Fínasta hótel á góðu verði og vel staðsett. Stutt að Times Square. Góður og vel útilátinn morgun matur og hreinlæti á herbergjunum mjög gott. Mæli með Best Western ef fólk vill hagstætt en gott hótel. Við vorum með tvö börn með okkur, 9 og 12 ára sem líkaði einnig vel :)

Hótelið er nálægt flugvellinum og er fínnt til að skella sér á yfir nótt, skoðaði ekkert hversu nálægt það var annari þjónustu.

Mjög fínt og notalegt hótel. Herbergið var alltaf hreint og fínt og starfsfólkið mjög hjálplegt. Hverfið er rólegt en það tók enga stund að komast í Soho og fleiri skemmtilega staði. Mjög auðvelt að fá leigubíl í kringum hótelið. Fyrir utan þægindin við að hafa kaffihús í sama húsi og hótelið.
"NYC Visit"
The hotel was great, the staff was so nice. We wanted a hotel in NYC but it was way to much but I am so glad we found this one. The bus was right outside the door and it took 15 minutes to get to Time Square. The a/c unit gave off a smell but I found out that all a/c units that this one do. The room was clean and the bed very comfy.

This hotel is excellent. Bus to NY stops right outside, hotel rates are good, rooms are great, plenty of places to eat nearby and best of all the hotel staff are fabulous. They know they are in the tourist/business industry and are all helpful, happy and eager to please. "great location but no so good service"
We had a high school class reunion and we decided to stay in this hotel because the rate was cheaper compared to manhattan hotels. The location is perfect to visit NY city, but I can't recommend this hotel because of the experience that we had staying in this hotel. The room is very small and some of the facilities were not working like the phone. The […] sink is separated from the restroom and the sink was clogged....also the one experience that I won't forget is when we reserved for the shuttle to go the secaucus junction, someone from the lobby removed our reservation from the reservation book and made excuses that one of us told her that we didn't need the shuttle. Great hotel, surrounding area if very clean and safe with many hotels. Took the bus into NYC, took about 15 minutes when there was no traffic - stop was right outside the door!

"good location and easy access to NYC"
This hotel has a bus stop for NYC a very short distance outside the hotel. You can be in NYC in about 15/20 mins. It is an easy going and coming from NYC. The bus drops you off at 41/42 Sts. and is a short walk to Times Square. The hotel staff was wonderful in giving lots of information to make our stay a good experience. The only mix up was in breakfast […] hours. We were told the wrong ending hour of breakfast and got there when they were rather cleaned up. "Awesome"
Don’t believe the bad reviews…this is a nice hotel at a convenient location with bus service to NYC every 20 min…free parking…complimentary breakfast…nice spacious rooms…our stay was awesome….
The hotel features a wonderful Active and all services close to restaurants, supermarkets and excellent rooms and a large. the reception is very cooperative .
"Great location, good breakfast, OK room"
This was only our second stay at a Hyatt Place (the other was outside Boston), and we had high expectations for our room given the quality of that last hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel was just great. Free parking, close to I95, minutes to Manhattan via the Lincoln Tunnel, and bus service in front of the hotel. The room itself was OK […] but had a large visible stain on the carpet. The inside of the bathroom door was scratched and seemed to have been removed from a cheap motel. The beds were very comfortable and a welcome sight after spending our days in Manhattan. The sofa bed was also good. The free breakfast variety was ok, and you could pay extra for a hot breakfast. We especially liked the large breakfast area that allowed even a family of 5 to find a table three days straight. We also appreciated the 24hrs food counter where we bought sandwiches the day of our late arrival. The neighborood is safe, with a wide variety of restaurants. Lesa meira

The staff was professional and kind! Esp Barbara!! The rooms were spacious and clean, nice granite. Free breakfast was plentiful!!! Safe neighborhood! FREE parking!! The city bus gets you into the city in 12 minutes!! Have stayed before and will stay again!!!!
Convenient location, clean, and offered simple continental breakfast. Good value. The room we got had an old air conditioning unit that did not quite work.
The hotel is good for family, the staff are very helpful & proficient, I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

"Would definitely stay here again"
Traveled with my husband and our two kids..ages 17 and 13. First time to the New York City area (we drove) and we were really in unchartered waters when it came to figuring out where to stay. We knew we did not want to drive in the city but had no idea how convenient it would be to stay outside of the city. I came upon the Hyatt Place Secaucus sort […] of by accident when checking hotel availability and the reviews really intrigued me. Anything positive said about this hotel is right on the money...anything negative--I'd probably wonder why. First, the staff was amazing! Their service to us, including their friendliness and helpful advise about the area was above and beyond. I wish they wore name tags on their shirts because I would love to mention them all by name. However anyone working from July 3rd in the afternoon until we checked out on Tuesday July 5th in the morning should be commended. Ease of getting in and out of NYC via the bus was sooo easy and I loved that we didn't have to pay for parking at the hotel--unlike our stay in Boston a few days later and we had to pay $44.00 per day at a downtown hotel! Anyway, we felt so safe at this hotel and the surrounding area was very clean..lots of other restaurants and shopping etc. I really feel like we hit the jackpot when we found this hotel. Again, the staff really stands out. I work in customer service and really appreciate it when people seem like they enjoy their job and enjoy helping others. Thanks to all of them!! Lesa meira
"great for driving into the city"
i was on a road trip to New York, and being cheap, I didn't want to pay the toll to get into the city, or the expensive parking while there. this hotel was a great alternative, with a bus stop right behind it that goes directly to NYC.

"Not Bad for 3-4 night!"
I reserved the room via internet and I think that is why our room was beside of the elevator that its noise was kind of annoying but we could sleep anyway.!

This hotel is perfect if you're visiting New York City. The rooms are clean and huge and parking is free. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I will definitely be staying here again.

great olace to stay,service was excellent,but only wish that we had better than roof top parking. Staff was very helpful and accomodating,enjoyed shopping at the outlet mall close by
"Hyatt Secaucus-convenient"
We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting NYC. This hotel was in a nice area and the we caught the bus into the city right outside of the hotel. The price was reasonable compared to Manhatten hotels and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. It was nice to park the car and let someone else do the driving. "Much nicer then expected"
first time here, arrived very late and was greeted by two very nice front desk people. Loved the fact I could get a nice glass of wine or coffee in the lobby.
"Nice place"
The hotel room I had was very roomy. I also liked the check-in/check-out service kioks. The wi-fi was not great as videos i was streaming would stop a few times. The light in the bathroom could have been a little brighter but the flatscreen was big and clear.
Alan at front desk was very helpful. Hotel is located in a complex with other hotels and conference centers...very professional looking and safe feeling. Parking garage at no charge. Metro bus stops literally outside the front door and takes you to Port Authority in NYC for $8 round trip. Excellent breakfast buffet.

We recently stayed at this hotel on a visit to NJ to see family and drop into our favorite eateries in NYC. It's perfect if you plan to spend most of your time in the city or if you have family in the area. The hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The parking as FREE and there is a walkway to the parking garage. Free parking […] is almost non-existent at hotels in this area, so that was a major plus. There is breakfast but we didn't have a chance to try it out, we've decided we'll stay here when we're back in town from here on out. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean - exactly what I needed after a long weekend theater production.
"Okay overall - but bathroom needed work"
Bathroom drain was rusted and the shower head was the cheap kind. Very little lighting and extremely small bathroom.

This hotel was close to the city, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I will be booking a room again here in a couple of months when we go back for a Jets game.

just what you would expect from a hyatt brand. rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable aswell as immaculate. i would highly recommend this hotel. bus stop immediately outside to manhatten, very convenient, cinema and food places within walking distance. complimentary breakfast with limited choice but one would appreciate it as everything else […] in new york generally expensive, its continental and keeps you going. as a family we expect 5 star standards and this hotel delivered. wouldnt stay anywhere different. "NYC Weekend"
Friends and I stayed in his hotel for a NYC Weekend. This is a great facility with easy access to the bus line to get into the city. The staff was very helpful, especially at the front desk. We are planning our next trip and plan on brining more people to this hotel.

After a long day, it was a peaceful place to rest and get ready for the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also reasonably well and full of choices.

Very pleased with this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom a little small, but good enough. Continental breakfast was good. Not a big selection, but adequate. Stayed in Secaucus, NJ, but was there for New York. NJ Transit bus picks you up less than 1/2 block away. Only bad thing, make sure to request a room away from the elevators. "Hyatt Place, Secaucus"
FANTASTIC experience! The staff were not only courteous, but availed themselves to any need that we might have had. Room was clean, spacious, and up-to-date... Had a GREAT night's sleep, and, I've gotta say, the bagels that they served the next morning were really good! Will DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel, the next time we are in the area!

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no coffee available unless you bought it from starbucks in the lobby, except while the mediocre breakfast was made available. The PAT bus to NYC is very easy to use as it stops every 10 minutes right out side the hotel.

The room was very nice for the price. Nice little breakfast in the am. Staff were helpful with sights to see even directions. They will shuttle you with 4 miles so all in all would definitely stay again.

Very easy access, impeccable service, beautiful, modern and comfortable room. Huge sofa-bed, 50" flat screen, super comfortable King bed. What you would expect of higher-priced hotel you find here. Will definitely return!

This hotel was just awesome !! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Also, they take you free of charge to any nearby restaurant or shopping plaza. hotel was nice and clean, the bus stop that takes you straight to times squire is across the street, its $3.95 one way, takes about 15mins. once you are there you take the subway any where you want to go. enjoy and have fun.
