Do not believe the reports about this hotel if they say anything other than avoid it. You drive past a Holiday Inn and a Sleep Inn to get to this hotel, save your gas choose one of those. It was awful.... You have been warned!

My husband and I came down to Buffalo, for 2 reasons. Our 25th wedding anniversay and black friday, and when I saw the picture of the hotel it looked very nice which it was. Its very simple the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. One of worst leaving experience in my. Life. Since we have a infant with us, we wanted to have a room with cooking facility. But due to lack of proper pans, we are forced to buy our lunch and dinner. What we payed almost double then a hotel with continental breakfast. Rooms were having filth old smelling carpets with sports. Food stuffs were lying benith […] the sofa and beds. Roos were too noisy, anyone watch tv , taking shower or walking in t.he adjacent room have a deep impact on your room. Staff were good Lesa meira

"Cheap, but not worth the price."
Perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Better to pay more than to stay here.
"Good and convenient place to stay"
the hotel was convenient. the only negative is no free internet. I guess they could provide free internet for guest staying for a short time. If you want to use internet you could go to panera bread for free wifi.

Hotel was nice and clean. wouldn't mind extending my stay next time
this hotel is fine for the money. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet there. We loved the kitchen in every room, very convenient, especially when traveling with children. The room was clean, but it definately needs updating. Lots of stores really close. Getting out of the end of the street is definately challenging. We had to go right […] and turn around every time. Two windows you can open in the room. Loved that. The beds are really uncomfortable though, if this is a problem for you, bring an air mattress. Most of the silverware and dishware in my room were dirty. Not surprising since you do no supply dish soap. All in all, a nice room for the money paid. I would stay there again. Lesa meira
"Hotel not meant to be?"
The hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning. The room was smelly and we have to deodorize it ourselves since the desk clerk said the other customers do it themselves. I think this is a reflection of poor service and inefficient staff. If I only had a choice to go somewhere else at that time, I won't be staying at this hotel. "Would never stay here again"
Absolutely awful! Dirty, dark, and grimy. Also, some of the guests were smoking marijuana the entire time!

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this location, wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt after a marginal experience last year....I had forgotten one key complaint that I had previously: when you stay at a hotel with kitchenettes you should expect to smell food....but based on the stink in the hallways, I wonder if you could […] qualify that as food odors...Room above me had a screaming kid in it that started jumping and running across my ceiling at 7AM...called the front desk and was told "it's ok...they're checking out today"...so I guess my plan of sleeping in while on vacation, wasn't important.... I was lucky enough to get a room with a view...unfortunately it was of the interstate hwy, so the truckers and I double-clutched all night long.... aren't you glad you asked my opinion??? If you're into mental anguish, I highly recommend this place...if you're even close to normal, drive past it and find a flea bag joint and you'll still be further ahead...By the way...this place should be rated MINUS (-) 5 STARS... "Don't waste your money!!!"
This hotel is very deceiving, looks new and very nice in pictures but once you get inside, it's disappointment 100%. I walked into my room to imediately find the cuboard door hanging off it's hinges, it doesn't look like the top of the frig has been cleaned since the hotel was built, the room had a very bad odor, had to go to walmart down the street […] to buy Lysol and spray down everything . The beds were so uncomfortable and hard. Everything was just filthy. We checked out a different room at my request to find it worse than the first. Got up in the morning to have some coffee only to find an inch of dirt in where the water goes so no coffee. The concept of the hotel is great, too bad the staff doesn't care enough to keep the place clean. This could be a great place to stay if they did. I'd fire the housekeeping staff, and everyone else and find some employees that care about the reputation of this establishment. Lesa meira
"Needs Improvement"
Pros: The only reason we rented this was for the mini kitchen, inspite of bad reviews. The frontdesk was courteous and very, very helpful. Cons: 25 minutes drive to the falls ( as that was our reason for visting Niagara ). The room was not clean, the furniture was broken. The room needs upgrade.
"Better than expected"
The room itself was huge but didn't have much furniture. There was a lot of noise from a room downstairs(music) that didn't stop until well after midnight. Faint cigarette smell though it was a non-smoking room. The carpet was wet from being cleaned.
"Needs major overhaul"
The rooms are big, but there's an always-broken recliner at one wall and a 20" old tv all the way across the room. The staff did respond when I reported that my chair was broken (all lop-sided), but they brought me another just like it! Clearly, visibly broken! Then they tried with a third chair that finally was functional. All the chairs and TVs need […] replacing. Though not full, they never lower their price. and if not for the stay three nights and the fourth night is free policy, it would be and even worse deal. The location is great for me, at I-290 and Niagara Falls Blvd, but that's all it has to recommend it. Yeah, and this is the chain that supplies ONLY little bars of soap, once a week. There is no housekeeping service AT ALL unless you stay over seven days or pay extra each day. You haul your own trash each day, bring your own shampoo, etc. Lesa meira
