quality of service and maintenance of rooms needs to be improved. It is mediocre at best bordering on or of poor quality.

Really appreciated the wonderful reception we received when we stayedhere recently during a week long celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. Everyone ws so helpful and warm right down to the lady at breakfast who offered to make a waffle for my husband when he told her he had never made one. There is a fabulous mall within easy walkinhg distance […] featuring a wide range of outlets from top end to middle of the road and the free shuttle proved invaluable when we wanted to get into the city.The room was spacious and very clean and I did appreciate the magnified mirror for applying make up as I am myopic and the mirror over the sink was too far away, a nice and considerate touch which I didn't find in subsequent hotels we stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it was all down to the personnell who really made us feel welcome. Only reservation was the distance from Boston which we hadn't relised was quite so far but, having said that, it did not prevent us from seeing anything we needed to see.There is an excellent train service into South Station in Boston, right in the heart of everything. This is not a reflection on the hotel but was down to our lack of knowledge of the areas outside Boston when planning our trip. For those who are not familiar with the area it might be worth considering a more detailed idea of distance from the city but, as i said, this is only a minor quibble. Lesa meira

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. I don't know how they rate a hotel, but I would give it five stars. I definitely will choose to stay here again for the next Boston trip.
"Customer Service"
The customer service at this hotel was second to none, everyone from the front desk staff to the hotel shuttle drivers. I highly recommend this hotel and was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. The room was clean, comfortable, and very inviting. Two thumbs up from me!

The Hampton Inn at Natick MA was a great location for shopping at the Natick Collection Mall. Room was very clean, and bed very comfortable with nice plush pillows! Their complimentary breakfast (serve yourself) was very good with a large selection. Ice machine and vending machines was found at the end of the hallway on every floor. "Pleasant stay"
I had a conference that I was attending in Newton so I stayed overnight here. Overall it was a pleasant stay and comfortable room. The breakfast was impressive - not the typical free breakfast. Fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, yogurt, in addition to the standard continental. The only complaints I have are the soundproofing and the decor in the room was a […] little outdated. The bathroom was small but lovely marble countertop and shower - this part did not seem outdated. If you are a light sleeper, bring a sound machine because it was easy to hear noises in the hall. This hotel was exactly what we needed for our trip to Boston. We had events at a local college and this hotel was really convenient. The staff was helpful and gracious. The price and location were just what we needed! Great place to stay!

We were very happy with our one night stay at this hotel. Cleanliness is always a big deal to me and it seemed recently renovated. The hotel was an easy 30-minute drive into Boston and there is a very large and upscale mall across the street!
