We checked in Friday night and did not receive housekeeping services on Saturday. We called the front desk and since it was evening already, we requested they send up clean towels and take the dirty ones, which they did. The girl who delivered them said, 'They must be lazy' in reference to the housekeeper who should have cleaned our room. We had booked […] a non-smoking room and we received a smoking room at check in. We had to call Hotels.com for assistance. "Nice pet freindly hotel"
Nice and clean hotel. Looks like they did some remodeling, new carpets. The beds were full size not queen but they were very comfortable. They DO allow dogs at no cost so be sure to fill out the form at the front desk. There are not a lot of hotels that allow dogs any more so I for one am willing to do what it takes to keep hotels like this available. […] The front desk clerk was good about talking to a guest with noisy dogs but he felt that because they were dogs they should be allowed to bark. This hotel is in a nice area, with restaurants, gas stations, and shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an exercise room, and free internet service, It is not very close to the downtown area (around 6 miles), but we easily got a cab to take us there to a restaurant for around $20.
